Came to celebrate my birthday and had a nice time. Everyone smiles at you. Got a cake from them too..
Pro:
-Service is super fast and feel like luxury.
-Indoor pool was great and very clean.
-Gym had trainers in the evening i guess.
-Breakfast spread was huge with both veg and non veg. English breakfast was also wide.
-centre of the city yet so quiet
-Bed is huge and rooms are okaying spacious
- iPad with lot of high tech
- expresso was had to make but they give help u.
- good Wi-Fi
- valet parking
Con:
Asked for room cleaning late evening but didn’t do it.
Tv controls in iPad for other entertainment apps are hard .(can provide normal tv control extra too

Excellent hospitality and nice food. Neat and clean swimming pool, Great staffs and very humble GM Mr.Dinesh who gave us Warm welcome with welcome drinks. Ms.Thangam took care of us as a special guest at Dining. Mr.Kithone was taking care of my kids at swimming pool.Special thanks to Dosa Master Mr.Ajithkumar and Receptionist Ms.Nandhini.

We stayed 1 night in this property..it was a very pleasant atmosphere...very excellent and pleasing staff, friendly behaviour staff..rooms were very neat and clean. We will surely recommend my friends and relatives.

Hotel room was spacious and breakfast spread was good. However, housekeeping was not up to the mark and basic toiletries can be improved. Shampoo and body lotion was provided in the reused bottles. Next, wet towels were provided and they were also used(sprayed the laundry deodorant. This hotel has limited car parking facility.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property. The rooms were well maintained and provided a comfortable stay. The check-in process was snooth, and the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality. The morning buffet was also noteworthy for its quality and variety. Overall, my experience was outstanding.”

리리뷰어Lovely oasis of calm, boutique hotel in the heart of the White Town. We stayed for 2 nights. We dined at the restaraunt on the first night, the food and ambience was excellent. We also dined twice at their sister restaraunt” La Villa” which had a 7 course taster menu that was excellent and great value for money. They are also affiliated with the bar/restaraunt ”The Spot” which we really enjoyed visiting during the day for a drink and spot of lunch in a nice courtyard. Breakfast at Villa Shanti was also good and the staff were all very polite and friendly. Our room was charming and comfortable. We felt the roof terrace area could have been a more attractive area to sit out on than it was it was quite basic and felt a bit neglected but otherwise we found the hotel a great place to stay.

The service is better than at Hilton and Ramada.
The manager and stuff make an impressive job to make their patrons’ stay impeccable.
Rooms are clean, spacious, recently renovated and decorated to European standard.
Quality of food is 5/5 and the stuff is always at your beck and call, genuinely, with a lot of respect.
It’s the best customer service we have experienced in whole India. Moreover, one of the stuff members even came late at night to the bus station in order to be sure that we didn’t miss our shuttle.
Truly, all hospitality sector in India shall learn at De Fleur hotel.

So, if someone wants to visit Pont du Chery, the hotel is extremely far. Moreover, there is nothing around the hotel at all—zero, a desert.
It is suitable only for those who want to stay isolated from the city and close to the beach (about 500 meters away). Otherwise, it is not suitable for a tourist who wants to visit Pont du Chery🛜🛜🛜 The staff is excellent. The breakfast is good. The reception staff is exceptional

JJays BackpackIt's the only good looking hotel by the beach. While booking the room, mention how many of them are staying here even if its just 2 person. I booked 3 rooms but the hotel charged us for 3 person the reason that they gave was a ******** saying that each room was booked under one person name, so we will charge for the extra 1 occupancy. Except this, this hotel is perfect in every thing.

They allowed late checkout and to safekeep our luggages for the later part of the day as our return was at late in inight. Would totally suggest this to others and will surely choose them again
