수영장 시설을 갖춘 요르단 와디무사 호텔

호텔은 매우 친절하고 도움이되는 직원과 함께 훌륭하고 잘 유지되었습니다 (체육관 제외). 수영장 라운지 호텔을 찾고 있다면이 호텔에는 작은 수영장이 하나 있기 때문에 도보로 20 분 이내에 더 나은 옵션이 있습니다. 체육관은 모든 곳에서 웨이트로 잘 유지되지 않았으며 장비 자체는 더 나을 수 있습니다.

We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com. After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me. After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com. Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking! Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE! I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!

오후 10시경 호텔에 도착했을 때 시체가 없었습니다. 리셉션이 열려 있는지 또는 체크인을 위해 누군가에게 전화해야하는지 묻기 위해 약국 옆집으로 가야한다는 점을 제외하고는 모든 것이 좋았고 괜찮 았습니다. 약국 직원은 15분 후에 누군가가 들어왔을 때 누군가를 찾기 위해 호텔 사무실에 들어가야 했습니다.

Останавливались на одну ночь. Хороший пляжный отель. Туристов мало, наверное из-за близости Израиля. Свой алкоголь проносить нельзя, у них есть в отеле. Для сравнения - бутылка игристого вина в магазине стоит 12-15 динар, в отеле - 60! Пейте под забором отеля). Договориться можно пронести, но только если у них что-то возьмете. А так -всё хорошо). Завтрак хороший, большой выбор. На ужин ходили за территорию отеля.

كل شيء على مايرام ولكن واجهة مشكلة بعدم توفير المتطلبات مثلا تواصلت الصباح مع موظف الاستقبال وطلبت تنظيف الغرفة وتبديل الحذاء (تم التنظيف لكن لم يتم توفير الحذاء) في المساء طلبت توفير الحذاء واجاب الموظف ((حالا)) ولم يتم توفير طلبي

매우 편리하고 전용 해변이 있으며 Ayla에 대한 액세스가 포함되어 있습니다. 체크인부터 체크 아웃까지 서비스는 훌륭했습니다.

This hotel under major renovation, the room is outdated, not clean for sure, I checked in and I was super tired after 12 hours of flight all the sudden falling asleep right away when I wake up to use the bathroom I find out it’s full of urine and the shower full of see sand, I called the room service at 3 morning and I asked them to clean it especially I wasn’t able to use the bathroom, I had to clean it my self, since they ignored me, the breakfast was great has a lot  of different selection, over all I give it 4out of 10 I can’t believe it has the intercontinental franchise.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alena in Aqaba. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and even upgraded us to a more spacious room, which was a lovely surprise! The hotel’s location is perfect—everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and the city’s main attractions. The cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional service made our stay truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Aqaba!

호텔은 그 자체로 아름답게 위치해 있습니다. 또한 직원들은 모두 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 좋은 뷔페(불행히도 매일은 아니지만 분명히 서비스 범위에 따라 다름). 그러나 매우 심각하게 방해받은 것은 밤(3:00)에도 문이 박수를 치는 것입니다. 그리고 일반적으로 모든 것이 메가 밝습니다. 내 방 문(물개 없는 210)은 바람을 통해 올라갔다. 아침 식사에도 부엌 문은 끊임없이 식당에서 두드리는다. 호텔은 ”스크램블 도어”로 이름이 변경되어야합니다. 🛑 개인적으로이 호텔을 추천하지 않습니다 ⚠️

베두인 가든 빌리지는 베레니스 비치 클럽에서 가까운 아카바에서 차로 약 15분 거리에 있습니다. 바다와 해변은 불과 150m 떨어져 있습니다. 가장 가까운 지역에는 레스토랑과 해변에 레스토랑/욕실이 있는 게스트하우스가 몇 군데 더 있습니다. 해변 자체에는 무료 자외선 차단제가 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 가든 빌리지의 분위기는 매우 조용하고 편안합니다. 분위기는 그늘진 장소를 많이 제공하여 그늘에서 머물고 휴식을 취하도록 초대하지만 부분적으로는 베두인 좌석을 씻거나 청소할 수 있습니다. 더러워지지 않았지만 100% 깨끗하지도 않았습니다. 베두인 가든 빌리지는 친절하고 재미있지만 유능한 직원과 좋은 장비를 갖춘 다이빙 학교입니다. 다이빙 코스는 경험이 풍부한 다이빙에도 매우 편안하면서도 흥미로웠습니다. 아침 식사는 불행히도 비교적 간단했습니다. 플라드브레드, 신선한 치즈(더위에 길었지만), 마멜레이드, 후무스가 있는 테이블, 계란, 콩, 과일 및 야채가 있었습니다. 여전히 슬다. 점심과 저녁 카드는 너무 광범위하지 않습니다. 얼린(생선, 햄버거, 오징어), 몇 가지 샐러드 및 몇 가지 치킨 코트가 있습니다. 우리는 슬퍼할 수 없습니다. 맛이 나쁘지는 않지만 특별히 ”와우”는 아닙니다. 먼 위치를 감안할 때 지상 레스토랑 선택은 제한적입니다. 객실은 단순했지만 여전히 에어컨과 냉장고로 기능적으로 꾸며져 있습니다. 조용한 환경에서 며칠 동안 끄기에 좋은 숙박 시설입니다.
