바 시설을 갖춘 영국 우스터셔 호텔

We absolutely love staying at the Bromsgrove Hotel & Spa and honestly wouldn’t choose to stay anywhere else when we’re up here. I first stayed here in 2015 and have been coming back and forth since. I have family close by but we always end up staying a few days at least at a time and going on some adventures with our little one. It’s the perfect location for us. It feels like a real home from home for us every single time. The hotel is always welcoming, and has such a lovely relaxed atmosphere. The swimming pool is a huge favourite for L he absolutely loves it and always gets so excited to go swimming during our stays. It makes such a difference having facilities that he can truly enjoy. What truly makes this place stand out though is the staff. They deserve so much recognition for how amazing, helpful and hardworking they are. Ram, Marie, Luke, Nathan, Chris, Marie, Jason, Dan, ana, faouzi, Abby, Emma, Angel are just a few names to mention, & Phil the chef was 10/10 especially as we have allergens but every single one of them goes above and beyond. They are always friendly, helpful, warm, and genuinely care about their guests. They are especially wonderful with L, which means the world to us because of his additional needs. They make him feel comfortable, included, and happy, and that level of kindness is something you never forget. It’s rare to find somewhere that consistently delivers such amazing service, but this hotel does exactly that every time. We always leave happy and already looking forward to coming back. We also had a lovely girl called Chloe who was housekeeping and she made sure we had everything we needed.  This place deserves to be rated so much higher because it truly is a gem. Thank you to all the team for making every stay so special for us

Amazing location, friendly staff. The vibe and decor of the hotel was quite dated to be honest (felt a bit like The Shining) but as I was just there on an overnight stay it wasn't too much of an issue. The bed was very comfortable and the water was hot so I can't say I wouldn't stay again!

우리는 여기에 여러 번 머물렀고 아침 식사 공간의 테이블과 의자의 열악한 상태에 대해 관리자에게 다시 보냈습니다. 내 피드백(사진 포함)은 인정되지 않았지만 크리스마스 직전에 마지막 방문에서 심하게 얼룩지고 부서진 테이블이 교체되거나 개조되었으며 심하게 얼룩지고 더러운 좌석이 청소 및/또는 교체되었음을 알았습니다. 지금은 그 위에 앉는 것이 편안해집니다. 그래서 제 의견이 이러한 매우 필요한 변화에 기여했을 수 있어서 기쁩니다. 그러나 우리 방의 창틀은 검은 곰팡이로 덮여 있고 수리 또는 교체가 절실히 필요한 끔찍한 상태였습니다. 어디에도 건강한 존재가 없습니다. 따라서 이 리뷰가 올바른 사람/사람들이 보고 행동하기를 바랍니다.

Check in quick. Room was surprisingly large, next to noisy family but can’t be helped. Huge bed! Plus a bed for our soon and a camp bed! Plenty of space and very modern. Tv had no remote so had to go to reception and ask for one. Ordered room service but had to go to desk to pay and told one minute it wouldn’t be ready until gone 6 (an hour after ordering) but turned up within half hour. I’d say that’s the only downside was the conflicting info given by staff. Spa is nice, small pool area and steam and sauna again very small and was super busy so had to wait to enter both. I didn’t stay long as kids only allowed in between 4&6 and I’m morning slot also. Would stay again.

스파는 예상보다 일찍 문을 닫았고 방문했던 다른 스파와 마찬가지로 신발이 제공되지 않았습니다. 시스템과 아침 식사 예약에 작은 문제가 있었지만 직원들은 매우 도움이되었고 즉시 분류되었습니다.

Exceptional service and The Lygon Arms Hotel deserves it’s Title Iconic Booked one night only for my 65th Birthday Treat And made a reservation at The Grill James Martins inspirational meals and his Tasty wine :) Look forward to to my return LXV

A beautiful location with stunning views. The hotel interior was a perfect mix of traditional and contemporary. Our room was right at the top of the building and, although very small, it was well designed and very clean. The service was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough to help you. We had dinner in the bar, which was tasty and arrived quickly and hot! All in all, The Cottage in the Woods is a perfect place for a quiet break with a little luxury. We will definitely be returning.

The Angel is great for an overnight stay. All staff welcoming, friendly and efficient. Atmosphere relaxing, stepping off the high street into an oasis of calm! Excellent position opposite Broad Street and Number 8 venue, once we arrived and parked in the hotel’s free car park we didn’t have to drive again until we left. Local produce from their own farm made for a delicious meal. Would love to re-visit in the future.

This hotel and the staff were amazing We had booked an evening meal in advance - the food & the service were 5* Breakfast the following morning was equally as gd. We enjoyed a really gd sleep. It was a very warm evening - the hotel had provided a fan which meant our sleep was nit disturbed. Would definitely recommend and return when in the area

스탠다드 룸(더블 침대와 소파 베드) 사진은 실제 객실(싱글 침대 2개)과 일치하지 않습니다. 창문이 닫혀 있어도 도로에서 큰 소음이 발생합니다. 객실 변경을 요청했지만 호텔이 완전히 예약되었다고 들었습니다.
