스파 시설을 갖춘 미국 캘리포니아 호텔

요세미티 남문과 아주 가깝고 주변에 다양한 식당들이 있어서 정말 편리했어요. 방은 매우 넓고 깨끗했으며, 시설도 아주 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 냉장고, 전자레인지, 커피 머신, 금고까지 다 있었고, 욕실은 건습 분리형이라 세면과 용변을 따로 볼 수 있어 편리했습니다. 방도 매우 깨끗했어요. 아침 식사는 전형적인 미국식 조식으로, 종류는 많지 않지만 배불리 먹을 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 가성비가 좋았어요!

우리가 이 경험에 별 3개를 준 이유는 다음과 같습니다. 우선, 저희가 호텔을 예약했을 때 트립닷컴이나 The Aster, Los Angeles 어느 곳에서도 저희가 예약한 날짜에 루프탑이 문을 닫는다는 언급이 전혀 없었습니다. 5월 13일과 5월 14일에 저희는 306호실에 묵었습니다. 호텔 사진에는 옥상이 있고 거기에 사람들이 많이 찍힌 사진이 있다고 자랑하고 자랑했고, 웹사이트나 트립닷컴 어디에도 공개되지 않는 곳이 없었습니다. 그 날짜에. 우리가 Trip.com에 연락했을 때 그들은 옥상 편의 시설이 우리 패키지의 일부로 나열되어 있지 않다고 말했습니다. 정말 트립닷컴인가요? 편의 시설로 옥상을 기재해야 합니다... 알겠습니다. 너무 한심한 답변이었습니다. 사진으로 인해 사람들이 예약하는 것을 누구나 알 수 있는데, 이는 트립닷컴 고객 지원 담당자의 매우 형편없는 답변이었습니다. 우리는 이 검토에 대한 의견을 저장하기로 결정했습니다. Trip.com을 통해 예약하는 경우, 반드시 명시하고 고객지원팀에 전화하여 서면으로 접수하시기 바랍니다. 클릭베이트와 사진은 흐릿하고 개략적으로 보이며 그 과정에서 신뢰성이 부족함을 반영합니다. 2. Trip.com에서 어느 방에 묵고 싶은지 물었습니다. 방을 선택할 때 우리는 도시 전망의 발코니를 골랐습니다. 하지만 우리는 대신 풀사이드 뷰를 보게 되었습니다. 나쁘지는 않았지만 Trip.com이 The Aster에 보낸 예약 세부정보에 해당 내용이 누락되어 있었습니다. 내 약혼자는 결국 풀사이드 뷰에 만족했지만, 트립닷컴을 통해 예약 세부정보에 나와 있었어야 했습니다. 그러니 미리 호텔에 전화해서 예약하시고 예약하실 경우 꼭 시청해 주시기 바랍니다. 마지막으로 장식, 주차 대행 및 일반적으로 서비스 직원은 매우 친절하고 사려 깊었습니다. 우리는 그들에게 별 5개를 줄 것입니다.

Casa Cody was truly one of the most charming and memorable hotels I've ever stayed at. If you're looking for a peaceful boutique hotel with character, this is the perfect place. From the moment we walked through the gates, it felt like a hidden oasis in the middle of Palm Springs. The beautifully landscaped gardens, mature palm trees, colorful flowers, and stunning mountain views created such a relaxing atmosphere. It's hard to believe you're just a few minutes' walk from downtown because the property feels so private and quiet. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Every detail—from the comfortable bed and luxurious linens to the high-quality bath amenities—made the stay feel special. The room had so much personality, unlike the typical chain hotel experience. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They made us feel at home from check-in to check-out and were always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. One of my favorite parts of the stay was enjoying the complimentary breakfast by the pool each morning. Sitting outside with fresh pastries, fruit, coffee, and the peaceful desert surroundings was the perfect way to start the day. The pools were beautiful, quiet, and never felt crowded, making it easy to completely relax. The location is unbeatable. Downtown Palm Springs, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and local attractions are all within easy walking distance, yet the hotel remains wonderfully calm and secluded. We barely needed to use our car during our stay. Casa Cody has a unique charm that larger luxury resorts simply can't replicate. The combination of rich history, beautiful grounds, exceptional hospitality, and peaceful atmosphere made this one of my favorite hotel experiences. I left feeling completely refreshed and already looking forward to returning. If you're visiting Palm Springs and want a boutique hotel that feels authentic, romantic, and relaxing, I can't recommend Casa Cody highly enough.

Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!

