스파 시설을 갖춘 영국 도싯 호텔

호텔 직원은 정중하고 도움이 되며 유익합니다. 3층 객실은 엘리베이터가 1층에서 3층으로 바로 올라가지 않고 계단이 좀 있었습니다. 이동성 문제가 있어서 약간의 문제였습니다. 올라가는 길이 있었지만 꽤 길었다. 아침식사는 추가요금이 발생했고, 많이 먹지 않아서 아침식사를 하지 않았습니다. 침대는 좋고 크고 편안합니다. 방이 따뜻합니다. 기술적인 지식은 아니지만 라디에이터가 실제로 작동하지 않았습니다. 며칠만 머물렀기 때문에 불평하지 않았고, 방도 따뜻했습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 깔끔하게 장식되어 있으며, 가구는 낡고 낡았습니다. 욕실에는 몇 가지 업데이트가 필요했습니다. 샤워가 훌륭하고 뜨거운 물이 많고 압력이 많습니다. 창문에서 보이는 풍경은 호텔 뒤쪽이었고, 호텔 뒤쪽이었습니다. 저는 호텔에 묵어본 경험이 많지 않았습니다. 제겐 괜찮았고, 바 공간이 넓고 편안한 소파와 의자가 많았습니다.

환영하는 마음이 좋았습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들은 빠르고 전문적으로 일합니다. 제 방은 7층에 있었고 멋진 도시 전망을 볼 수 있었습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 필요한 모든 편의 시설이 제공됩니다. 안타깝게도 아침에 스파를 이용할 시간이 없었습니다.

우리는 기념일을 위해 특별히 이 호텔을 예약했고 그들은 좋은 터치인 꽃잎으로 침대를 장식했습니다. 호텔 자체는 매우 좋았지 만 객실은 약간 구식이었고 화장실은 더러웠습니다. 우리의 짧은 체류를 망친 꽤 많은 단점이있었습니다. 우리는 주로 자쿠지 수영장을 위해 스파 시설을 위해이 호텔을 특별히 예약했지만 우리가 거기에 도착하기 전에 이것은 고장 났고 우리는 이것에 대해 알리지 않았습니다. 그렇지 않으면 다른 곳에서 예약했을 것이고 전체 체류 기간 동안 고정되지 않았습니다. 수영장은 괜찮았지만 수영장 바닥에서 흙을 느꼈기 때문에 가장 깨끗하지 않았습니다. 우리 마지막 밤에 우리는 물이 떨어졌고 아내가 임신했기 때문에 야간 포터에 가서 매일 무료로 제공하는 물 한 병을 요청했지만 그는 나에게 물을 줄 수 없으며 바에서 하나를 팔 수 있다고 말했습니다. 우스꽝스러운 것을 발견했습니다. 방에 냉장고가 없어서 물을 사서 시원하게 유지할 수 없었습니다. 주차는 숙박에 포함되어야 한다고 생각하는 하루에 £ 10였습니다. 호텔 직원은 그 외에는 친절했지만 다음에는 다른 곳을 찾을 것입니다. 우리가 지불 한 가격에 대해 나는 호텔에서 훨씬 더 많은 것을 기대했습니다.

I have only one thing to say is that the hotel needs some decorating on the exterior the interior was fine

Stunning hotel, great location. Everything was fantastic. Small thing is room 109 has a small frosted window with no view. When opening it opens to a dirty mucky roof. We did not leave it open as vermin might enter the room. We also mentioned it was a 40th bday but no extras not even a note.

The hotel was lovely. Room was very clean. The pool area was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was expensive for what it was. The only negative thing I will say is that we were in the annex not the main hotel and the main doors and lift were out of order. Apart from that our stay was very nice.

The room wasn’t what I expected for the price. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the water pressure in the bathroom for the shower was awful. We had a better shower in the indoor pool at the other hotel. Some of the staff we very friendly but others came across rude. Other than that the location was perfect

L'acceuil pendant le check-in est à revoir.. Je n'ai pas pris de petit déjeuner, seulement le dîner. Une discussion stérile commence et l'acceuil a en effet constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner mais que le dîner... Personne explique le fonctionnement de l'hôtel, où se trouve le restaurant pour le dîner, juste demander l'heure pour manger. Je ne me suis pas senti à ma place. 2 bagages en arrivant, je galère pour entrer, personne pour aider... Mon anglais n'était pas top mais je faisais l'effort de communiquer. Par contre les serveurs du restaurant du soir sont gentils, agréables et attentionnés. Bravo Le check-out a été bien mieux et ils étaient compréhensifs. Rien à dire. Sourire était là L'hôtel est très propre , rien à dire.

We had a 3 day stay at the Harbour Hotel in Christchurch. We ate dinner there twice - once at ”The Upper Deck” and once at ”The Jetty”. Both meals were excellent: we had lovely tables, the food was great and the service made us feel special. The experience at breakfast was the same, with attentive service from all the staff and great food served on the open veranda. Although we were using the hotel as a base for our walks around the area, we also used the spa which was well maintained and had all the facilities you could want. We did have an issue with our assigned room which was not as ordered from Trip.com. Although the reception team reconfirmed they had allocated the room accurately based on what Trip.com had ordered for us, the Cherry the reception manager took it on herself to compensate us for the mismatch. From start to finish the service at The Harbour was outstanding. All the staff that served us in reception, the bar, the restaurants and the spa were helpful, efficient and friendly. Although our room was smaller than we'd ordered, it was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, this in no small part due to the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff team. We will return !
