우리는 Zara 집 앞에 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. Zara는 우리와 정통 참여하고 체크인 과정을 도왔습니다. 그녀는 고객에게 진정한 관심을 보여주고 적절한 정보를 제공했습니다. 방은 모든 필수품으로 컴팩트했습니다. 특히 열린 여행 가방을 넣을 수 있는 침대 아래 공간과 거울의 충분한 옵션이 마음에 듭니다. 불평해야 할 한 가지는 우리가 체육관 수업에서 오는 것으로 의심되는 아침 일찍 우리 방에서 시끄러운 음악을들을 수 있다는 것입니다 (6.30-7am). 또 다른 것은 손님이 주차 비용을 지불해야한다는 것입니다.

Twas a fabulous time to spend time in eventham hotel with our wedding anniversary we had a fabulous time we've been upgraded to the main building with a deluxe room .nice ambience clean and food was amazing staff are very helpful.

Stayed for a wedding. Staff let us check in early and were extremely accommodating helpful and friendly. Didn’t use much of the hotel as wedding was elsewhere but was a quirky, city centre hotel Bargain too would come again

New Year's Eve Party We booked an overnight stay at the #Aviator to celebrate New Year's Eve. We were upgraded to an airside view room with breathtaking views of the runway. The room was airy and big. We requested a fridge in our room and a carafe of water which was supplied to us. The room had a powerful rain shower which was so needed after hours of dancing! The bed was comfy and the TV was super easy to use We did not avail breakfast this time but did go to the excellent sky bar for some yummy cocktails! Room came with iron, hairdryer, safe, USB sockets, tra and coffee facilities (cafetiere coffee) with option to request fresh milk. We will certainly be back!

호텔에 들어서자 접수원은 친절하고 환영했으며 주차장에는 무료 주차 공간이 많이 있어 보너스였습니다. 호텔은 복도를 통해 우리 방에 도착하는 것이 기발했고 방은 아늑하고 매우 깨끗했으며 사랑스러운 큰 욕조가 있습니다. 차와 커피 메이커와 충분한 온수. 호텔은 조용하고 침대는 매우 편안했습니다. 레스토랑에서 저녁을 먹었고 그들은 환상적인 거래, 두 잔의 음료와 두 끼의 식사를 £ 30로 했습니다. 가족과 함께 갔고 즐거운 식사와 숙박을했습니다. 좋은 숙박 주셔서 감사합니다.

Can’t fault a thing, really lovely place to stay with little ones. They really looked after us with special touches, including a stunning play area and bedtime milk and cookies

Dusty surfaces in room and bathroom, rusty bin. I use a wheelchair and the room was large enough to negotiate around and bathroom adequate but there was a ledge going into bathroom and going out of room which was a struggle for my wheelchair and some of the other doors along corridors also has bumps. I told front desk so hopefully they will sort this for next guests. We put card on door requesting breakfast in room about 10.30pm the night before but was not collected. They did, however, promptly provide breakfast when I rang reception and apologised and informed me she would report this. Overall there were parts that looked a little dated and in need of a bit more care and attention such as redecorating. We didn't see the whole building but I hope the function rooms for weddings etc are of a better standard, maybe someone can verify? The bed was comfy and plenty of spare pillows and towels. Breakfast was nice. Bedroom freezing when we entered, no radiator but they had a Dyson electric fan which heated up the room after a while. I would stay here again but I would ring first to check they had sorted the ledge to bathroom first.

The service was s excellent, and the swimming pool great with lovely warm water.

門鎖是壞的，不能從外面鎖，衹能從裏面鎖。抽水馬桶沖水有問題，很不方便。餐廳提供了方便，早晚餐都不錯。房間不大，就一個帶抽屜的桌子，床上的靠墊睡覺時我們就放在抽屜中了。打掃衞生不找一下就説我們拿走了。我們要它幹嘛。你房間就這麼一個能放他的地方，就不知道找一下嘛。

The accommodations were excellent, and the provided amenities were satisfactory. Considering the price point, the value exceeded our expectations. Overall, the experience was highly positive.
