스파 시설을 갖춘 영국 켄트 호텔

This was our second time. Staying at this hotel.the room was OK.heating system was not great in the room.has for the shower room. It was freezing. Little towel warmer giving very little heat.has for shower, there was very warm water coming out. We had to boil the little kettle to wash with.im very disappointed in my second visit.i won't be going back again. Shame because I liked the hotel

Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy. Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom, Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty. For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5. Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞

The hotel itself needs a new lease of life. A lock of paint, change carpets and mordenise the bathrooms and furniture. Our chair had stains. Apart from that wow lovely grounds my goodness, staff friendly and helpful, lovely touches like the water and juice available in the reception lobby nice decorated. Loved the gym and pool area too especially the jacuzzi very nice. The ceiling above the roof needs attention, plenty of parking very good and the beds were super comfortable. The TVs well needs bigger and newer ones. Breakfast very nice thanks.

Perfect sized room, lovely set up, the hotel itself is huge and so well presented. Gorgeous swimming pool. Lots of places to sit down and eat if you would like too. There is a gym and a spa also (we didn't use these but we know they are there) there are phones in the rooms so you can order room service if you wish. The staff knocked on our door on the second evening and asked if we would like any refills on teabags coffee or sugar or any fresh towels. So well mannered and polite. Just an over all lovely place to go and its literally beside Brands Hatch where we needed to be. Cannot fault this place..

Lovely hotel, stayed for a long weekend and used the spa facilities - they gave us a free upgrade which was a nice touch! Beautiful grounds, restaurant was lovely and only a short scenic walk to the town Only critique was the pool was quite small without much seating available and the sauna was male or female only - but the rest of the stay and amenities more than made up for it! Also recommend the afternoon tea :)

위치와 스파 때문에 이 호텔을 예약했습니다. 호텔 자체는 좋았지만 스파는 더럽고 스파 시설이라고 하기엔 부족했습니다. 수영장이 있는 호텔로 홍보하는 게 더 적절했을 것 같습니다. 4성급 호텔 스파치고는 너무 실망스러웠고, 호텔 측에서 시설을 과장해서 광고한 것 같습니다. 발렌타인데이였는데 스파 셔터가 오후 6시도 되기 전에 내려져 있었습니다. 체크인할 때 스파에서 수건과 가운을 제공하고 마지막 입장 시간은 오후 8시 30분이라고 안내받았습니다. 하지만 스파 리셉션에 도착하니 수건만 받았고, 가운은 스파 패키지 이용객에게만 제공된다고 했습니다. 체크인할 때 들었던 내용과 완전히 반대되는 이야기였습니다. 수영장과 탈의실은 매우 더러웠습니다. 수영장 옆 샤워 시설은 고장 나 있었고 오랫동안 사용하지 않은 것처럼 보였습니다. 자쿠지가 있던 자리는 판자로 막혀 있었고, 오랫동안 방치된 듯했습니다. 수영장 물은 차갑고 더러웠습니다.

모든 요건을 충족하는 멋진 호텔입니다. 모든 편의 시설을 갖춘 훌륭한 숙박을 원하는 사람에게 진심으로 추천합니다.

We just returned from a 1 night spa break with friends. Hotel is lovely, very quiet & clean. Breakfast wasn’t the best, hash browns literally had no potato inside as they was deep fried to much. The breakfast looked lovely but wasn’t anything to shout about. Luke warm at best. However the granola, pastries, toast etc was very nice. What stands out with this hotel is the service. Everyone is very polite and the service is very very good.

Friendly and helpful staff. The spa area is really calming, and although the steam room and sauna were small were enjoyable. The range of seating was also well planned in the space available. Had Breakfast and a promotion evening meal that was good value and nicely presented H
