스파 시설을 갖춘 이스라엘 남부구 호텔

The cleanliness in the dining room was not high. Plates were dirty. There was a stage when I asked the waiter for draft beer and I received a bottle. When I told the waiter I said that I asked for draft beer, he simply said no, so I said I was not interested. Then he replied that he had opened it and there was nothing to do in our private pool. The ladder broke. And it took 4 and a half hours until it was addressed. In addition to that, there was a lot of sand in the pool, but it should be noted that there were employees at the hotel who were great and provided good service. The food receives a score of 3 out of five. The location of the hotel is excellent, central by the sea and shopping complex

Отличный отель. Мебель старенькая но чистая. Завтраки и ужины хорошие. Хорошее расположение. Рядом магазины и рестораны. Есть открытый бассейн.

I arrived in the afternoon and went straight to the private beach, then to the inside jacuzzi + sauna + steam room + heated floating pool. The bedroom was super clean, had a nice smell & was overlooking the infinity pool and the beach. The buffet for lunch and dinner was delicious. Breakfast was brought to my room 😋. The massages were super relaxing. Needless to say, I had an awesome time there.

에라트의 시저(Caesar)는 이스라엘에서 25일 동안 방문한 가장 실망스러운 호텔입니다. 환경에서 시설, 직원 태도에 이르기까지 티베리아의 시저와는 거의 다릅니다. 호텔 환경은 매우 평범하며 로고 수준과 완전히 일치하지 않으며 객실 시설은 구식입니다. 체크인하자마자 발코니 문이 고장났습니다. 수리를 요청하기 위해 전화를 걸었습니다. 수리 직원은 매우 좋았지 만 몇 번의 도구를 가져 와서 수리하는 데 1 시간 이상이 걸렸습니다. 호텔의 방음은 매우 열악하고 주어진 방은 연단의 방처럼 보이며 통로는 혼잡합니다. 아침 식사 환경도 시끄럽고 음식이 풍부하지 않습니다. 다행히 1박을 예약하고 다음날 옆에 있는 다른 호텔로 갈아탔습니다.

레오나르도 클럽은 완벽한 사해 여행이었습니다! 이웃들이 담배를 피우고 방을 바꿔야 할 때 타마르는 정중하고 즉시 처리했습니다. Shlomit은 우리가 행복했는지 확인하기 위해 여러 번 전화를 걸었습니다. 우리는 Shlomit이 우리에게 준 관심을 어떤 호텔에서도 얻지 못했습니다! Shlomit은 또한 Nachal Bokek에서 ”젖은 트레일” 하이킹을 추천했습니다. 그것은 훌륭했고 무료였습니다. 호텔의 서비스는 매우 훌륭하고 아침 식사는 매우 풍부하며 해변과도 가깝습니다. 버스를 타고 버스 정류장까지 가는 것이 매우 편리합니다.

The Hotel was very clean including the rooms and all the common areas. Breakfast was great - huge variety, eggs from different kinds, vegetabels from all kind, drink, breads, etc. Only few minutes walk to the beaches or to the stores area.

The hotel was very nice, beautiful pool, great ”all-inclusive” service, with drinks and snacks available between the 3 delicious, plentiful meals. There were also surprises left in the room ( wine, chocolate, dates, etc..) We had a huge balcony, that cpukd have fit 10 people! The room and bathroom were clean, but not fancy looking. There were little shampoos, conditioner, shower gel etc. Plenty of towels. Here and there there was a chip in the paint on the wall, but nothing major. People in the adjoining room were smoking and security was very responsive to our complaint and came twice to get them to stop smoking in the room. The staff was really nice!
