스파 시설을 갖춘 미국 캘리포니아 호텔

산타모니카에서는 위치나 시설이 그다지 가성비가 좋지 않아 추천드리지 않습니다. 바다가 보이는 킹베드룸을 예약했기 때문에 자연스럽게 최상층의 방을 얻었습니다. 하지만 서비스 세부적인 측면에서는 정말 실망스럽습니다. 객실에는 식수, 물컵, 온수병, 일반 물품이 없습니다. 다행히 충분한 커피 음료와 작은 전기 포트를 가져왔습니다. 객실에 제공되는 세면도구 브랜드는 그다지 좋지 않습니다. 대부분의 5성급 호텔이 일류 브랜드 스킨케어 제품으로 전환한 후, 이런 무명 브랜드(1박당 3000-4000)를 접하고 정말 놀랐습니다. 어쨌든 필요하지 않습니다. 제가 겪은 가장 참을 수 없는 일은 일몰을 볼 수 있도록 방에 커피 테이블과 의자 2개를 추가할 수 있는지 물어봤지만 프런트 데스크에서 큰 소리로 혼났다는 것입니다. 제가 손님인지 아닌지 단번에 깨닫지 못했습니다 😂 다행히 씨트립의 고객 서비스는 매우 효율적으로 문제를 해결했습니다. 방 안에 있는 의자. 그런데 왜 우리는 애초에 제대로 대화를 나누지 못하는 걸까요? 두 번째는 체크인 이틀째에 호텔 직원들 사이에 갈등(파업)이 있었습니다. 7시가 되자 경보음이 울렸습니다(화재 경보기, 구급차, 경찰차가 아래층으로 달려갔습니다). 목욕 가운을 입고 있었는데... 그것은 잘못된 경보였습니다. 그러나 호텔 측도 씨트립 고객센터와 연락을 취한 뒤 사과와 보상을 표명했다. 전반적으로 1박당 4,000원은 그만한 가치가 없습니다! 같은 거리에 있는 다른 2000~3000 옵션을 살펴보는 것이 좋습니다.

요세미티 남문과 아주 가깝고 주변에 다양한 식당들이 있어서 정말 편리했어요. 방은 매우 넓고 깨끗했으며, 시설도 아주 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 냉장고, 전자레인지, 커피 머신, 금고까지 다 있었고, 욕실은 건습 분리형이라 세면과 용변을 따로 볼 수 있어 편리했습니다. 방도 매우 깨끗했어요. 아침 식사는 전형적인 미국식 조식으로, 종류는 많지 않지만 배불리 먹을 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 가성비가 좋았어요!

우리가 이 경험에 별 3개를 준 이유는 다음과 같습니다. 우선, 저희가 호텔을 예약했을 때 트립닷컴이나 The Aster, Los Angeles 어느 곳에서도 저희가 예약한 날짜에 루프탑이 문을 닫는다는 언급이 전혀 없었습니다. 5월 13일과 5월 14일에 저희는 306호실에 묵었습니다. 호텔 사진에는 옥상이 있고 거기에 사람들이 많이 찍힌 사진이 있다고 자랑하고 자랑했고, 웹사이트나 트립닷컴 어디에도 공개되지 않는 곳이 없었습니다. 그 날짜에. 우리가 Trip.com에 연락했을 때 그들은 옥상 편의 시설이 우리 패키지의 일부로 나열되어 있지 않다고 말했습니다. 정말 트립닷컴인가요? 편의 시설로 옥상을 기재해야 합니다... 알겠습니다. 너무 한심한 답변이었습니다. 사진으로 인해 사람들이 예약하는 것을 누구나 알 수 있는데, 이는 트립닷컴 고객 지원 담당자의 매우 형편없는 답변이었습니다. 우리는 이 검토에 대한 의견을 저장하기로 결정했습니다. Trip.com을 통해 예약하는 경우, 반드시 명시하고 고객지원팀에 전화하여 서면으로 접수하시기 바랍니다. 클릭베이트와 사진은 흐릿하고 개략적으로 보이며 그 과정에서 신뢰성이 부족함을 반영합니다. 2. Trip.com에서 어느 방에 묵고 싶은지 물었습니다. 방을 선택할 때 우리는 도시 전망의 발코니를 골랐습니다. 하지만 우리는 대신 풀사이드 뷰를 보게 되었습니다. 나쁘지는 않았지만 Trip.com이 The Aster에 보낸 예약 세부정보에 해당 내용이 누락되어 있었습니다. 내 약혼자는 결국 풀사이드 뷰에 만족했지만, 트립닷컴을 통해 예약 세부정보에 나와 있었어야 했습니다. 그러니 미리 호텔에 전화해서 예약하시고 예약하실 경우 꼭 시청해 주시기 바랍니다. 마지막으로 장식, 주차 대행 및 일반적으로 서비스 직원은 매우 친절하고 사려 깊었습니다. 우리는 그들에게 별 5개를 줄 것입니다.

