스파 시설을 갖춘 모로코 마라케시-텐시프트-엘하우즈 호텔

During the following two days, our stay was overall fine. The breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety of options and generally everything you would expect. However, because there were many guests, breakfast time felt a bit crowded and slightly chaotic. Overall, it was an acceptable and decent stay, though there is still room for improvement in organization, especially during busy breakfast hours.

Grand Mogador Menara는 별 5개(국가 등급)까지 완벽하게 유지했습니다. 디럭스룸은 새것과 다름없었고 아무것도 빠진 것이 없었습니다. 룸서비스나 청소상태는 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에 마라케시를 방문할 때 이 호텔을 꼭 다시 예약하겠습니다.

Location: very near to the centre and other tourist spots. The area is well guarded as it next to the Royal Palais (which apparently where the royal family resides, you will find guards every corner, and they were all polite. On our first night we were scared at first as we thought the place looks dodgy but it changes quickly as there area is quite popular to other tourist and quite large number of riads could be find in the area. Breakfast: they served us bread, pancake, honey, cheese traingles, orange juice and coffee -generous amount of milk. They were also kind to provide us moroccan tea in the afternoon but you have to ask (whenask about the fee they say it's on the house) Massage: they offered very cheap massages comapre to other spa house, the massage lady was very sweet and friendly. They also offer cheap laundry but my husband lost one pair of his sock. They also serve other things like dinner (but we opted to eat outside) and ammenities. The only thing that we had a problem with is the bathroom because it does not drain quickly so we have to wait till it drained till the next person can do shower. Overall the riad is a good place, noting about their extra ammenities, friendly staff and its price.

호스텔 위치는 정말 좋았습니다. 나가면 바로 구시가지였고, 쿠투비아 모스크에서도 약 400~500미터 정도로 가까웠습니다. 바로 앞에 마라케시에서 가장 큰 야시장이 있었지만, 너무 상업화되어 모든 것이 관광객 요금으로 책정되어 있었습니다. 버스 정류장과도 가까웠습니다. 단점: 이미 세금을 지불했는데, 도착해서 매일 밤 €2.5에 해당하는 도시세를 추가로 내야 했습니다. 정말 어이가 없더군요. 한마디로 관광객들에게 수수료를 뜯어내려는 수작 같았습니다. 모로코는 도시마다 도시세가 다르다고는 하지만, 충분히 미리 알려줄 수 있는 부분인데, 도착해서 추가 세금을 요구하는 건 아니라고 봅니다. 투숙객들에게 바가지 씌우고 속이는 곳이라는 첫인상을 주었습니다. 게다가 조식은 그냥 투숙객들을 대충 때우려는 수준이었습니다. 한국 분들은 신중하게 선택하시길 바랍니다. 제가 투숙하는 동안 벼룩 때문에 허벅지에 딱딱하고 가려운 물린 자국이 여러 군데 생겼습니다. 솔직한 투숙 후기입니다. 직원분들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 이 점은 좋았습니다. 가격은 계산해보니 하룻밤에 베드 하나에 €13으로, 호스텔치고는 아주 비싼 가격입니다. 마지막으로, 도시세 문제에 대해 신속하게 소통해주고 원만하게 해결해준 씨트립(携程旅行网) 고객센터 직원분들께 감사드립니다.😊

Really nice hotel a 20 walk from the main sights of the city. The hotel room is small and the shower could have been built better to prevent flooding but the staff are nice and breakfast was tasty.

호텔 위치가 훌륭하고 외관도 멋져요. 낮에는 수영장에서 몇 시간 동안 햇볕을 쬐며 일광욕을 할 수 있고, 직원들도 친절하며 아침 식사도 다양하게 잘 나옵니다. 단점은 객실이 너무 낡았다는 거예요. 위생 설비 상태가 매우 안 좋고, 변기가 흔들려서 앉기가 무서웠어요. 샤워할 때는 물이 잘 안 빠져서 발목까지 물이 차오르더라고요. 아침 식사 때 몇몇 테이블이 흔들려서 직원들에게 말했더니 어깨만 으쓱하더라고요.

Très moyen, chambre donne sur une grande route peu bruyante. Emplacement très pratique.

호텔은 매우 크고 장소와 호텔의 두 부분으로 나뉘며 체크인은 별도로 이루어집니다. 호텔 환경이 정말 좋고, 정원도 넓고 아름답고, 매우 편안합니다. 객실 시설이 비교적 낡았고 옷장 문을 닫을 수 없습니다. 침대, 베개, 이불은 매우 편안하며 숙면을 취할 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았고 꽤 풍부했습니다.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel near the Marrakesh main train station super convenient location. The service was excellent from start to finish. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of fresh options, and the dinner buffet offered an incredible variety of delicious dishes. The swimming pool was a great place to relax, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. Truly a great experience!
