Friendly and helpful staff. The furniture is old and needs to be updated. Hot water is unstable, it was often necessary to rinse with cold water. A broken clock hung on the wall, which was very annoying. At night, small lizards run along the walls inside the bedroom and the ceiling, which made sounds, which is also not pleasant to hear at night. The pillows are long and hard. Dirt accumulated in the washing machine in the tank, which did not wash, but, on the contrary, stained the washed clothes.

It was good, nice view, nice people. Unfortunately I got bite from some insects after I woke up. Overall is perfect. Recommend

장점: 호텔 내에서 직접 스노클링이 가능합니다. 어린이들은 무료 식사를 즐길 수 있으며, 키즈 클럽도 있고, 수영장도 비교적 깨끗합니다. 단점: 객실 시설이 노후화되고, 폭우 시 지붕이 새고, 서비스가 유지되지 않으며, 프런트에 객실까지 물을 배달해 달라고 요청하는 등 각종 요청이 4~5시간 지연됩니다. 레스토랑의 품질은 보통입니다. 아침 식사는 매일 동일하지만 맛은 괜찮습니다.

We had a great stay in a studio apartment. Very spacious and a nice breakfast delivered to the room each morning. Staff are very friendly and it's a short walk to a big supermarket. Port Vila seafront was about a 20 minute walk.

The place is beautiful, probably the best you can find in the island, and the staff is nice. There was a fire show on monday. The food is good, but attention with what you order and eat. Cleaness in general is something to be fixed, the towels and sheets had strains, the flies are really hungry for your food and yourself. In the checkout day there was only another couple in the hotel and even though they were pushing us out 5 minutes after checkout time.

酒店臨湖，風景優美，就是千萬別住臨湖的一樓，不隔音，每個來散步的人都好像在你頭上蹦迪。 其他房型都很不錯，有蚊帳有風扇有空調設施齊全，乾淨整潔，位置優越，可以步行去stonegrill步行範圍內還有個商超能吃早飯.

We didn’t know what to expect when we arrived in Port Vila but our driver from the hotel was already there waiting for us. At the hotel we were greeted with a welcome song and the staff were very friendly giving us the hotel introduction.  The vila felt spacious and clean, beds comfortable but TV Chanels were limited and the TV a bit moody.  There is a small but functional gym which I appreciated.  We were quite impressed by the food. Delicious three course meals for lunch and dinner and a good selection of à la carte meals for breakfast.  We also enjoyed the extra activities on offer free of charge like the sunset cruise and the picnic on the island.  They also offer pretty good massages but they are not cheap.  One suggestion for improvement would be to offer some basic drinks with the meals which I would expect at that price range.
