GGinge55* hotel booked to end our trip in style.
Bar staff and cleaners were super happy, polite and love to great the guests in the hotel.
Reception staff were generally unhelpful. I tried to book activities and excursions, but was initially told to go the hotel next door before being given a random book
While trying to sort late check out one receptionist began serving another customer over my head. Late check out was eventually agreed to which was helpful but after being sat face to face in silence for minutes.
Facilities are wonderful. Nice private beach, great pool area. Two bars and buffet style restaurant with ala carte option.
Locals got charged significantly less for our event dinner. Some would say that's fair, others would disagree, but not being transparent probably suggests it was trying to be hidden.
Service wasn't 5*. When we arrived our bedding was ripped and had a huge hole in it. Thankfully this was fixed, but I think atleast 2/3 people came to check before it was resolved.

리리뷰어페가수스 호텔은 이번이 처음은 아닙니다. 가족 방문 때문에 가까워서 자주 이용합니다. 위치가 아주 훌륭한 건 아니에요. 해변은 아름답지 않고 수영만 할 수 있습니다. 주변에 할 만한 것도 없고 상점도 없어서 1박이나 2박 정도 묵기에 적합합니다. 아침 식사는 항상 뷔페식이고, 저녁 식사도 보통 뷔페입니다. 음식은 아주 맛있고 종류도 다양합니다. 새로 온 인도인 셰프가 다양한 요리를 선보입니다. 아름다운 정원과 수영장, 해산물 레스토랑도 있습니다. 현재 레스토랑과 일부 객실을 리모델링 중이고, 나머지 객실도 리모델링이 필요해 보입니다. 헬스장도 있습니다.

AAntonChПервая линия, комфортно на лежаках наблюдать за морем, также это можно делать с бассейна или на крыше смотреть на закат. На территории отеля бегают белки или бурундуки, вараны, птицы, красиво. Номер обычный , не хватило бутилированной воды в номере. Неплохая кухня при отеле, попробуйте тарелку из морепродуктов за 3500 рупий, сок ананасовый жидкий , разбавляют, но вот завтрак приятно удивил: блинчики с шоколадом, фрукты, кофе, тосты

리리뷰어This hotel has THE BEST possible staff ever! These people are really helpful-my flight was at 4AM and they let me stay at the waiting lounge until midnight. I’m super satisfied! The only bad thing is that they don’t have a coffee machine for the guests during the meals (open buffets) and they add 40% tax and service to the prices at their restaurants 🙈

리리뷰어We stayed at this hotel for our first two nights in Sri Lanka. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very helpful and gave us great service. Room service was devine and we were hooked on the locally made kottu . Dinner and breakfast the next day was also very good with a variety of foods to choose.

리리뷰어I had a wonderful stay at the Mount Lavinia Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The service staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile.
The hotel environment was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. I especially loved the garden area, the swimming pool, and the stunning beach views. Waking up to the ocean view from my room was an amazing experience. Even the washroom was well-maintained and offered a great view, which made the stay feel even more special.
What impressed me the most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay and paid attention to every detail to ensure my comfort.
Overall, I would rate my experience 10/10. Everything—from the location and facilities to the service and atmosphere—was simply perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Sri Lanka.

RRomalee RoweI upgraded to the Deluxe suite, which was very clean and spacious, making it ideal for a couple or more than one person. The staff, as always, was friendly, providing helpful information, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The only downside was that, because I stayed in a balcony room, the black birds living on the beach were somewhat annoying 😂. Otherwise, everything was fine.

YYinyuezouqi정말 아름다운 호텔이에요. 특히 야경이 정말 아름다웠어요. 29층 스카이 브리지에서 석양을 감상하는 건 정말 드문 경험이었어요. 조식은 풍성하고 주로 인도식이지만 종류도 다양해서 언제든 원하는 메뉴를 고를 수 있어요. 조식당은 바다를 바라보고 있어 정말 로맨틱했어요. 게다가 웨이터의 응대도 정말 친절하고, 응대도 빠르고, 손님을 신처럼 대해주셨어요. 하지만 그래도 조금은 불만이 있네요. 3인실을 예약하고 침대 2개를 지정했는데, 침대 2개가 1.8m 크기의 큰 침대에서 분리되어 있었어요. 어떻게 하면 편안하게 잘 수 있을까요? 이런 3인실에는 최소 1.2m 이상의 침대가 하나 있어야 하는데 말이죠.
