바 시설을 갖춘 스리랑카 서부 주 호텔

5* hotel booked to end our trip in style. Bar staff and cleaners were super happy, polite and love to great the guests in the hotel. Reception staff were generally unhelpful. I tried to book activities and excursions, but was initially told to go the hotel next door before being given a random book While trying to sort late check out one receptionist began serving another customer over my head. Late check out was eventually agreed to which was helpful but after being sat face to face in silence for minutes. Facilities are wonderful. Nice private beach, great pool area. Two bars and buffet style restaurant with ala carte option. Locals got charged significantly less for our event dinner. Some would say that's fair, others would disagree, but not being transparent probably suggests it was trying to be hidden. Service wasn't 5*. When we arrived our bedding was ripped and had a huge hole in it. Thankfully this was fixed, but I think atleast 2/3 people came to check before it was resolved.

이 호텔은 포트 기차역에서 불과 7km 떨어진 와탈라에 있지만, 오래전부터 멀리 있는 것 같습니다. 서비스 - 훌륭합니다. 스리랑카의 모든 지역에서 그렇듯이 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 모두 인사하고 진심으로 자신의 일을 즐기는 듯합니다. 청소부와 웨이터가 군대처럼 있는 듯하고, 모두 친절하고 영어도 매우 잘합니다. 도어맨은 제가 가장 좋아하는 사람인데, 미소가 가득하고 성격이 좋았습니다! 제가 예약한 하프보드 딜에는 하프보드를 언제 어디서 할 수 있는지에 대한 몇 가지 문제가 있었습니다. 아침과 저녁만 제공하지만 Trip에서는 하루에 두 끼를 언제 먹을지 선택할 수 있다고 적혀 있습니다. 그러니 도착했을 때 확실히 알려주세요. 시설 - 넓은 야외, 원한다면 랩을 할 수 있는 큰 수영장이 있고, 옆에 적당한 계단이 있어서 어린아이들이 놀 수 있습니다. 큰 풀 옆에 작은 어린이용 풀도 있고, 일광욕 구역 옆에는 잔디밭 주변에 파라솔과 작은 테이블이 있는 일광욕 의자 10개 정도가 있고, 더 높은 구역에는 의자와 빈백이 더 많이 설치되어 있습니다. 저는 큰 그룹이 팀 게임, 크리켓, 축구, 수영장에서 이상한 워터폴로/배구/핸드볼 게임을 하는 것을 보았고, 오늘은 크리켓을 좋아하는 몇몇 선수도 보았습니다. 레스토랑 - 1층 야외 레스토랑은 직원이 충분하고, 적절한 비율로 구성되어 있으며, 뷔페식 아침, 점심 또는 저녁 식사는 방대합니다(3일 후에는 약간 반복적이지만). 가끔 라이브 음악이 있었는데, 좋았고 압도적이지 않았으며, 주로 영국 음악을 연주했습니다. 바 - The Fishery는 알레카르트 음식 서비스와 음료를 제공하는 야외 레스토랑입니다. 지붕 바 구역 아래나 그 옆 나무 아래에 큰 피크닉 스타일 좌석에 앉을 수 있습니다. 헬스장 - 수영장/레스토랑 옆에 위치하고 약간 낡았지만 필요한 모든 것이 있습니다. 러닝 머신은 약간 서투르지만 적어도 작동은 하고, 웨이트 머신은 움직이기 약간 딱딱하지만 다시 말하지만 기능은 있습니다. 자유중량과 운동할 수 있는 공간이 있습니다. 요가나 스트레칭을 할 수 있는 작은 공간도 있습니다. 에어컨도 있습니다. 30도 이상의 더위에는 정말 필요합니다! 단점 - 가기가 조금 어렵고 택시나 툭툭을 타야 합니다(5,000달러 이상은 내지 마세요!). 보고 들을 수 있는 해변은 매우 가깝지만 수영하기에는 적합하지 않습니다. 특히 어린아이에게는요. 또한 해변이 특별히 깨끗하지 않습니다. 호텔 밖에서는 해변이 보기에 깨끗하지 않지만 왼쪽이나 오른쪽으로 50m 걸어가면 그다지 예쁘지 않습니다! 단점은 아니지만 주말에 여기 온다면 이곳에서 파티, 결혼식, 이벤트가 많이 열리는 것 같습니다. 소음과 분위기가 많은 훌륭한 에너지입니다. 주중에는 훨씬 조용합니다. 그리고 오후에는 수영장이 가득 찹니다!!!

