주차장 시설을 갖춘 일본 홋카이도 호텔

호텔 서비스와 뷔페가 좋았습니다. 바다 전망이 좋은 객실과 바닷가 바로 옆에 있는 온천도 마음에 들었습니다. 다만 아쉬운 점은 온천 시설이 아침에는 운영하지 않는다는 것이었습니다. 온천 호텔인데 아침에 온천을 이용할 수 없다는 점은 좀 실망스러웠습니다.

조잔케이에 있는 고급 리조트형 료칸입니다. 시작부터 끝까지 럭셔리를 표방해서 상당히 작은 부분까지도 배려심이 엿보입니다. 역사 깊은 고급료칸의 서비스 레벨은 아직 아니지만, 머물고 있는 동안 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 언제든 편하게 쉴수 있는 라운지, 전통적인 가이세키 요리 (전통적인 요리와 퓨전요리가 혼재 되어있습니다, 몇몇 음식은 일본 요리에 익숙하지 않은 사람들에게 어려울 수 있습니다.) 청결한 방 상태와 멋진 온천수, 전체적으로 상당히 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점은, 아직 고급 료칸 서비스에 익숙하지 않은 몇몇 직원들과 실제 아담한 사이즈의 작은 대욕탕입니다. 그리고, 외부 흡연장소 전에 시거룸이 있는데 흡연 장소가 아니고 시거맛을 보는 장소인데 여기에서 술을 마시고 밤새워서 담배를 피우는 외국인 투숙객무리들이 있어서 아쉬웠습니다.

Location The location of Auberge Ninguruforet is a bit remote and far from the main town center of Biei. There are no nearby convenience stores like Lawson or Family Mart, so guests need to plan ahead for their meals and supplies. This can be inconvenient, especially for larger groups with elderly or young children who may have difficulty walking long distances in the cold winter weather. Check-in ProcessTo improve the check-in experience, it would be helpful if the hotel could request guests to provide their passport details in advance. This would allow for a smoother and faster check-in, without the need for guests to go back and forth to their cars in the freezing temperatures just to take photos for the registration process. Check-out Confusion Even though the hotel had implemented the CCTV audio system to provide clear instructions, the language barrier appears to have caused some confusion for me during the check-out. This can be a common challenge, especially in more remote locations where the staff may not be as fluent in English. Breakfast Since our group requires halal food, it's understandable that we did not include the breakfast option in our package. The hotel could consider offering more diverse breakfast options to cater to different dietary needs in the future. Luggage Handling and Car Access One of the key issues we faced was the need to transport our luggage from the parking area to the unit using carts, rather than being able to drive our car closer to the entrance. This was especially challenging given the freezing -10°C temperatures at night .To improve this, it would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could allow guests to drive our cars closer to the entrance, even if just temporarily, to drop off the luggage. This would avoid the need for guests, especially those traveling with elderly or young children, to struggle with pushing heavy carts through the frigid weather. Scenery Despite the challenges, the stunning winter scenery at Auberge Ninguruforet seems to have made up for it. The -8°C temperature that morning must have created a true winter wonderland, with the beautiful snow-covered landscapes and crisp, clear skies. This picturesque setting is surely a highlight of your stay.Overall, with some improvements to the location accessibility, check-in/out procedures, and guest services, Auberge Ninguruforet could provide an even more enjoyable experience, especially for larger groups traveling with families. The breathtaking winter scenery, however, remains a major draw for this property. We will surely come again to Auberge Ninguruforet, this time leaving our larger luggage in the car and only carrying the essentials we need for our stay in our backpacks. This will allow us to avoid the hassle of transporting heavy bags through the frigid weather, and instead focus on enjoying the stunning winter scenery.By packing light and only bringing what we need for the duration of our visit, we can easily move between our car and the hotel entrance without the struggle of pushing carts through the snow. This will make the check-in and check-out process much smoother, especially for our group with elderly and young family members.Despite the minor inconveniences we experienced previously, the breathtaking winter wonderland at Auberge Ninguruforet remains a major draw for us. We look forward to returning, better prepared to handle the cold temperatures, and immersing ourselves in the serene, picturesque setting that this property offers. With a few adjustments to our packing and luggage management, we are confident our next stay will be an even more enjoyable and memorable experience.

방은 괜찮았어요. 욕조는 없었지만 호텔에 대중목욕탕이 있어서 일반적인 비즈니스 호텔 시설이라고 할 수 있겠네요. 나카지마 공원 지하철역 바로 건너편에 있어요. 다들 아시겠지만, 나카지마 공원은 스스키노나 오도리 근처가 아니라서 걸어가려면 거리가 좀 됩니다. 외진 곳은 아니지만 걸어야 해요. 삿포로 지하철은 도쿄처럼 자주 오는 편이 아니라서 걸어가는 시간과 비슷할 때도 있습니다. 눈이 올 때 짐 끌고 부모님 모시고 지하상가를 이용할 수 없어서 꽤 불편했습니다.

