Few niggles but fantastic stay overall especially the Spa service! Didn’t order food or try the restaurant so can’t comment on that. Toilet facilities fully equipped with essentials you might be missing, like toiletries for women, dry shampoo and deodorant. I’ve never seen this at any other hotel I’ve stayed in, so it’s a nice touch! Close to the station which is a bonus, a little walk to the city centre with plenty of places to eat.

Had a great stay at this hotel, excellent price, very clean room and the reception was a great man.

위치는 정말 최고예요. 바로 Gunwharf Quays 아울렛 몰 안에 있고, 뒤에 기차역이 있어요(포츠머스에는 기차역이 세 개 있는데, 여기는 Gunwharf Station이니 잘 찾아보세요). 바로 옆에 해군 기지가 있는데, 박물관이 7개나 있어요. 방은 비교적 깨끗했어요. 아침 식사는 훌륭했고, 바로 나왔고, 영국식 아침 식사였어요. 유일한 단점은 우유가 뜨겁지 않고 차갑게만 나왔고, 미니 냉장고에 보관되어 있었다는 거예요. 아시아계 투숙객들의 식습관을 고려하면 따뜻한 우유가 더 좋을 것 같았어요. 저희 숙박은 부활절과 겹쳤고, 가격도 비싼 편이었어요(1박에 1,500달러 이상). 하지만 호텔에서 12세 미만 어린이를 위한 부활절 달걀 찾기 프로그램을 제공했어요. 저희 아이는 정말 신이 나서 2등 달걀을 찾아 초콜릿 한 상자를 받았어요. 체크아웃할 때 직원이 프런트 데스크에서 할인 카드를 받을 수 있다고 알려주었어요. 쇼핑센터에서 음식과 쇼핑을 10~20% 할인받을 수 있대요. 체크인 시 고객님께 이 점을 미리 말씀드렸어야 했는데, 개선되었으면 좋겠습니다. 쇼핑몰 내 레스토랑으로는 중식은 Pho, 양식은 Zizzi를 추천합니다. 온라인에서 좋은 평가를 받은 멕시코 음식점도 있는데, 정말 추천할 만합니다. 이 정보가 도움이 되기를 바랍니다.

몇 주 동안 이곳에 머물렀을 때는 훨씬 더 나은 경험을 했습니다. 체크인할 때 객실이 꽉 찼으니 트윈 침대를 사용해야 한다고 했습니다. 그리고는 추가 요금을 요구했는데, 저는 이미 선불을 지불한 상태였습니다. 방에는 창문이 있었지만 안쪽만 보였습니다. 욕조는 마개 문제 때문에 물이 잘 채워지지 않았습니다. 욕조 위 조명은 한동안 깜빡거리다가 결국 꺼졌습니다. 프런트 직원의 태도도 매우 불친절했습니다. ”객실이 꽉 찼으니 어쩔 수 없어요!”라는 식이었습니다.

門鎖是壞的，不能從外面鎖，衹能從裏面鎖。抽水馬桶沖水有問題，很不方便。餐廳提供了方便，早晚餐都不錯。房間不大，就一個帶抽屜的桌子，床上的靠墊睡覺時我們就放在抽屜中了。打掃衞生不找一下就説我們拿走了。我們要它幹嘛。你房間就這麼一個能放他的地方，就不知道找一下嘛。

Lovely hotel, beautiful grounds. Feels like you're well outside Southampton but are only 15 mins away. (Daughter in Uni there) Room was nice, we had exec but this isn't worth it to me. It only gives you a better coffee machine and we weren't in the room enough to use it. Save the £20. No lifts so cases up to the third floor was a bit of a pain. If you're waiting for a ferry and have lots of cases then this could be an issue. We saw a few people struggle with this. Breakfast was good, staff very friendly. We didn't eat there in the evening, burgers and chips sort of menu but the nearby pub, Chilworth Arms was really good. The pool is great, small (16m) but very nice with jacuzzi, steam and sauna. Towels provided. Staff very friendly. Pool surrounding has quite slippery tiles though. Leisure facility is a bit away from the hotel, only 300 hundred meters from the hotel front but enough to need an umbrella if raining. All in all, a good value pleasant hotel. Much cheaper than Leonardo's in Soton and still close to Uni etc.

Can’t fault a thing, really lovely place to stay with little ones. They really looked after us with special touches, including a stunning play area and bedtime milk and cookies
