조식 운영 시설을 갖춘 캐나다 브리티시컬럼비아 호텔

호텔은 모텔보다 조금 더 깨끗하고, 사진 속 위치에서 3.5km 떨어져 있습니다. 침구도 꽤 좋고 욕실은 습한 공간과 건조한 공간이 분리되어 있습니다.

호텔은 식당과 공항 근처에 위치하여 편리했습니다. 프런트 데스크의 샤론 씨는 제 예약을 찾는 데 매우 친절하게 도와주셨습니다. 트립닷컴에서 아고다를 통해 제 예약을 받았는데, 샤론 씨는 트립닷컴 웹사이트에서 제 아고다 예약 번호를 찾을 수 없어서 꽤 오랜 시간을 들여 찾아주셨습니다. 샤론 씨는 제가 트립닷컴 예약을 찾지 못해 결제하지 않도록 예약 번호를 찾는 데 한 시간 더 일해 주셨습니다. 전반적으로 숙박은 즐거웠고, 직원들의 서비스는 좋고 신속했습니다.

방은 깨끗하고 깔끔했으며, 여러 명이 함께 쓰는 방이었음에도 불구하고 분위기가 매우 좋았습니다. 룸메이트들도 모두 교양 있고 사려 깊었습니다. 직원분들은 친절하고 열정적이었으며, 모든 질문에 기꺼이 답해주고 필요한 도움을 제공해주셨습니다. 번화가에 위치해 있어 지리적으로도 훌륭합니다.

에어컨 소음이 좀 심해요. 구식 모델이거든요. 위치는 괜찮아요. 근처에 주유소랑 패스트푸드점이 있어요. 아침에는 스크램블 에그, 와플, 티백, 빵을 많이 팔아요.

위치는 교통이 편리해서 좋습니다. 스카이트레인 역이 도보 거리에 있어 다운타운과 빅토리아 아일랜드로 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다. 주변에 식당도 많습니다. 하지만 가격을 고려했을 때 가성비는 평균 수준입니다.

Lovely place where you have an amazing view from your window I always stay here when we visit Campbell River

We were given an uncleaned, used room which shocks us right after we entered the door. It was so disappointing.

This hotel was built in 1885 with historical background according to the pictures on the wall. It would be more informative if there was a more thorough descriptions next to the pictures and become a museum like Inn. We stayed in the Superior King room with balcony, the river view was excellent. This little town is very tranquil with relaxing vibe. We loved to stay in the balcony, unfortunately, there is no any BBQ or stove for cooking here, or we would love to stay more days. There is also no sun umbrella or shaded place in the balcony, and it could be very bright and hot even during 11C in the summer. Our room is the closest to the car park, but we can’t access the stairs directly down to the car park. Instead, we had to detour in the hotel, walked the a few levels of stairs with passing two doors to the car park. There are more than a dozen of stairs in the hotel. Elderly and anyone with leg or back problems need to be aware of it. 
Our room has been renovated recently. Everything maintains in very good condition, besides of the air conditioning. The air conditioning system was connected to another three rooms in the same isle. If any of the room turns on the heater while everyone is using the cool mode, the air conditioning will be shown in error. Thanks for Meghan that she was willing to come back to the hotel for us in 5 mins even it was out of her work time. She has been very helpful and nice during our stay. She is the best front desk I have seen on this island. We were happy with our stay, even we noticed that the noisy music from the pub right under the hotel level not only on in the weekend until midnight. However, we felt that compressor next to us had been noisy all day. We only felt quiet after we turned off the bathroom ventilator, air conditioning and closed the window. There was also two washing machines and one dryer on site charging only CAD$2 for each laundry. I think this is the cheapest laundry service on the island. The last but not least is the bath towels. We can’t stand with it snowing with crushes. I would suggest people bringing their towels. And the water pressure was too weak like a garden pot watering.

호텔 분위기가 정말 좋았어요. 바로 맞은편에 빅토리아 항구와 주의사당이 보이고, 옆에는 룰루레몬 매장이 있었어요. 멀지 않은 곳에 쇼핑센터와 다양한 레스토랑, 바, 카페가 있어서 매우 활기차고 식사와 쇼핑 모두 편리했습니다! 호텔 입구의 직원분(도어맨)이 매우 친절하고 세심했습니다. 짐이 있는지 물어보셔서 2박만 머물러 짐이 없다고 하자, 친절하게 주차장 방향을 안내해주셨고, 주차장 진입 후 안내 표지에 따라 체크인하는 방법을 상세히 알려주셨습니다! 체크인 절차는 간편하고 편리했습니다! 객실은 깨끗하고 밝았으며, 아늑한 느낌이 들었습니다! 머무는 동안 아무런 방해도 받지 않았고, 서비스 직원들이 침구를 제때 정리해주고 무료 생수도 보충해주었습니다! 전반적인 숙박 경험이 매우 좋았습니다! 다만, 예약할 때 주차 요금 정보를 제대로 확인하지 못했습니다! 체크인 시 프런트 데스크에서 주차권을 주는데, 저희가 착각해서 외출할 때 주차 요금을 직접 1박치 지불했습니다. 그런데 체크아웃할 때 호텔 측에서 2박치 주차 요금을 청구한다고 했고, 저희가 직접 냈던 주차 요금 영수증을 받지 않아서 환불받을 수 없게 되어 40캐나다 달러를 손해 봤습니다. 이 호텔에 머무실 분들은 프런트에서 받은 주차권을 주차 정산 직원에게 꼭 보여주세요! 그래야 추가 요금을 내는 일이 없을 거예요 😏. 전반적으로 별 5개를 드립니다. 씨트립 추천 감사합니다👍👍

객실은 괜찮았지만, 위층 복층인지 아래층 복층인지 잘 선택해야 해요. 이번에 제가 묵었던 아래층 복층은 좀 시끄러웠어요. 위층에서 나는 소리가 다 들렸거든요. 욕조는 약간 낡았는데, 쓸 만한 건 그것뿐이었어요. 그 점을 제외하면 다른 모든 것은 꽤 좋았습니다.
