바 시설을 갖춘 에스토니아 하류마 호텔

Great location, very close to old town. The room is very clean and modern with Aircon. The breakfast was delicious with wide varieties, including the British classics and local specialities. My booking included access to the water park, it was amazing, never had such a great holiday, definitely recommend coming back again.

This is a typical 3.5 star European hotel. It is in an excellent location in the middle of the Tallinn Old Town, has comfortable but typically-smallish double rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and warm ac. I would recommend it to couples. However, we would not stay here again. Even though we booked and were fully paid more than 2 months before the hotel stay, we were told on our arrival that our room had been, ”double booked”. We were dispatched to a room with smaller than single beds positioned end to end in a room that resembled a school camp facility. When I suggested that this was unsatisfactory, the front desk person stated in front of other guests, ”That's too bad”. After walking the old town and returning, the manager had placed us in a better room for one night and we then had our pre-booked room for the next three nights. Additionally, the lift does not extend to the 4th floor so it was a struggle carrying large suitcases up stairs and across other uneven floors. Finally at check out, the receptionist insisted that our original payment was rejected by ”their system” so I had to pay again. She withdrew the allegation after I showed her a stamped receipt. She then retorted, ”must have been a system error”. In my opinion, two different staff members could benefit from some serious service-industry professional development. However, other staff were very friendly and helpful; it was a very central location; and the breakfasts were delicious.

위치는 완벽했습니다. 구시가지에서 도보로 5분 거리에 있고, 호텔 바로 옆에 대중교통편이 많습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 하지만 방은 항상 더웠고, 에어컨도 없었습니다. 게다가 방의 방음이 매우 좋지 않았습니다. 샤워 소리, 변기 물 내리는 소리, 심지어 이웃의 기침 소리까지 들렸고, 대화 소리나 듀오링고 게임 소리까지 들렸습니다. 다행히 밤에는 이웃들이 비교적 조용해서 크게 방해받지는 않았지만, 큰 소리로 이야기하는 것은 막을 수 있었습니다. 1박에 60유로가 넘는 가격 때문에 헬스장이 추가 요금 없이 포함되어 있고 사우나도 있을 거라고 생각했는데, 시설은 꽤 실망스러웠습니다.

The room is clean and relative new. Breakfast is basic. The hotel restaurant was almost empty during lunch and still I had to wait forever to be served and for my order to be taken. The waitress was aware I entered the restaurant. That's a pity as the food was good.

투어 그룹 호텔입니다. 프론트 데스크 서비스는 기능적이며 따뜻함과 도움이 부족합니다. 흡연자들은 모두 호텔 입구/출구 2개 앞에 있습니다. 비흡연자에게 행운을 빕니다! 스파는 좋지만 한증막과 사우나에서 음료와 슬리퍼를 허용합니다. 뷔페도 스프레드와 선택면에서 훌륭합니다. 그러나 혼잡하고 식사 공간이 혼잡할 수 있습니다. 구원의 은혜는 좋은 편안한 침대입니다. 방이 넓습니다.

시설은 잘 청소되어 있었습니다. 저는 아무런 문제가 없었습니다. 또한 제공된 린넨을 사용하여 작은 침대의 프라이버시가 보장되었습니다. 또한 램프에는 USB 소켓이 장착되어 있습니다. 전혀 문제가 없습니다. 알아야 할 유일한 것은 사물함이 없다는 것입니다. 짐이 있다면 뒷마당에 안전하게 보관할 수 있습니다.

탈린에서 이 호텔을 두 번째로 예약했는데 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 무료 주차(정말 큰 장점이죠!), 맛있고 다양한 조식, 그리고 심플하지만 깨끗한 객실이 특히 좋았습니다. 3층에 있는 슈페리어룸을 추천하는데, 아주 넓습니다. 볼트(Bolt) 앱을 이용하면 시내 중심가까지 5유로에 이동할 수 있습니다. 자가용을 이용할 경우 시간당 최소 3유로, 하루 종일 15유로 정도 예상하시면 됩니다.

Excellent location: right next and connected to the Viru Keskus mall, and there are bars and a museum in the hotel. The building feels a bit dated (the building walls), but everything else was in excellent condition and looked new and clean. I had a very comfortable stay with a good sleep on the most comfy bed. The only thing I think could be improved is the check-in. The queue moved a bit slow due to each guest having to fill out a form (the standard name, phone, address, signature). I think eliminating this process would speed up check-in for everyone.

메트로풀 스파 호텔에서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈고, 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 위치가 훌륭해서 주변을 둘러보고 관광하기에 아주 편리했습니다. 특히 조식이 최고였는데, 1인당 15유로에 신선한 과일, 맛있는 커피, 유당 없는 우유, 두유, 심지어 연어까지 제공되었습니다. 모든 음식이 신선하고 보기 좋게 담겨 나와 하루를 기분 좋게 시작할 수 있었습니다. 스파 시설도 인상적이었습니다. 작은 수영장과 네 가지 종류의 사우나가 있었는데, 제 마음에 가장 컸던 건 버튼 하나로 증기를 뿜어낼 수 있는 핀란드식 사우나였습니다. 전통적인 냉탕은 없었지만, 핀란드식 사우나 바로 앞에 냉수 샤워 시설이 있어서 사우나 사이에 몸을 식히기에 아주 좋았습니다. 편안한 숙박, 훌륭한 조식, 그리고 편안한 스파까지 모든 것이 어우러져 정말 만족스러운 여행이었습니다.