프런트 데스크의 여성은 그다지 친절하지도 도움이 되지 않았습니다. 저희는 오후 1시 30분에 도착했는데, 오후 3시 체크인 전인 줄은 알지만, 보통 일찍 체크인하는 건 문제가 되지 않습니다. 저희는 방이 아직 준비되지 않았고, 준비된 다른 방을 위해 30달러를 더 내야 한다고 들었습니다. 이곳은 300개가 넘는 방이 있는데, 제가 더 지불하지 않는 한 단 한 개의 방도 준비되지 않았다고요?!?! 저희는 오전 5시 30분까지 일했고 그냥 누워서 자고 싶었기 때문에 동의했습니다. 저희는 잠이 필요했고 다시 묘지에서 일하고 있었기 때문에 조용한 방을 요청했습니다. 방을 받았을 때 저희 방은 엘리베이터 바로 옆이었습니다!!!! 엘리베이터가 윙윙거리는 소리가 계속 들리고, 멈추지 않고 위아래로 움직이기 때문에 전혀 조용한 방이 아니었습니다. 저희는 프런트 데스크에 전화했고, 여성은 방을 비우고 방이 준비될 때까지 1시간 30분 동안 기다릴 수 있다고 말했습니다. 저희는 30달러를 추가로 청구했는데 어떻게 다른 방을 이용할 수 없는지 물었습니다. 그녀는 우리가 베이 뷰로 업그레이드해 달라고 요청했고 그래서 30달러를 더 청구했다고 말했는데, 그건 완전히 거짓말이었습니다. 저는 잠자는 것만 신경 썼기 때문에 어떤 방에 있든, 어떤 전망이든 상관없었습니다. 저는 그저 조용한 방에서 잠을 자고 싶었을 뿐입니다. 우리는 밤샘 근무를 하고 있고 다음 12시간 교대 근무 전에 꼭 잠을 자야 한다고 설명했지만, 그녀는 우리를 옮겨주는 것을 거부하고 방을 비워도 된다고 말했습니다. 저는 마지못해 방을 그대로 두겠다고 말했지만, 엘리베이터 소음 때문에 잠들기가 어려웠습니다. 다음 날 아침에도 마찬가지였습니다. 오전 6시쯤 퇴근해서 새크라멘토로 돌아가야 했는데, 아침 내내 엘리베이터 소리를 들으며 잠을 제대로 자지 못했습니다. 힐튼에서 받은 최악의 고객 서비스였고 다시는 묵지 않을 것입니다. 그들이 우리와 함께하지 않아서 너무 실망스럽습니다.

Staying on a day whwn the weather was horrible undoutably did not help this being good review as we were unable to use the pool areas or enjoy the balconies or the bikes etc but I have to say I was disappointed in the room itself given the cost. When it costs in the $600 range I expected more. 300 square feet, with one chair, a bench along one wall facing away from the TV and a work space that I can only describe as laughable is less than I expected. I confess if I had paid more attention to the pictures, they were accurate. The quality of the bedding and the towels etc were top notch as were the robes and other aids. The fridge was strange but it met our needs. The lighting was interesting. Lights turned them selves off and on automatically not always when you wanted them to, including in the middle of the night if you did not want wake your partner. When the lights went off in half the room we were startled but it seems this just might be to keep the electric bill down as when we rentered the area they came back on. They tell you the internet and parking are free but are they? They were the only two things I recieved for a $60 resort fee. On the bright side the staff was excellent though they would benifit having a larger check in area. The dinner at their restaurant was outstanding. Beware, that if you have any walking disabilities some rooms not on the first floor are only accessible via the stair way. Our designated room was one of them and we have disabilities. The staff was able to do some moving around and all was well but if you are going to stay there make sure they are aware.

위치는 환상적입니다. 팜 스프링스 도시는 기본적으로 평평하기 때문에 도보 거리에 좋은 레스토랑, 바, 상점이 많이 있으며 걷기가 쉽습니다! 나는 호텔 lot에 주차했고 가고 싶었던 곳마다 걸었다. 호텔에는 식당이나 바가 없지만 예약 할 때 이것을 알고 있었기 때문에 아무런 문제가 없었습니다. 그들은 스낵, 샌드위치, 음료, 커피 등과 얼음 기계를 사는 작은 칸티나 타입의 방이 있습니다. 서비스는 매우 좋았으며 모든 직원은 도움이되고 친절했습니다. 내 방은 큰 욕실로 매우 깨끗하고 크기가 좋았습니다. 방 위치도 공원 같은 안뜰이 보이는 수영장 근처의 1 층에 좋았습니다. 수영장은 크고 혼잡했고 (토요일 오후에 도착했습니다) 모두가 즐거운 시간을 보내고있는 것 같았습니다. 유지 보수가 수영장 청소를 마친 직후 다음날 아침 물 을 먹었으며 유일한 것이 었습니다. 팜 마운틴 리조트에서 꼭 다시 묵을 예정입니다.