This hotel has THE BEST possible staff ever! These people are really helpful-my flight was at 4AM and they let me stay at the waiting lounge until midnight. I’m super satisfied! The only bad thing is that they don’t have a coffee machine for the guests during the meals (open buffets) and they add 40% tax and service to the prices at their restaurants 🙈

전반적으로 호텔은 훌륭합니다. 프론트 데스크 Irenath는 손님을 매우 환영합니다. 손님이 편안하게 지낼 수 있도록 환대 수준을 잘 이해하는 청년. Roof Top Restaurant 매니저는 내가 주문한 식사가 마음에 들도록 보장합니다. 루프탑 레스토랑의 음식 품질은 정말 훌륭합니다. 나는 나시고랭과 쿠티 로티를 좋아해요. 방은 깨끗하지만 욕실이 더 좋을 수 있습니다.

새롭고 더 나은 위치에 있는 숙소입니다. 체크인은 매우 쾌적했고, 객실은 매우 넓었으며 22층에 있는 모든 편의시설과 함께 멋진 바다 전망을 감상할 수 있었습니다. 루프탑 레스토랑은 이탈리아 음식을 맛볼 수 있어 좋았습니다. 메인 레스토랑은 항상 손님들로 북적였는데, 유명한 뷔페를 먹으러 밖에서 온 손님까지 많아서 앉을 자리는커녕 테이블도 찾을 수 없었습니다. 전반적으로 훌륭하고 잘 관리된 호텔이었습니다.

We stayed at this hotel for our first two nights in Sri Lanka. Check in was a breeze and the staff was very helpful and gave us great service. Room service was devine and we were hooked on the locally made kottu . Dinner and breakfast the next day was also very good with a variety of foods to choose.

I had a wonderful stay at the Mount Lavinia Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The service staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel environment was beautiful, clean, and very relaxing. I especially loved the garden area, the swimming pool, and the stunning beach views. Waking up to the ocean view from my room was an amazing experience. Even the washroom was well-maintained and offered a great view, which made the stay feel even more special. What impressed me the most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They made me feel welcome throughout my stay and paid attention to every detail to ensure my comfort. Overall, I would rate my experience 10/10. Everything—from the location and facilities to the service and atmosphere—was simply perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Sri Lanka.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay at Jetwing Sea, Negombo Our family stayed at Jetwing Sea from 11th June 2026 to 17th June 2026, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel offers beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, spacious and well-maintained rooms, and a wonderful atmosphere that made our vacation memorable. A special note of appreciation goes to Mr. Kelum Jayawera (General Manager), whose professionalism, leadership, and warm hospitality were evident throughout our stay. His dedication to guest satisfaction is reflected in the exceptional service provided by the entire team. We would also like to sincerely thank Mr. Kushlohko (Manager), Ms. Oshadi (Front Office Executive), Mr. Rumesh (Assistant Housekeeper), Mr. Sakuna (Barman), Mr. Manchonayaka (Senior Barman), and Mr. Prabash (Beverage Service Boy) for their kindness, friendliness, and willingness to assist us at every opportunity. They always greeted us with genuine smiles, made us feel welcome, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were excellent—clean, spacious, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, ensuring that everything was perfect throughout our stay. The food was exceptionally well prepared, fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety. Every meal was enjoyable, and the restaurant staff ensured a pleasant dining experience. The bar team was equally impressive, providing outstanding service with professionalism and warmth. What truly sets Jetwing Sea apart is its people. Every member of the staff treated us like family, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our holiday.
