바 시설을 갖춘 영국 체셔 호텔

Honestly, all it provided me was a simple room to stay for the night which is all I needed, the fact that it also has a smart TV with YouTube in it is also a huge bonus so thanks everyone, plus the luggage scale there also done me some favours as well.

First time here but would definitely return! Right outside the station so of train travel is your thing then it’s great, parking at the hotel is £30 for 24hours (just had my car bashed in the car park so that’s not the best start to it!) Staff are super friendly, really enjoyed the hotel, TVs in our room definitely need an update but I didn’t use it so no issue for me  Bathroom is more than adequate and shower has plenty pressure and heat Breakfast was good, not the worst quality and a buffet affair  Didn’t realise check in is 4pm! Luckily my room was ready so they let me in (arrived 15:30) I’d definitely head back to Chester and definitely stay here again but I’d be on the train next time:)

The room is big (designed for a family of four) decorated in nerf theme, kids would love it. All is good but our shower tap is not functioning well, only gives out boiling hot water which we had to use the bath and let the water cool down a bit before we can use a towel to wash. Not the best but image it’s a good place for family with young kids. Walls are thin, we can hear next door running and snoring. Ear plugs ensured a good night sleep :D

오래된 보트 하우스와 보트 박물관 주변이 정말 사랑스럽습니다. 찾아가기 쉽고 체셔 오크스까지 차로 5분, 리버풀 센터까지 단 30분 거리 호텔은 깨끗하고 최신식이며 적절한 레저 시설도 갖추고 있습니다. 아침 식사는 원하는 대로 제공되었으며 품질도 훌륭했습니다. Trip.com을 통해 저렴한 가격으로 이용할 수 있는 훌륭한 호텔

Service at the hotel was excellent, staff were very friendly and accommodating. I had a snack (Fried chicken wing starter) which was also very good. I didnt use the spa so cannot comment. The location was excellent 9 min walk from the train station. I would definitely stay again if I returned to Chester.

Room smelled of vomit and the curtains were torn informed staff they did seemed attentive but we were not offered a room change Hotel is contracted to workmen working on the motorway also lots of couples with dogs in the room In my opinion the cleanliness has declined in this hotel

정말 사랑스러운 리셉션 공간, 직원들은 예약하는 동안 훌륭했고 매우 도움이되고 친절했습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 넓고 따뜻했습니다. 우리가 하룻밤 머물기 위해 원했던 것입니다. 12살짜리 아들과 마찬가지로 바나 레스토랑을 방문하지 않았지만 메뉴는 훌륭해 보였고 바 공간은 쾌적해 보였습니다. 멋진 평평한 주차 공간이 많이 있습니다. 확실히 다시 방문 할 것입니다!

Was a fab stay from start to finish. Staff were very warm and welcoming , nothing was too much trouble. The bar and sitting area by reception is spacious. Rooms are roomy and very clean. Room are high quality and spa which you use with stay is Amazing. Was a lovely relaxing break and will definitely be staying again 🤗

Lovely hotel with nice big clean rooms. A few issues though - you really need a car to get here as it's a bit far out from the city centre. In my room there was a room service menu and a number to dial for room service, but no phone. The food and drink was ok. During my stay there was only 1 person on the bar and service was a little slow. I ordered a soft drink and it was a bit flat, definitely not worth the £4 they charged for it. Because of staff shortages the dining room was filled with tables that needed to be cleaned. Breakfast was also a bit of a disaster. They charge £15 for it but definitely not worth it. There's a self serve hot buffet which was fine, nothing exceptional. There was no coffee available, just tea bags and hot water. Also there were no plates available at the continental station - really missing attention to detail when there were quite a few staff members present.