이 호텔은 주변에 호텔과 대형 주택들이 많아 매우 안전한 위치에 있습니다. 바로 옆에 있는 지하철 선로는 이음매 없는 강철 레일로 되어 있어 소음이 거의 없습니다. 고속도로에서도 약 1km 떨어져 있어 소음 수준이 낮습니다. 다만, 창문형 에어컨이라 소음이 다소 클 수 있지만, 로스앤젤레스의 여름에는 해가 지면 매우 시원해져서 얇은 시트 한 장만 덮고도 쾌적하게 잘 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 가격 대비 만족도가 높습니다.

크리스마스에 오면 호텔 분위기가 특히 좋으며 두 개의 큰 크리스마스 트리가 있습니다! 문에 들어서 자마자 크리스마스 트리와 작은 눈사람도 있습니다. 객실은 비교적 평범하며 작은 발코니가 있습니다. 호텔 옆에 작은 보행자 거리가 있으며, 작은 상점과 음식을 맛볼 수 있습니다. 위생: 꽤 깨끗함 서비스: 예, 방을 세 번 변경했습니다. 처음은 옆에 아이가 있어서 두 번째는 발코니가 없어져서 세 번째는 사람들이 너무 짜증나고 직접 업그레이드 해 준 것 같아요 조급하지 않아요 환경: 모든 것이 매우 편리합니다. 아래층은 스타벅스입니다. (근처 슈퍼마켓에 가서 물을 사는 것을 잊지 마십시오. 방의 물은 유료입니다.)

Casa Cody was truly one of the most charming and memorable hotels I've ever stayed at. If you're looking for a peaceful boutique hotel with character, this is the perfect place. From the moment we walked through the gates, it felt like a hidden oasis in the middle of Palm Springs. The beautifully landscaped gardens, mature palm trees, colorful flowers, and stunning mountain views created such a relaxing atmosphere. It's hard to believe you're just a few minutes' walk from downtown because the property feels so private and quiet. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Every detail—from the comfortable bed and luxurious linens to the high-quality bath amenities—made the stay feel special. The room had so much personality, unlike the typical chain hotel experience. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They made us feel at home from check-in to check-out and were always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. One of my favorite parts of the stay was enjoying the complimentary breakfast by the pool each morning. Sitting outside with fresh pastries, fruit, coffee, and the peaceful desert surroundings was the perfect way to start the day. The pools were beautiful, quiet, and never felt crowded, making it easy to completely relax. The location is unbeatable. Downtown Palm Springs, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and local attractions are all within easy walking distance, yet the hotel remains wonderfully calm and secluded. We barely needed to use our car during our stay. Casa Cody has a unique charm that larger luxury resorts simply can't replicate. The combination of rich history, beautiful grounds, exceptional hospitality, and peaceful atmosphere made this one of my favorite hotel experiences. I left feeling completely refreshed and already looking forward to returning. If you're visiting Palm Springs and want a boutique hotel that feels authentic, romantic, and relaxing, I can't recommend Casa Cody highly enough.

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

위치는 매우 좋습니다. West Hollywood Street에 있습니다. 유일한 문제는 아래층이 거리를 마주하고 있어서 약간 시끄럽다는 것입니다. 저는 원래 2층에 살았습니다. 금요일과 토요일이었습니다. 아래층에서 파티가 있었고 매우 시끄러웠습니다. 나중에 그들이 더 높은 층으로 이사하는 것을 도왔습니다. 레스토랑의 음식은 매우 신선하고 맛있었습니다. 전반적인 경험은 좋았습니다.
