Had a fantastic one night stay at the Novotel. The overall facilities are absolutely top-notch, maintaining an elegant and luxurious vibe throughout. A major highlight was the dining, the restaurants serve incredible food with outstanding service. Highly recommend it for a flawless luxury experience. Can’t wait to return! The whole staff was super friendly and supportive.

Very good hotel and the room is clean except the bathroom. The clerks are untrained and service quality is not good. They should stop making multiple calls to guest's room when nothing is ordered for dinner. I received 3 times of such calls within one day when I was relaxing in the room I felt like I was blamed for not ordering anything from the restaurant. They do not realise how rude it is and think that it is normal practice for Indian hotel but foreigners are very much annoyed by that ”Sir do you want to order anything for dinner?”.

I used to travel alot but this property 'The Rhino' will have a special place in my travel history. Location is offbeat to Guwahati as it is closer to new airport. Restaurant of this property is excellent. We enjoyed all meals. Room is excellently maintained, need not to worry about any aspect.

방은 깨끗하고 잘 관리되어 있으며 모기도 없고 곤충 문제가 없었지만 퀴퀴하고 이끼 냄새가 납니다. 에어컨은 매우 강하고 24시간 동안 안정적인 온수를 제공했습니다. 침대는 편안하지만 만지기가 약간 가려움을 느꼈습니다. 아마도 잘 구지 않았고 세제가 침대 시트 질감에 남아 있었기 때문일 것입니다. 욕실은 끔찍하게 냄새가 났고 아침에도 연기가 났습니다. 전반적으로 그것은 가격에 대해 나쁘지 않고 잘 지불합니다.

Nice service and ambience . Easy check in process. Staff was nice and understanding . There were mosquitos in the entrance hall and near pool So much . Otherwise very comfortable stay . It’s bit outside city but airport is near . I love concierge service . I live valet service.

Good service, good service, secured campus, foods are excellent, lift is also protected without key no one can can use the lift that is interesting

The hotel has a beautiful entrance and dining area. However the rooms are quite dated and since it's in a busy part of town, you should expect to hear noose from the traffic when you're in your room. Overall, it's clean and it is relatively comfortable.

Everything was great overall. The only small improvement would be for the restaurant staff to be a little quicker with the service. Apart from that, the rest of our stay was amazing—spacious, clean, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. 😊

Got the hotel name from google. Food quality is very low. much below standard. Staff behavior is so rude that they use the statement. Its not a ”aloo pyaaz” shop. such disgusting arrogant nonsense staff. Booked the room with so high cost but initially given the smallest room. later when i pushed, then changed to bigger room with extra charges which i paid as well.
