바 시설을 갖춘 영국 사우스 요크셔 호텔

We were surprised how nice the hotel is for the price we paid. I went with an old friend for a mid-week city break in Sheffield. The hotel is pretty close to theb train station and we walked there easily with our wheeled suitcases. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful The bathroom had a bath and a shower; the bedroom itself was a decent size. I don't think the electronic safe was working correctly, or maybe it was used error, not sure about that, lol. There was a fridge in the room which was great and unexpected; the wi-fi was also excellent. The staff were friendly, and we could get more coffee, tea and milk from reception. We didn't go to the gym or spa, we did go swimming and it's a lovely, big, well heated pool. There were also two steam rooms, a sauna, an ice room and a discovery shower (a hot or cold shower with four sprays and red and blue lights). There wasn't a machine to spin the swimwear in, but there were polythene bags for wet swimwear. A lovely touch in the gym reception was a coffee machine, where you could sit down and have a free cappucino or whatever your fancy is. We got the train to Meadowhall which took 5 mins and cost £2.90 return (with our senior rail cards). Some locals said the tram was even easier, but we found the train easy enough and very fast. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a city break in Sheffield.

이 호텔 정말 최악이에요… 한마디로, 시설은 새것 같지만 서비스는 완전히 엉망입니다. 1. 바지 세탁을 부탁했는데, 프런트 데스크에 두 번이나 6시 전에 방으로 가져다주겠다고 확인까지 받았어요. 그런데 6시 30분에 방으로 돌아왔을 때 바지는 없었고, 7시 30분에 다시 내려가 보니 프런트 데스크에 그대로 있었어요. 아무도 가져다주지 않았던 거죠. 2. 6시 30분에 방으로 돌아왔을 때, 청소는 되어 있었지만 화장지는 채워져 있지 않았어요. 다른 비품도 필요한가 싶어서 휴대폰으로 QR 코드를 스캔해서 추가 요청을 했어요. 오늘 QR 코드는 8시 이전에 사용 가능했는데, 한 시간이 지나도 오지 않았어요. 어제 전화했을 때 겪었던 어이없는 일이 생각나서 직접 프런트 데스크에 가서 요청했어요. 그러자 거의 15분이나 지나서야 비품이 도착했어요. 3. 아침 식사로 나온 삶은 달걀흰자는 제대로 익지도 않았어요… 서비스가 전혀 없는 호텔이네요… 그나마 장점이라면 위치가 좋고 새로 리모델링했다는 점뿐이에요.

Das Hotel ist nicht wie ein übliches Ibis Hotel. Die Zimmer und Badezimmer mit großer Dusche sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Obwohl das Hotel in den acht Tagen ausgebucht war waren keinerlei Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern zu hören. Es ist zudem an einer ruhigen Straße gelegen. Die Lage zum Bahnhof, zur Innenstadt und zur Tramstation ist hervorragend. Das typisch englische Frühstück ist prima, das Buffet wird stets schnell aufgefüllt. Das Personal ist mäßig freundlich und sehr bemüht. Ich kann dieses Hotel wirklich empfehlen, auch wegen der absolut guten Preissituation.

나는 베니 (레지스터 이름은 WAI-FU MOK)이며, 여름에 31/7/2022에서 2/8/2022까지 ROOM 211에서 3 일 동안 보냈으며 호텔의 모든 시설이 훌륭하고 매우 만족 스러웠다는 것을 알았습니다. 유일한 단점은 화장실에서 플러시 할 때 이상한 소리가 길다는 것입니다. 변기 호스에 문제가있을 수 있습니다. 그 외에는이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다. 호텔의 모든 직원은 매우 친절하고 환영하며 쾌활하며 하우스 키핑 레이디를 포함한 배려입니다! 마지막으로, 접수 원 ~ Karra RIPPON. Karra는 가장 참을성 있고, 도움이되고, 친절하고, 헌신적이며, 사랑스럽고, 사려 깊고 돌보는 직원이었습니다. 이 영감을주는 메시지를이 훌륭한 접수 원과 공유하고 영감을주는 메시지가 홍콩 이민자 가족으로부터 왔다고 말해 주실 수 있습니까? 많은 감사와 나는 당신에게 빚을 졌다!

