We had a very bad experience during check in. Despite explaining that we were very tired & hungry (as it's already almost 8 in the evening), and we just need to check in immediately & have dinner; the staff at the reception denied our confirmed & paid reservation at trip.com. The staff knew that we were very tired, and we even offered to guarantee reservation with our credit card (just so we get the room & can have dinner); but he insisted to keep us waiting until he can get the response from trip.com.
After waiting for so long, he said that still no responses from trip.com and he just asked us to wait forever. I got really upset after a long argument with him; and i have to strongly argue with him to give us room & we paid with our credit card for a new reservation. WE NEED A ROOM! I showed him the amount I paid for the Seaview Room charged in USD. (I just realised the next day that he charged me the wrong amount instead of calculating it to USD amount with the correct convertion). So i was charged a wrong amount as I was too tired to check how much he charged me.
After a long argument & waiting, he finally gave me the room key; and said sorry for the waiting. They said that they will upgrade the room as an apologies. Just when we were in the room, I found out that they DID NOT upgrade the room. That's exactly the room I booked at trip.com; just I had to pay again with my credit card with a much higher rate! I was to tired to argue with the staff, so I no longer care after calling them saying they didn't upgrade us! This staff didn't even try to change the room; after we said this is not an upgrade. We PAID for this room category at trip.com.
Nobody apologies for these so many mistakes from the staffs or management. When we checked out, the manager asked me how was our stay? He was not even aware that WE HAD ISSUES that they denied our paid & confirmed booking!
Trip.com finally settled this issue with the hotel, and the hotel returned our overpaid credit card charged. Trip.com apologies a few times, they made many efforts to call us a few times. But the hotel & the management acting as if nothing happened! Is this really how a 5 stars hotel service? Luxury what? They treated us like a homeless person begging for room! So UNACCEPTABLE!
I have never experienced staying in a 5 stars hotel with such a BAD service like this! This is the worst in our history of travel! This place must keep their act together! Learn hospitality BETTER! Overall, we were very disappointed, & this place is far from Luxury Collection, it's a CHEAP collection!
I was on a trip with my friend. It is a budget hotel but due to off season the service was slow. The cleanliness was average as well. Overall OK for a quick short stay.

서비스: 프론트 데스크 직원과 경비원 모두 매우 따뜻하고 정중합니다! 1층 (길가) 노천 카페에서 커피를 마시고 있는데, 환영 경호원과 이야기를 나누는 관광객들을 만나면, 그 관광객들이 다가와서 정중하게 방해를 해서 불필요한 괴롭힘과 잡담을 피하도록 도와주었습니다. 지나치게 떠들썩한 남자 관광객들이 떠나기 전에 떠났다는 것! 이 서비스 감각은 정말 훌륭합니다!
Service was great,Staff at Reception, Housekeeping, Restaurant, and Spa were excellent. Easy going and anticipating needs.

This hotel under major renovation, the room is outdated, not clean for sure, I checked in and I was super tired after 12 hours of flight all the sudden falling asleep right away when I wake up to use the bathroom I find out it’s full of urine and the shower full of see sand, I called the room service at 3 morning and I asked them to clean it especially I wasn’t able to use the bathroom, I had to clean it my self, since they ignored me, the breakfast was great has a lot of different selection, over all I give it 4out of 10 I can’t believe it has the intercontinental franchise.
오후 10시경 호텔에 도착했을 때 시체가 없었습니다. 리셉션이 열려 있는지 또는 체크인을 위해 누군가에게 전화해야하는지 묻기 위해 약국 옆집으로 가야한다는 점을 제외하고는 모든 것이 좋았고 괜찮 았습니다. 약국 직원은 15분 후에 누군가가 들어왔을 때 누군가를 찾기 위해 호텔 사무실에 들어가야 했습니다.
Роскошный отель! Свежий ремонт и обстановка! Запах отеля - восторг! Потрясающее качество постельного белья и есть выбор подушек. Классный пляж с белым песком, но вода освежающая. Потрясающие завтраки и ужины в ресторане. Тирамиссу лучше , чем на родине десерта:) была ситуация когда понадобился градусник, а на помощь подошел медик отеля, провел короткий осмотр. Благодарим за заботу!

Останавливались на одну ночь. Хороший пляжный отель. Туристов мало, наверное из-за близости Израиля. Свой алкоголь проносить нельзя, у них есть в отеле. Для сравнения - бутылка игристого вина в магазине стоит 12-15 динар, в отеле - 60! Пейте под забором отеля). Договориться можно пронести, но только если у них что-то возьмете. А так -всё хорошо). Завтрак хороший, большой выбор. На ужин ходили за территорию отеля.

리리뷰어كل شيء على مايرام ولكن واجهة مشكلة بعدم توفير المتطلبات مثلا تواصلت الصباح مع موظف الاستقبال وطلبت تنظيف الغرفة وتبديل الحذاء (تم التنظيف لكن لم يتم توفير الحذاء)
في المساء طلبت توفير الحذاء واجاب الموظف ((حالا)) ولم يتم توفير طلبي