작지만 강합니다 깨끗하고, 조식 맛있고, 세탁/건조기 무료, 작은 욕장 등. 매우 편리했습니다. 더구나, 어머님이 인슐린을 냉장고에 두고 체크아웃 후 3시간 이상 걸리는 노보리베츠로 이동했습니다. 냉장보관 택배를 늦은 시간 요청했음에도 빠르게 처리해주셨습니다. 아래는 그것에 대해서 이전에 보낸 감사 메일 입니다. 39제곱미터 크기의 방에 1.5m 침대 두 개가 있어서 세 가족이 지내기 충분했습니다. 시설은 꽤 좋았지만, 바가 너무 작아서 아쉬웠고, 냉장고에 무료 음료는 물론 유료 음료조차 없다는 점은 실망스러웠습니다. 조식 뷔페 식당은 매우 아름다웠고, 이틀 동안 머무는 동안 일부 메인 요리가 바뀌었습니다. 수프 카레와 글루텐 프리 빵이 있었는데, 이런 빵은 처음 봐서 아주 세심한 배려라고 생각했습니다. 신선한 모차렐라 치즈와 직접 만든 허브 버터도 있었습니다. 하지만 식당에서 점심과 저녁 식사를 제공하지 않고, 1층 라운지에서 간단한 식사만 가능하다는 점은 아쉬웠습니다. 호텔 시설도 다소 부족했는데, 수영장, 온천, 스파, 비즈니스 센터가 없었고, 1층에 작은 피트니스 센터만 있었습니다. 투숙객 대부분이 서양 백인이었고, 아마도 대부분 휴가를 즐기러 온 것 같았습니다.

房間超大，有室內浸浴，景觀一流，設施齊備，若住Executive Suit,可以免費享用lounge 內小食和飲品，酒也是無限飲用。自助餐食物美味，款式多。娛樂設施有驚喜，有乒乓球打，有夾公仔機，可以打機，是迷利版的Gigo。商店購物種類多，有好小朋友玩具賣。露天風呂看到雪山景，體驗到一邊浸温泉，一邊大風雪吹在面上。就算不是露天，室內的風呂也有好美的雪山景觀看。有穿梭巴士送到札幌，非常好。雖然房價不便宜，但物有所值。

너무 좋았어요 우선 주차가 하루 800엔으로 저렴했고 마음대로 출차가능해요 위치도 고료카쿠타워랑 가깝고 맛집도 주변에 많아요 전 징기스칸이랑 장어덮밥 먹으려고 묵었는데 새로 오픈한지 몇년 안되서인지 깨끗하고 직원분들 친절하셔서 너무 편하게 2틀 이용했어요~^^ 감사합니다

세 번째 방문인데, 이전 두 번의 경험이 너무 좋아서 또 이 호텔을 선택했어요. 하지만 이번 투숙은 정말 받아들이기 힘든 경험이었네요. 오전 11시쯤 호텔에 도착했는데, 딸아이가 스키 타다가 다리를 다쳐서 체크인을 도와주던 중년 여성 직원에게 얼리 체크인이 가능한지 물었어요. 가능하다고는 하는데 추가로 하루치 숙박비를 내야 한다고 하더군요. 말 그대로 돈을 뜯어가려는 거나 다름없었어요! 웃기는 건 돈 내기 싫으면 오후 3시까지 로비에서 기다리라고 하더라고요. 로비 분위기는 괜찮아서 1,700위안 정도 되는 돈을 아끼는 셈 치고 로비에서 기다리기로 했어요. 그런데 이상하게도 직원들이 저희 짐을 일찍 방으로 옮겨주는 걸 봤는데, 저희는 방에 들어갈 수 없었다니 정말 어이가 없었죠! 게다가 이번 와이파이 신호는 정말 최악이었어요. 너무 끊겨서 거의 쓸 수 없었고, 호텔에 이야기해도 소용없어서 결국 제 데이터를 사용해야 했어요. 그래서 이번 투숙 경험은 정말 최악이었네요! 사진을 보면 딸아이가 휠체어에 앉아 있는데도 얼리 체크인을 안 해주다니, 그 중년 여성 직원은 정말 비인간적이었어요!

제가 묵어본 온천 호텔 중 가장 분위기 있는 곳이었습니다. 고요하고 따뜻해서 정말 좋았습니다. 식사는 첫날 가이세키 요리를 선택했는데, 특별히 인상적이지 않았습니다. 둘째 날 뷔페는 가성비가 꽤 좋았습니다. 세면도구는 괜찮았지만, 여성 스킨케어에 중점을 두지 않았고 바디로션 종류는 하나뿐이었습니다. 다시 방문한다면 제 세면도구를 가져갈 겁니다. 객실은 넓고 쾌적했고 서비스도 친절했습니다. 단 하나 아쉬운 점은 근처에 편의점이 없다는 것이었습니다. 우유를 사고 싶었지만 찾을 수가 없었습니다. 호텔에서 컵을 가져다주었는데, 예상치 못하게 요금이 청구되었는데, 이해할 만했지만 조금 인색한 느낌이었습니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다.
