The old bank of Japan financial reference library is not far from JR Xiaotao Station. The building appearance of the reference library is European-style and very beautiful. Look at the introduction built in Meiji 45 years (1912). Now the bank has closed down and changed into a reference library. It introduces the financial development of Japan. You can see it when you have time.

In 1912 (Meiji 45), it was designed and constructed by Chen Ye Jinwu and others who laid the foundation of modern architecture. The central building on Northern Wall Street, the most financial street in the Meiji-Dazheng period, was closed in 2002. It is now open to the Financial Information Museum to introduce the history and business of the Bank of Japan in a simple and understandable way.

The Bank of Japan's Old Otaru Branch Shop Financial Reference Library is not far from Otaru Station. It is only a few steps away. It has a small area and a very beautiful appearance. It was designed and built in 1912. It has a history of 100 years. See Figure 2 for details.
