스파 시설을 갖춘 파나마 파나마 주 호텔

Soggiornato 2 notti, hotel e camera nella norma. Davanti all’albergo c’è l Av. Balboa, trafficata giorno e notte, perciò si sente un po’ di rumore. Durante il ns soggiorno c’erano dei lavori edili dietro l’albergo, perciò la piscina ( che è piccola per chi vuole nuotare 7/7 m) non è simpatica da usare per via del forte rumore. La colazione non offre tanta scelta e con dei prodotti non a livello di un albergo di questa classifica. Per il prezzo che o pagato il rapporto qualità/prezzo ci stava, ma ho visto che può anche costare fino a CHF 50.00 in più a notte. Torneremo a Panama City alla fine del nostro tour del paese, ma non al Méridien. Gentile e competente lo staff, buono il WI-FI .

This is a very overvalued hotel, in reality the amenities are quite a low standard, rooms need minor renovations, and the housekeeping and maintenance services need proper improvement! Maintenance issues: the sink had overspread issue, drainage issue, toilet had overfilling issue with a noise, shower vents didn’t close fully, unless you master the “secret”; floor in the bathroom was steep towards the bedroom area, instead of being steep towards the drainage hole, the entrance door wouldn’t close without noise because of touching the floor.. Housekeeping: they attended the room only after i asked and reminded. Even then they once didn’t clean the floor, twice didn’t provide refills of the amenities (water, tissues, etc.). Only after my kind complaint to the reception, they finally fixed the issues. The reception and restaurant staff are very nice, kind, and attentive! Thanks and well done!

Hotel in a safe area. The building is large but somewhat outdated, and some of the rooms smell slightly damp. The rooms are mostly clean and very large. However, some of the wallpaper is peeling and the ventilation is very loud. Renovation work was taking place on my floor during the day. Some of the staff are very friendly, while others are very disinterested and, unfortunately, incompetent. Hardly anyone speaks English. Breakfast is sometimes chaotic, the food is not replenished, and the omelet chef works in slow motion. I really liked the well-equipped gym. Overall, I still enjoyed my stay at the hotel, but it does not offer 5-star service and is too expensive for what it offers.

This was an absolutely lovely experience! The staff was professional,attentive and helpful, the rooms clean and the restaurant food(s) delicious……we thoroughly enjoyed this stay, and highly recommend it to others…..

큰 실망이었습니다. 휴식을 취하기 위해 휴가 마지막 2일 동안 예약했습니다. 그들은 우리에게 방을 제공했지만, 그들이 그 층에 약간의 유지 보수 작업을 시작했기 때문에 하룻밤 후에 방을 바꿔야 했습니다. 두 번째 방은 습기 문제가 있었고, 악취가 났고, 욕실 바닥이 젖었습니다. 그곳에서 일하는 사람들은 몇 가지 예외를 제외하고는 손님에게 매우 무관심합니다. 수영장은 좋지만 직원들은 손님을 돌보는 대신 서로 이야기하는 데 매우 바쁩니다. 너무 비싼 편입니다. 더 나은 가격과 서비스를 제공하는 훨씬 더 나은 옵션이 있습니다!

인터넷은 별로 작동하지 않았고, 때로는 켜져 있지만 대부분의 시간은 쉬었습니다. TV는 크지 만 사진이 중심이 아니어서 멀리 올바르게 읽을 수 없었고 제어가 항상 작동하지 않았습니다. 우리는 켜고 끄는 데 문제가 있었고 마침내 작동하기 전에 여러 번 버튼을 누르려고했습니다. 호텔은 스타일 컵 대신 수건과 유리 컵을 제공해야합니다. 중요하지는 않지만 로션이 있으면 좋았을 것입니다. 대부분의 호텔과 같은 카펫이 아니기 때문에 바닥을 좋아하고 훨씬 더 깨끗합니다. 침대는 편안했습니다. 조식 뷔페는 좋았습니다.

Отказали в оплате через приложение трип ком , для позднего выезда. РФ карты не работают. Пришлось бронировать номер еще на сутки. Неужели у такого уровня отеля выезд на 4 часа позже это криминал ? Отель полупустой. И почему трип ком не может не дозвониться , а на письма сутки нет ответа. Хороший отель но больше из за такого отношения я не приеду в него.

The hotel staff was fantastic. Especially the housekeeping ladies were very skilled, courteous, and punctual. However, a major downside of this hotel concerns the showers in the rooms, which should be a basic and essential service in a four-star hotel. The water quality is very poor, and the shower water flow is extremely low and inconsistent, with no way to adjust the temperature properly. Not to mention the smell of the water, which clearly indicates that the plumbing system needs a complete overhaul as soon as possible.

Phenomenal place, from the moment we arrived to the minute we left we were treated with such respect and kindness. The facilities in the room, the pool and the quality breakfast experience was second to none. Definitely our number one place to stay in Panama City. Special mention to Denisse on reception, Keyla and Ivan at the concierge desk and Marylin in Caleta. All went above and beyond to ensure we had the most incredible stay.
