스파 시설을 갖춘 미국 일리노이 호텔

위치가 정말 좋았어요. 주변에 관광지가 너무 많아서 전부 걸어갈 수 있었는데, 대부분 3km 이내에 있었어요. 걷는 걸 좋아하는 저에게는 정말 최고였습니다! 길 건너편에 큰 마트가 하나 있었는데, 먹을 것, 쓸 것 다 있었고 밤 11시 넘어서까지 영업해서 정말 편리했어요! 건물 아래층에는 UNO 피자집이 있었는데, 여기도 밤 11시까지 영업하고 장사가 엄청 잘 됐어요. 거기서 3분 정도 더 걸어가면 해산물 레스토랑이 또 있었는데, 맛있긴 했지만 가격은 좀 비쌌어요. 레드라인 지하철역이 바로 건물 아래에 있어서 미드웨이 공항 가기가 정말 편했어요. 오렌지라인으로 한 번만 갈아타고 나와서 5분 정도 걸으면 바로 공항인데, 전 구간 실내 이동이라 비 오는 날씨 걱정할 필요도 없었고요! 호텔 인테리어도 괜찮았고, 방도 아주 깨끗하고 넓었어요. (미국 호텔들이 보통 넓은 편이라 동남아시아처럼 땅값이 비싼 곳과는 비교할 수 없죠.) 서비스는 이틀에 한 번 청소해주는 정도였는데 괜찮았어요. 필요한 게 있으면 프런트 데스크에 전화하면 바로 가져다줬고요. 호텔 내에는 커피포트, 금고, 냉장고, 전자레인지, 그리고 다리미판까지 있어서 정말 유용하게 썼어요 (가져간 옷들을 전부 다렸습니다!). 잠귀가 밝으신 분들은 귀마개를 챙기시는 걸 추천해요. 아무래도 번화가이다 보니 밤늦게까지 경찰차가 사이렌을 울리더라고요. 별다른 일은 없었고 순찰차인 것 같긴 했어요. 한 가지 중요한 점은, 호텔 냉장고가 냉동 기능만 되고 냉장 기능이 약해서 제가 산 우유랑 요거트가 전부 얼어버렸어요 😂 다음번에 시카고에 올 기회가 있다면 이 호텔에 또 묵을 거예요!

This place is excellent if you’re a stressed out business traveler, looking for a good rate, and if you’re willing to manage your own transportation from the airport and back, but the amenities after a long late night arrival waking up the next day, sitting in the hot tub having a swim in the pool and a steam and a sauna along with an icy cold shower afterwards just recharges you after a long business trip, especially if you international like me I wouldn’t necessarily call it family friendly, but it’s definitely good for entrepreneur business travel if you can get a good rate otherwise there are other hotels out there if you can’t get a good rate. The rooms are not specifically special compared to the competition, but it’s an a quieter area and the fitness and aquatic amenities are what makes the difference for me as I have back problems and after a long international flight all I wanna do is get in the hot tub or take a steam or sauna. I’m needing an airport shuttle. I would not recommend this hotel and if you aren’t willing to risk having to pay a premium for a car service or Uber then do not book here. I wish I could stay at this hotel long enough to enjoy all of their amenities as they are really good, but as breakfast is not included, it can be a pricey for what you get when you compare it to other hotels in the area and hotels closer to the airport. Yet as long as I can get a good rate on this hotel, I will keep going back as I frequently travel international for work and just having the peace of the secluded area and the steam room and sauna make it a huge selling feature for me as they really assist my rejuvenation after a long day or more of travel. 

이 호텔은 비교적 안전도가 높은 루프 지역에 위치해 있습니다. 시카고 강 바로 옆에 있어 보트 여행을 즐기기에 매우 편리한 최적의 입지를 자랑합니다. 또한 글로리 마일, 밀레니엄 파크, 시카고 미술관 등 다양한 관광 명소까지 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있어 편리합니다. 호텔 서비스는 무난한 편입니다. 세면도구는 따로 제공되지 않지만 프런트 데스크에 요청할 수 있습니다. 주의할 점은 객실을 선택할 때 조식이 포함되지 않은 객실을 선택하는 것이 좋다는 것입니다. 소위 ”조식 포함” 옵션은 1층 레스토랑에서 사용할 수 있는 20달러 상당의 바우처를 제공하는 것일 뿐입니다. 20달러로는 만족스러운 아침 식사를 즐기기 어렵고, 팁과 세금도 별도로 지불해야 합니다. 중요한 것은 조식 포함 객실과 불포함 객실의 가격 차이가 조식이 포함되지 않은 객실을 예약하는 것보다 훨씬 크다는 점입니다. 호텔 측에서는 조식 포함 가격은 체크인 몇 시간 전까지 예약을 취소할 수 있는 권리를 부여하는 것이라고 설명하지만, 이는 사실상 취소할 수 있는 권리일 뿐입니다. 이번 숙박에서 유일하게 아쉬웠던 점은 5박 숙박에 조식 비용으로 거의 6천 위안을 썼다는 것입니다. 씨트립에서 제시한 해결책은 미흡했지만, 여행에서 좋은 경험이 더 중요하기 때문에 그냥 넘어갔습니다. 앞으로 씨트립이 상품 상세 정보에 모든 약관을 명확하게 명시해주기를 바라며, 제 경험이 다른 분들께 도움이 되기를 바랍니다.

