바 시설을 갖춘 영국 노스요크셔 호텔

Had a very lovely stay I thought the car park was overpriced and the service when we sat down to have a Valentines meal, we waited quite a while. Sometimes it seemed like people didn’t know what they were doing.

Service was very good both at reception and at the bar but rooms were overpoweringly hot, no net on window therefore had to have curtains closed for privacy. Bathroom extractor fan on constantly (until card was remove to cut off electricity). Both dispensers for shower gel / shampoo were broken. In bar area table legs / base were dirty, obviously not been cleaned that day. Pool times for children could be extended a little later i.e. our 12 year old could not go in after 6pm. Thanks, Ian

Not as bad as other reviews suggest, yes it could do with a refurb but it is well priced,friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Comfy beds . Amazing views overlooking north bay, ideal as a base to explore. Didn’t eat at the restaurant so cannot comment on food. Don’t be put off by other bad reviews.

I love the grand - always have and always will. Excellent location, Victorian features and steeped with history. The views are second to none :) staff helpful as always

We had the most gorgeous stay at No.1 Guest House - if there wasn’t so much to see and do in York we would have happily just stayed in and enjoyed the hotel all weekend. The staff were amazing, especially Ellie, who made us feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough for us. We loved just sitting in the bar area with a cocktail (the rosy margarita was amazing) and looking at all the art and the cute steam train. The hotel is sooo cosy and perfect for this time of year. We will definitely be back!

도심에서 도보로 단 10분 거리에 있는 아름다운 호텔  우리 방은 깨끗하고 아늑했습니다  방에는 헤어 드라이어, 다리미 및 다리미판뿐만 아니라 차 / 커피 시설 및 온도가 29도에 도달하는 데 확실히 필요한 선풍기가있었습니다. 🥵 야외 공간은 많은 좌석과 저녁에 먹을 수있는 작은 포드로 충격적이었습니다. 밤에는 조명이 켜져 매우 아름답습니다.  모든 직원은 친절하고 도움이되었습니다.  우리는 가까운 장래에 확실히 돌아올 것입니다.

마치 영화 속 복고풍 호텔 같아요. 문앞에 리셉션이 있으니 꼭 오후 3시에 체크인하세요. 일찍 오면 호텔에 짐을 먼저 맡기고 체크인해야 합니다. 3시 이후 호텔은 역에서 매우 가까우며 성벽에 들어가자마자 바로 보입니다. 요크 구시가지와 대성당에서 불과 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 섐블즈 스트리트까지 걸어가면 꼬마유령 사들이는 사람이 너무 많아서 필요하면 9시부터 줄을 서세요 뭐, 낮에는 부처 스트리트 옆에 먹을 곳이 많아요. 걷다 지치면 여기서 점심을 먹어도 좋아요.

정말 아름다운 호텔 아침 식사는 침대가 너무 편안해서 나가고 싶지 않았습니다. 단점은 주차장입니다. 직원들이 주차할 때 정말 엉망이었고 다른 주차장으로 가서 주차해야 했는데 주차료가 주차장에 따라 22파운드에서 30파운드였습니다. 장애인 차량에는 배지도 없었고 그 멋진 밤을 제외하고는 체크인도 하지 않았습니다. 리셉션에서 무료 물캔과 무료 쿠키를 제공했습니다.

훌륭한 호텔! 궁전 같은 분위기에 주차 가능(1박 19파운드), 깨끗하고 편안한 객실에서 성벽 전망을 감상하실 수 있습니다. 특히 레스토랑에 감사드립니다. 다양한 현지 요리와 이탈리아 와인을 합리적인 가격에 즐길 수 있는 훌륭한 저녁 식사를 제공했습니다. 조용하고 차분하며 아침 식사도 훌륭했습니다. 강력 추천합니다!

나는 하룻밤 만 머물 렀지 만 직원들의 유쾌한 태도와 조직 기술에 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 내 방은 매우 깨끗했고 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 마지막으로 모든 직원이 매우 세심한주의를 기울여 매우 즐거운 아침 식사를했습니다. 내가 그 지역에 있다면 나는 확실히 다시 머물 것입니다.
