During the following two days, our stay was overall fine. The breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety of options and generally everything you would expect. However, because there were many guests, breakfast time felt a bit crowded and slightly chaotic. Overall, it was an acceptable and decent stay, though there is still room for improvement in organization, especially during busy breakfast hours.

Такси до риада нас не повезло, ссылаясь на узкие улицы. При входе в старый город тут же нашлись ”помогальщики”, которые навязчиво нас сопровождали, потребовав за это денег. Спас ситуацию служащий отеля (мы отделались 20 дирхамами), который в дальнейшем нам предоставлял различную полезную информацию. В самом риаде чисто, очень мешал шум с улицы.

호텔이 구시가지 내부에 위치해 중앙 세계유산 광장과 매우 가깝고 편리했습니다. 숙소 문을 나서면 바로 상점가가 펼쳐져 있어 식당과 카페가 정말 많았습니다. 주요 관광지는 모두 도보로 이동 가능합니다. 안뜰이 있는데, 이슬람 양식이 물씬 풍깁니다. 10인실이었는데, 각자 개인 사물함이 있었습니다. 화장실은 깨끗했지만, 세면대가 한 층의 투숙객 전체가 사용하기에 하나뿐이라 아침 일찍은 매우 붐볐습니다! 옥상 테라스에서 아침 식사가 제공되었는데, 정량제였지만 커피, 우유, 차는 무제한이어서 배불리 먹을 수 있었습니다!

とっても広くて過ごしやすかった！ ただ寝室の窓の鍵が、閉まらず、不安のまま過ごしました。後、冷蔵庫が、なぜかコンセントが、外れていて、床が水浸しになった。 清掃の方がコンセント外したんだと思う。 横の部屋の人の声が、結構響いた。 スタッフは、優しく、カップラーメン持って行ったらお湯を出してくれてとても親切でした！ ありがとうございました！

Overall, the hotel was very nice. The location is excellent, and the room was clean, spacious, and featured a beautiful ceiling decoration. One drawback, however, was that the room did not have any windows. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by an incident at the hotel restaurant. After having dinner there, all members of our family became ill during the night with symptoms of food poisoning. As a result, we had to leave the hotel the next morning without having breakfast. While we understand that such situations can occur, we were disappointed that there was no apparent interest from the reception staff in our experience or wellbeing when we checked out. This lack of response, combined with the incident itself, left a negative overall impression.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the Marrakesh main train station super convenient location. The service was excellent from start to finish. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of fresh options, and the dinner buffet offered an incredible variety of delicious dishes. The swimming pool was a great place to relax, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. Truly a great experience!