Unfortunately I was not made aware of the rewards scheme the hotel has until the cleaners told me I'd already booked 8 nights by then... The 1st room offered, well the tv didn't work so we had to move, no help with bags unfortunately....next room was fine no hairdryer so 1 was sent up from reception The beds & pillows are so comfortable and the breakfast is fantastic the staff were lovely from front of house to the cleaners. Thankyou for a lovely welcoming stay.

호텔 시설이 정말 형편없었어요. 아주 오래전에 리모델링한 티가 너무 나더라고요. 2박을 예약했는데 첫날 밤에 벽걸이 헤어드라이어가 엄청난 소리와 함께 폭발하면서 타는 냄새가 진동했어요. 호텔이 만실이라 방을 옮길 수도 없어서 그 타는 냄새를 맡으면서 자야 했죠. 둘째 날에는 온수가 안 나와서 미지근한 물밖에 안 나왔어요. 야간 근무 직원들이 고쳐보려고 했지만 결국 실패했죠. 정말 최악의 경험이었어요. 방도 엄청 낡았는데, 1970년대 방이라고 생각하시면 될 것 같아요. 다만, 직원들은 친절했고 특히 야간 근무 직원들은 적극적으로 도와줘서 고마웠어요. 위치는 좋았어요.

괜찮지만 약간 오래됨. 방은 시끄러운 에어컨이 가득한 옥상을 향하고 있었지만 그것은 방의 문제입니다. 에어컨이 계속 꺼졌습니다. 좋은 WiFi. 친절한 서비스. 괜찮은 바이지만 Camden Pale 1파인트에 거의 7파운드로 비쌉니다. 가게 앞에 편의 시설이 있지만 역시 비쌉니다. 작은 프링글스 캔 하나에 2파운드가 넘습니다. 위치가 약간 떨어져 있지만 버스가 도심까지 가깝고 역과 가깝습니다. 전반적으로 괜찮은 숙박이었고 도시에서 밤을 보낸 후 머리를 쉴 수 있는 좋은 장소입니다. 하지만 체크아웃을 늦게 했으면 좋았을 텐데요. 다른 호텔 체인은 12시까지 하는데 훨씬 낫습니다!

깨끗하고 좋은 호텔이었고, 주변에 바와 레스토랑이 많아 걸어서 금방 갈 수 있는 거리에 위치해 있었습니다. 객실은 넓고 깨끗했지만, 도착했을 때 세면대에서 긴 검은 머리카락을 발견했습니다! 커튼을 쳐도 바깥이 밝을 때만 약간의 빛이 들어와 방이 매우 조용했습니다. 조식은 다양한 메뉴가 제공되어 좋았지만, 커피는 좀 더 개선될 수 있을 것 같습니다. 바도 괜찮았고, 다양한 맥주를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 호텔 주차장은 너무 작고 회전하기에도 불편해서 이용하지 않았습니다. 대신 솔리 스트리트에 있는 NCP 칼 파크에 주차했는데, 주말에 1박에 2.50파운드였고 주차 공간도 넉넉했습니다. 평일에는 24시간에 11파운드였는데, 햄튼 바이 힐튼은 15파운드였습니다. 전반적으로 친절한 직원들 덕분에 좋은 숙박이었습니다. 이 지역에 다시 오게 된다면 꼭 다시 묵을 것입니다.

Very good service. Nice breakfast

The location is good, the room was pleasant and spacious. But the staff were a little slow, it took a long time to check in even though there were three staff on reception and one person before me, two were on the phone together. I understand busy times but they weren’t particularly in a hurry to help, explain or apologise. Also had a drink at the bar and again, the staff were a little slow to help. They were fine and adequate but not particularly friendly. I have worked in customer facing roles and I’m not expecting the world but some hotels go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the staff here could definitely improve in this area. There was nothing wrong at this hotel and it was adequate for my needs but I wouldn’t go out of my way to stay here again.
