수영장 시설을 갖춘 베트남 타인호아 호텔

호텔 위치가 정말 좋았어요. 바로 옆에 쇼핑몰이 있는데, 그 안에 태국 음식점이랑 훠궈집이 있더라고요. 주변에도 먹을 곳이 많아서 편리했어요. 방도 넓고, 프론트 직원분이 중국어를 하셔서 좋았습니다.

I had one of the most memorable stays at “Halora Puluong Retreat”, and the experience exceeded my expectations in so many ways. The bungalows are beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and perfectly situated among the breathtaking rice terraces. The panoramic views are simply unforgettable, and waking up each morning surrounded by such peaceful and beautiful scenery was truly special. What made our stay even more enjoyable was the wonderful team. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, attentive, and always greeted us with genuine smiles. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to “Chiên”, who truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. She was incredibly kind, cheerful, professional, and dedicated to helping us with everything we needed. Her warm personality and outstanding hospitality made a real difference and left us with beautiful memories of our time here. I would also like to give a very special thank you to “Jenny”, whose energy, enthusiasm, and beautiful smile brought so much warmth to the retreat. She was always active, helpful, and full of positive energy. Her presence was truly memorable, and she seemed to be the spirit of the retreat. We sincerely appreciate everything she did for us during our stay. Her kindness and dedication made our experience even more special. A special thank you as well to the restaurant team for their excellent service. They were attentive, polite, and consistently made us feel welcome, creating a lovely dining experience throughout our stay. I only have one small suggestion that could make this already wonderful experience even better. We noticed that some male staff members occasionally smoked in the seating area near the reception. Perhaps creating a designated smoking area outside, away from the main guest areas, would be a more professional solution and would help maintain the fresh, peaceful atmosphere that makes this retreat so special. This is only a small suggestion, as overall we were extremely happy with our stay. Thank you to the entire team for everything and for creating such a beautiful and memorable experience. If you are looking for a peaceful, elegant retreat surrounded by nature and away from the hustle and bustle of Hanoi, “Halora Puluong Retreat” is an excellent choice. We spent two unforgettable days here and would genuinely be happy to return again. Highly recommended! ❤️

Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde con bungalow che affacciano direttamente sulle risaie terrazzate. Camere spaziose e pulite. Personale gentilissimo, nonostante un disguido relativo alla prenotazione di un taxi da parte nostra, sono stati molto disponibili e gentili nell' aiutarci a trovare una soluzione. Ottima la cena nel ristorante. Bellissimo anche il paese immerso nella natura.

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, phòng ốc đẹp sát biển. Đồ ăn đa dạng phong phú. Sẽ trở lại nếu có dịp quay lại sầm sơn.

Well, the staff almost doesn't speak English. It was difficult to communicate. Spa is amazing and food is very good. Mango smoothy is must have. We had issues with the entrance door - lock was broken. And our bikes were very small and brakes didn't work. But staff fixed that for us. Everything else was very good.

The accommodation is beautiful but the location is not close to the nice views, attractions or restaurants. So you rely on transportation which the hotel could make more clear. They also didn’t advertise any activities and since their English wasn’t great, you’re kind of left with organizing yourself. It was also difficult to contact them bc they’re not fast in replying to emails, there’s no WhatsApp number on their website, and I couldn’t call with my phone data package. So while the accommodation is great, and Pu Luong is incredibly beautiful, the hotel staff could be more forthcoming with customer service.

내가 베트남에서 머물렀던 최고의 장소 중 하나 !!!! 너무 아름답게 디자인되어 음식은 훌륭합니다 (동고 잎의 생선을 시도하십시오 wowwwww). 서비스는 매우 개인적이며 잘 보살핌을 받았습니다. 몇 번이고 몇 번이고 추천합니다. 나는 빛나는 빛인 Hien과 오토바이 여행에 나를 데려가 내 하루를 정말 특별하게 만든 Duan을 언급하고 싶습니다. 돌아갈 때까지 기다릴 수 없습니다.

위치는 괜찮은데 새 호텔은 아니지만 일반 수준에 비하면 괜찮습니다. 아쉬운 점은 FLC의 수영장이 꽤 깊고 위험하다는 점입니다. 어제 오후에 수영을 했는데 추진력이 떨어져서 익사할 뻔했습니다. 구조를 요청하려고 손을 뻗었지만 직원들은 그 모습을 무시하고 지켜보기만 했습니다. 운 좋게도 그들은 애썼지만 가까스로 해안에 달라붙어 도움이 필요할 때 고객을 구출할 수 있도록 훈련을 받았는지 모르겠습니다. 익사했을 때, 아니면 그들이 허락했다면 그를 구하기 위해 숨을 멈췄을 것입니다. 호텔 매니저는 구조대의 작업 태도를 상기시켜야합니다.

저녁 늦게도착했는데 그래도 주변에 먹을수있는 로칼식당이 있어서 너무나 좋았다 직원들도 친절하고 룸도 깨끗하고 너무나 좋았다 조식도 너무화려하지는 않았지만 먹을만했다
