나는 나와 내 친구들을 위해 패밀리 룸을 예약했습니다. 우리는 그것이 3 성급 호텔이라는 점을 고려할 때 우리의 기대를 초과 할 것으로 기대하지 않았지만 그 이상이었습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 특히 욕실은 깨끗하고 침구는 깔끔하고 깨끗합니다. 모든 객실 편의 시설은 관대하게 교체됩니다. 그러나 리셉션에서 레스토랑까지의 직원은 최고입니다. 모두 친절하고 접근하기 쉽고 도움이됩니다. 우리는 확실히 돌아올 것입니다. 모든 직원에게 감사합니다 💯

위치와 환경의 청결에 감사했습니다. 그러나 서비스는 내 기대를 충족시키지 못했습니다. 우리는 특히 다른 호텔에서의 긍정적인 경험을 고려할 때 불공평한 아침 식사 규칙과 관련하여 직원과 문제를 경험했습니다. 이를 바탕으로 이 지점으로 돌아가는 것이 불확실합니다. 그러나 이 같은 호텔의 히드로 지점은 2025년 12월에 머무는 동안 훌륭한 서비스를 제공했다는 점에 유의하고 싶습니다.

Very nice hotel, clean, tidy and plenty of attentive staff. We used as a base for exploring Jersey so didn't really use the hotel facilities - except the breakfast which was excellent - although for us it would have been nice if breakfast had started a little earlier maybe 7:30am? (it ran from 8am to 10am which was OK). Late on the last evening when packing we found we couldn't open the room safe as it had malfunctioned, it was after 11pm, but it actually showed the hotel staff in a very good light as the receptionist tried her best to help, the restaurant manager said opening the safe was the priority, and eventually after about twenty minutes the porter did manage to open the safe (”mechanically” - but that's another story!), so all was good ...... the problem was the electronic device - hotel staff were excellent and problem was solved! Overall very good, would stay again.

Beautiful grounds and welcoming staff. Check-in was smooth, and breakfast was tasty and varied. The y staff were also very attentive. I didn’t try the set dinner menu,. Ordered from snack menu which was very carb-heavy and on the pricey side for what it was. Room was comfortable but carpets decor and bathroom dated, which was clear from photos and other reviews, so it wasn’t a surprise. Unfortunately, there was used plastic film left on the bathroom floor on arrival indicating it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. Otherwise, for the price and the grounds, you can’t really complain, especially if you’re after a quiet place to unwind

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Jersey Hotel in a stunning Seaview room, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The room offered breathtaking views of the sea, making each morning a delight to wake up to. The hotel exudes elegance and comfort, with impeccable service from the staff who were always attentive and friendly. Every detail was thoughtfully managed, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing stay. I would wholeheartedly rate my experience as 5 stars and highly recommend the Grand Jersey Hotel to anyone seeking a memorable getaway.

레스토랑에서 최악의 경험. 여기에서의 마지막 날 아침 식사 시간이 끝나면 오전 10시까지 아침을 먹고 있었습니다. 직원 중 한 명이 차를 내 방으로 가져갈 수 있는지 물었고 직원은 예라고 말했습니다. 다른 고객들도 음료와 음식을 집으로 가져오고 있습니다. 내가 식당을 나가는 동안 다른 직원이 나를 지나쳐 내 손에 있는 차를 응시했습니다. 그런 다음 그녀는 극적으로 눈을 굴리고 크고 무시무시한 ”tsk” 소리를 내었습니다.

Hotel was clean and conveniently located. The rooms were clean. Be aware that the extra beds are very short, so if your child is tall, they may be hanging over the end! The food was good and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choice and was always being topped up. Would definitely stay again.

Once again an excellent stay at the Somerville Hotel, over Christmas. This hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent and the location cannot be beaten. I can’t wait to return, for another visit, around April 2026. Thank you to all staff, for making my visit so memorable, once again.

훌륭한 호텔. 위치는 훌륭하고 우리는 바다 전망을 가지고 매우 기쁩니다. 아침 식사는 약간 비싸지 만 좋은 품질이었습니다. 방은 넓고 잘 관리되었습니다. 직원들은 항상 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 특히 5살짜리 아들에게는 특히 도움이 되었습니다. 여행 문제로 인해 우리는 몇 시간 늦게 체크 아웃해야했고 직원들은 매우 수용 적이었습니다.

Excellent hotel, front staff very friendly & helpful. Room was clean & everything you would need, ( a fridge would have been handy) 10-15 minutes walk to town & sea front. Breakfast fine & plenty of choice, good evening menu. Spa was excellent with infinity pool, jacuzzi, cold plunge pool, sauna & steam room at no extra charge. Would definitely recommend.
