The Yellow River Bridge is world-renowned. It is the honor of Gansu Province that Lanzhou is the only city where the Wanli Yellow River passes through the city. It is located in a narrow valley extending from east to west, sandwiched between the north and South mountains. Construction began in 2000. In less than eight years, the two sides of the Yellow River have successively built sightseeing corridors, "Source of Life" water landscape sculptures, fable city sculptures, Yellow River mother sculptures, green hope sculptures, westward travel sculptures, Pingsha goose sculptures, near-water square, hydrophilic platform, Donghu music fountain, Yellow River music fountain, people and nature square, as well as Longyuan Park, sports park, spring garden, autumn garden, summer garden, winter garden, Green Park and other riverside landscape. The Yellow River originated in Qinghai and flows through Lanzhou City waters are not as open as its downstream. However, Lanzhou people have invested a lot of money to build a 40-kilometer Yellow River style line in recent years, which has become the preferred place for people's leisure and entertainment. Even some tourists in the South praise its beauty.