Loved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay. Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff! A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table. Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you. Searched for a motel that was 'pet friendly' and had other features that included a reasonable price for the night. This motel came up and I booked it. There was NOTHING online related to there being any 'pet fee'. Upon check-in, the attendant asked if I had dogs and I responded, 'yes, I have 2...a 40# and an 8#. She then went on to tell me $35/each. I questioned this and she said 'policy'. I asked for a manger, was informed she would be there at 7, and when I came back at 7:30, I was told, 7 the next morning. I spoke with manager in the morning and the manager also stated 'policy'. I asked if we could split it ($35 would still have been too much). I asked if it was their policy to have happy guests and she replied 'yes', then I said she violated policy. My Reasonable $109 room, ended up costing me almost $200 when $70 pet fee was added. I have in the past paid $20 for my dogs, but this is ridiculous! I will NOT be staying with this chain going forward. I should have brought my dogs to the breakfast buffet so I could at least have gotten something for my money.

Great location great view loved the breakfast the down falls that my jetty tub didn't work were supposed to send someone the next day never showed to fix and the bed was comfortable but whatever you have the bed on is a bad idea cause it makes so much noise just when you sit on the bed and need more grip on the porch and in by the pool I fell as it was wet outside on the porch and my son and including other children I had seen fallen by the pool area which kids are gonna get hurt I never recipient the extra stuff I requested when booking my room and false advertisement because the pics did not match up correctly when they showed me for when I booked my room the bedroom was different and was supposed to have couch in room and wasn't and my fireplace didn't work in my room so overall I would stay again if emenities got fixed I was partially satisfied with my stay...

직원은 훌륭합니다. 호텔은 업데이트되었지만 여전히 약간의 마모가 보입니다. 수영장은 사랑스럽습니다. 우리 방에서 우리는 테이블 근처의 양탄자에 갈색 얼룩이 있는 것을 발견했습니다. 또한 지난 아침에 한 지역의 시트가 노란색을 띠고 있다는 사실도 언급되었습니다. 이상한. 우리는 바빠서 떠날 때까지 직원에게 알리지 않았습니다. 즉, 나는 통보했고 그들은 응답했습니다. 미시간의 위치는 굉장합니다. 레스토랑, 기차 등까지 도보로 이동하기 쉽습니다. 위치는 정말 좋았습니다.

장점: 유서 깊은 건물이라 외관, 로비, 엘리베이터 모두 독특한 매력이 있었어요. 마치 미드(미국 드라마) 속에 들어와 있는 것 같은 분위기였습니다. 객실은 아담한 편이었고, 짐은 무료로 보관할 수 있었습니다. 유명 관광지인 밀레니엄 공원, 시카고 미술관과도 매우 가까웠고, 매그니피슨트 마일과 시카고 강까지도 멀지 않아 걸어서 다닐 수 있었어요. 단점: 지하철이 지나갈 때 소음이 좀 있었어요. 19층이었는데도 꽤 시끄러웠습니다. 체크아웃 시 하루 25달러의 추가 요금이 발생했어요. P.S. 호텔 입구에 있는 포케 포케(Poke Poke) 레스토랑의 시그니처 우동은 중국인 입맛에도 잘 맞았으니 한번 드셔보세요! 즐거운 여행 되세요! 전반적으로는 꽤 추천하는 숙소입니다.

오헤어 공항 안에 위치한 호텔이라 캐리어를 끌고 체크인하기 너무 좋았고 바로 다음날 오전 비행기를 타러 나가기도 편리했습니다. 저녁에 도착해서 다음날 트랜스퍼하는 저에게는 딱 좋은 선택이었습니다.
