Great birthday weekend! Would definitely come back! Room was great and very comfortable. Loved Octoberfest!

Celerated my birthday with a group of friends and the room was fabulous!!! Close access to the elevator, easy access to the ****** and club. OMG I would definiately stay at here again. 5 star rating all the way!!!

I liked the way the resort is set up with the ****** in the middle and the restaurants around it, like a circle within a circle. This is important because then families with children can still visit the restaurants. And this is an adults-only ****** resort! MGM and Caesars and Penn Gaming need to think about their properties - only some have restaurants outside the ****** and the others have none. Makes it extremely difficult to use comps to eat on property when you bring your children along. Room was nice, spacious, clean, and comfortable. AC could be stronger, but it was sufficient. Very nice ******. No Players Club desk. Had to go to the cage. Another thing I noticed is that the restaurants on property had very decent prices compared to other ****** properties. We ate all our meals on property. We did not require housekeeping, but the one time we called to get more supplies, the response was super fast. Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, CT is MUCH bigger and MUCH nicer, but this Mohegan is decent.

Staff very cordial, we had dinner at the Italian restaurant and it was excellent. Overall, very good experience.

Nicely sized room. Modern and clean. Very accommodating staff. Only complaint is that the Shower head was dripping continuously, and the chrome cast setup for the tv was temperamental.

Just ok. I took my young adult kids there for their first experience in a ******. Both said it will be their last, which I guess is a good thing. The smell of smoke everywhere could not be escaped even in the no smoking section. The service for drinks was practically non existent. Staff in the shop was not nice, others did not know where the restaurants were, the guy at the front said my daughters drivers license did not match her face - what??? Luckily I had her passport, but it was definitely her picture on the license. The cashiers were not aware of deals advertised on the web for new members. None of us won anything though we didn’t really expect to. We still had fun together, For such a large hotel, they could also use an indoor pool. Just overall nothing so great.

Sadly this is the first bad review and experience we’ve had with a Mohegan property. Check in service was great, check out they were more concerned with carrying on with their coworkers conversation. Our room wasn’t clean, bottle tops on the floor, the shower floor had thick dirty buildup on it. Only about 3 restaurants were open during the weekday when we were there and after the concert we were in town for there was literally nothing open except a tiny coffee place. Most places were only open Fridays and Saturdays, tables weren’t open on the ****** floor. Not sure why they bother being open during the week but Mohegan has some work to do before this place is anything like the destination it is in Connecticut

The staff was very helpful especially when the reservation didn't come through from *******. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Dining is limited. Smoking in the ****** causing cigarette butts to dirty the outside area. Otherwise convenient from the highway.

Hotel was great and staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel and ****** to anyone wanting a fun time
