曹溪温泉度假村温泉部的服务态度非常棒，服务员也很热情，主动性很强，为客人端茶倒水、温馨提示客人温泉池水热不能泡久了，泡一下就上池边休息，休息室还有姜茶和罗汉果茶，有很多特色池，鱼疗……，各池区都有高中低温池，非常的舒服，寒冬腊月值得前来泡一泡含矿物质偏硅酸和锶的温泉，对身体有很多的好处，环境又好美哟。

室外温泉，有部分池子在检修没有开，没有饮料只有白水，鱼疗池，蒸汽房，儿童泳池这些都正常，小朋友觉得好玩，舒服。

周末带娃去了韶关曹溪温泉，没想到景色这么好，太惊喜了吧！食：早晚餐都在度假村搞定！客家菜茄子煲酿豆腐和丝瓜肉汤满分推荐！太适合我这个客家人的口味了！住：预订了葡式至尊房，还自带麻将机和私家泡池。十分适合我这个麻将十级爱好者，也很适合一家老小娱乐哟。玩：有温泉有泳池。重点是有儿童泳池，十分受到小朋友的喜爱，解放老母亲的双手！这里游玩真的性价比qiao高！

Caoxi hot spring is next to Zhuanxi Bridge in Qujiang District, Shaoguan. The scenery is really beautiful and the scenic area is very big, there are several large and small hot spring pools, but the drawback is , if you go in peak season there are too many people and noisy.

If you are a foreigner DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. I arrived to the hotel in good spirits and left in tears. I came to the hotel to enjoy the highly recommended hot springs. When I arrived I realized no one spoke english so I immediately pulled out my translator to tell them what I wanted. I asked to purchase a pass to enjoy the hot spring. The lady at the counter flat out told us that they don’t accept foreigners. So I asked “why, whats the problem?”. She proceeded to say that they needed my COVID test. I showed them my results along with my GREEN QR code. Next she asked me and my friend to wait a few moments. A man came and told us they can’t accept us without our COVID results. We explained to him we showed them the results earlier but showed him as well. He then asked where we came from we explained we are from Guangdong province and we been in Shenzhen the last two weeks. He left and came back and asked us to scan a QR code to verify our whereabouts, which we did. He apologized, called someone and came back and stated that they would not be able to provide us good service because of the language barrier. We had been communicating just fine through the translation apps. I was highly embarrassed and disgusted by our treatment. We provided everything they needed with no hesitation. At one point it almost felt like we were begging to be let in... as we went as far as trying to show them that we’ve been here since 2019 just so they could trust us. Alas, after all that we were still told we couldn’t be serviced because of their discrimination against foreigners.
