바 시설을 갖춘 영국 애버딘셔 호텔

My trip was totally ruined by the end/check out. Upon checking out they asked me to settle a £36 bill. I queried this as the previous night I ate in the Luna Dome but had paid the bill after my meal. I was advised by the receptionist that the drinks bill related to my first night's stay, where 3 drinks were ordered in the Titan Bar, then shoved a signed receipt in my face. The signature was not mine but it did have the same surname as my mum, who was also present for my weekend stay. It definitely was NOT my mum's signature but the receptionist clearly did not believe me, so as embarrassing as the whole situation was, with a queue gathering behind me, I had to bring my mum into reception to explain. My mum explained that she had not been in the Titan Bar, never mind order £36 worth of drinks! We were experiencing a chilled out weekend away with my 2 year old daughter, not on a boozy weekend. When queried why the bill was stapled to our room number, we were advised that due to the hotel being cashless, patrons simply sign a receipt and staff match it too guests who stay surnames! What!? So you merely play snap with bills and patrons surnames? If your a Smith/Jones, good luck, dread to think how many bills you'll be hit with. What was a lovely weekend away, was ruined in the last 5 minutes.

Lovely little hotel, food was fab and staff were friendly and helpful x We had an issue with the TV remote they sorted it as soon as we asked. I would recommend the hotel replace the sofa bed in the flat it was awful, no springs left at one end, the thinnest mattress so you felt every spring that was left and we had to put a pillow in the big dip in the middle. Also they put what seemed like a single quilt in a double quilt cover. The bed upstairs was comfortable enough though so 2 out of the four of us managed to sleep. The location was perfect for our requirements, but there isn't much going on in the area at all. You are very close to Aldi and some nice little cafes and a few shops. There was entertainment but unfortunately as we had a traveller with us under the age of 18 we couldn't take up the quiz night or live music night as children needed to be out by 8pm. So it's definitely more for the older travellers not really for families with younger children.

피토드리 하우스에 가본 지 몇 년이 지났고 처음 묵었습니다. 아름다운 위치와 멋진 건물이지만 지금은 조금 피곤해 보이지만 응접실/라운지 천장에 매달려 있는 페인트/벽지와 내부 및 외부에 주의가 필요한 다양한 다른 공간. 우리가 만난 모든 직원은 사랑스러웠습니다. 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 우리가 오후 4시에 도착했을 때 우리 방은 준비되지 않았지만 서두르지 않았고 라운지에 앉아있는 무료 음료는 매우 좋았습니다. 다른 부부는 우리보다 방을 기다리는 시간이 길었고 조금 불안해졌습니다. 우리가 호텔에서 참석한 생일 파티는 훌륭하고 멋진 방, 멋진 음식 및 직원이었습니다. 아침 뷔페는 훌륭했고 직원들은 다시 친절했습니다(일부는 전날 밤 자정에 일했지만). 전반적으로 즐거운 숙박 감사합니다.

We stayed as a couple for 3 nights in an accessible room, the room was a good size and plenty of storage space, limited channels on the smart tv which was a shame, the mattress could be doing work being updated also as you could feel the springs through it. When I first saw the shower room I was pleased however after using it I formed a different opinion, the whole floor was sailing and became very dangerous trying to walk out over the tiles. I fell and luckily my husband was able to come and help me back up, if this was an elderly person or could be a very different scenario, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and all staff were friendly and accommodating. I would stay again but not in M accessible room with tiles on the floor

Nice place to relax old style Scottish decor but warm and staff friendly and helpful. Tried the downstairs restaurant on our first night which was excellent with good service and excellent food. Completely different on our second night in the Green Room service was extremely slow and erratic our starters took nearly an hour with quite a few of the other tables encountered the same thing we finished with the cheese board but had to complain about what had been sent which was not edible. This certainly spoiled our stay.

방은 매우 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 불행히도 TV 채널이 제한되어 있고 WiFi 시설이 없지만 메인 로비에서 WiFi에 액세스 할 수 있습니다. 또 다른 단점은 예약 전에 우리에게 알려지지 않았기 때문에 수영장을 사용하기 위해 각각 5 파운드를 지불해야한다는 것입니다. 아침 식사는 매우 친절한 직원들과 함께 스코틀랜드 전체가 퍼져있어 절대적으로 환상적이었습니다. 우리 체재의 주요 사건이었다. 전반적으로, 워터 사이드에서 매우 즐거운 경험과 우리는 다시 머물 것입니다.

We stayed at a spacious two-bedroom duplex for two days in May. Our room and on-site facilities are well furnished and maintained in a spotless condition. Th surrounding woods are tranquil and lovely to walk in. The location is about 20 minutes from the the town of Ballator by walking.

마을 바로 남쪽의 주요 원형 교차로에서 훌륭한 위치. 방은 편안했지만 맨 뼈가있었습니다. 한 가지 하이라이트는 뛰어난 Wi-Fi 속도였습니다. 체크인은 주차장 반대편에 있는 펍에서 이루어집니다. 얼음이 있거나 젖은 조건에서는 그다지 편리하지 않습니다.

Banchory Lodge에 대한 우리의 첫 번째 방문을 정말 좋아했습니다. 직원들은 훌륭했고 그들에게 너무 많은 문제가 없었습니다. 우리 방에서 보는 전망은 훌륭했습니다. 멋진 아침 식사. 저녁 식사, 그냥 ok. 확실히 다시 갈 것입니다.

We loved how cute the hotel and restaurant were! The food was amazing, the room was big and comfortable and the staff were lovely :)
