We had a great stay at the Crown Spa Hotel. All the staff were super friendly, nothing was to much trouble. The rooms were clean and fresh, we had a sea view. Meals in the Restaurant were very good value and excellent quality. We had treatments in the Spa, the Girls were super friendly, welcoming and chatty. We will certainly be returning.

The hotel must have been amazing in the past but unfortunately it's way beyond it's best. We had to wait 45 minutes to check in. My single room was the size of a box with no soap or shower gel. The window sill was filthy along with the window and there was a nest of seagulls on my window sill. They were so noisy. The room doors are so heavy and noisy and people were banging them all night. The rest of the hotel was tired and needs a good injection of money to be worthy of staying here again. We will not be back. All the staff were very friendly though.

We had the most gorgeous stay at No.1 Guest House - if there wasn’t so much to see and do in York we would have happily just stayed in and enjoyed the hotel all weekend. The staff were amazing, especially Ellie, who made us feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. We loved just sitting in the bar area with a cocktail (the rosy margarita was amazing) and looking at all the art and the cute steam train. The hotel is sooo cosy and perfect for this time of year. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location for a sightseeing trip to York, with car parking. The hotel was gorgeous, beautiful room (we had blenheim suite), huge copper bath in the bedroom (bring your own bubble bath!), super comfy bed, beautifully decorated room. Reception staff lovely and very knowledgeable of local area. Lovely bar too with friendly staff, a range of boardgames available which was fun. Breakfast room had a great Churchill theme ( brilliant top/bowler hat lighting). Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a really lovely stay.

도착하자마자 트윈 침대에 작은 문제가 있었지만 프론트 데스크 직원이 신속하게 해결하고 매우 친절했습니다. 머무는 동안 모두가 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 아침 식사 중 바다 전망은 아름답고 아침을 특히 즐겁게 만들었습니다.

정말 좋은 곳이에요. 가격 대비 가치가 훌륭하고, 욕실 용품이 좋은 깨끗한 객실과 모든 직원이 정말 친절했어요. 리셉션에 있던 헬가는 정말 친절했고, 스파는 덤이었어요. 리셉션에서 무료 타월과 자물쇠를 제공해 주었어요. 훨씬 더 많은 돈을 냈는데 훨씬 저렴했어요. 주차도 6파운드에 훌륭했어요. 꼭 다시 이용할게요. 객실은 정말 잘 꾸며져 있고, 금고, 다리미, 헤어드라이어가 있고, 차와 커피, 우유가 꽤 많았어요. 다만 냉장고가 좀 더 있었으면 좋겠어요.

Beautiful hotel with extremely clean rooms and lovely spa facilities. It was quiet at night and had all the necessary home comforts to make it an enjoyable stay. Thank you!

정말 아름다운 호텔 아침 식사는 침대가 너무 편안해서 나가고 싶지 않았습니다. 단점은 주차장입니다. 직원들이 주차할 때 정말 엉망이었고 다른 주차장으로 가서 주차해야 했는데 주차료가 주차장에 따라 22파운드에서 30파운드였습니다. 장애인 차량에는 배지도 없었고 그 멋진 밤을 제외하고는 체크인도 하지 않았습니다. 리셉션에서 무료 물캔과 무료 쿠키를 제공했습니다.

Perfectly adequate. Friendly staff. I didn’t use the bar or restaurant. I was only using the hotel to sleep in but would recommend it. Although, obviously it is an older hotel (which is part of its charm) so they have to battle with old fittings etc

Great location of hotel, in between Train station and city center and best for some final shopping and picking up luggage for your next train ride. Unfortunately, the toilet is quite unclean with bugs and used paper stuffed in new ones, bin was uncleaned too. We might never book another Radisson anymore.
