Complessivamente un'ottima esperienza. Da rivedere un pochino la pulizia in alcune parti della camera. Per il resto, rapporto qualità-prezzo incredibile, camera enorme! Ottima anche la colazione e la posizione centralissima.

Beste Lage mitten in der Altstadt, dennoch ruhig! Personalloser Checkin - bei Fragen Anruf / Whatsapp möglich. Das Zimmer war recht groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstück findet im kleinen Restaurant im EG statt.

I recently stayed here for one night, and while my experience was brief, there were definitely some highlights worth mentioning. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, cozy, and had all the basic amenities I needed for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made for a good night's rest. While my stay was just okay overall, I can see the potential for a truly great experience here. And with a few small improvements (which is in progress at the moment with renovation works) it could easily stand out even more. I’d consider staying again if I’m in the area and would love to see how the hotel continues to grow and improve. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

Fantastic Location, Great Stay – Just Watch the Parking Fees! I have stayed a few times in the recent years at Moxy Kaunas and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the heart of Kaunas City, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The hotel also has a fantastic late bar, which was a great spot to unwind after a long day of exploring. The atmosphere was lively yet relaxed, and the drinks were excellent. My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. What really stood out was the excellent noise insulation – I couldn’t hear a sound from neighboring rooms or the hallway, which made for a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. The only downside was the additional cost for parking. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the many positives of the hotel. I’d definitely recommend Moxy Kaunas for its prime location, great amenities, and quiet rooms – just be prepared to budget a little extra for parking!

The rooms are very comfortable, the receptionist is really welcoming and helpful. I really sleep well. Views from 5th floor is amazing. They told me where to go and how to go when i asked them. Breakfast is good and many choices. Location is very central and can get bus easily to everywhere. Next door is the main bus terminal.

This hotel has an awesome toilet for a family of 3. It is spacious and clean. The toiletries are of good quality with a nice fragrance. I like it. The front service has a water dispenser and is very convenient for us.

전반적인 경험은 나쁘지 않지만 주차장 출입에 약간의 문제가 있습니다. 첫날 주차장을 나갈 준비를 하고 있을 때 문제가 발생했고 시스템이 막대를 들어 올리지 않았습니다. 프론트에 가서 물어보니 프론트가 너무 바빠서 거의 신경을 쓰지 않았어요. 간단한 질문을 하고 나서 감히 방해하지 않았습니다. 나는 오랫동안 옆에 서서 기다렸다. 차에 친구와 그의 아이들이 기다리고 있습니다. 다시 물어볼 방법이 없습니다. 상대방은 내가 게이트까지 운전할 수 있다고 말했고 그들은 원격으로 막대를 들어 올릴 것입니다. 그러나 나는 지시에 따라 그것을했고 게이트는 여전히 응답하지 않았습니다. 그래서 다시 프론트에 돌아와 도움을 요청했습니다(프론트가 바쁠 때 전화가 안통해서 직접 물어볼 수 있어요). 이번에는 상대방이 막대를 들어 올리는 것을 도와줄 것이라고 말했습니다. 다시 운전을 하고 드디어 성공적으로 출전했습니다. 전 과정이 전후로 최소 30분 이상 걸렸다. 나는 그것이 우연이라고 생각했지만 다음날 같은 문제가 발생했습니다. 이번에는 도움을 요청했고 상대방은 나중에 막대를 들어 올릴 것이라고 말했지만 전화를 끊고 반복적으로 시도했지만 성공하지 못했습니다. 나는 다시 전화를 걸기 위해 용기를 내서 상대방이 내가 시도했는지 물었고, 나는 여러 번 시도했다고 설명했다. 그리고 그녀는 Unipark에 연락하고 전화를 끊었다. 잠시 기다린 후 직원이 와서 영어를 할 줄 모르지만 제스처를 통해 그가 의미하는 것을 이해했습니다. 직원 통로로 돌아 서게했습니다. 마침내 부드럽게 떠났다.
