수영장 시설을 갖춘 미국 버몬트 호텔

South Burlington definitely need a car to get to Burlington proper. They do have a shuttle bus though that runs to like ten pm I think. The king bed with bath doesn’t exist , the bathtub is kind of old school. Checking in can be slow (waited in line for a bit). Refrigerators in room but no microwave, one exist in lobby. Gym is ok, indoor swimming pool is nice, gym isn’t 24 hours. Room was ok.

The hotel was clean and in great condition. The staff was fantastic and friendly and always went the extra mile. The breakfast was great with many options and again the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean and the kids had fun. I would 100% stay at this hotel again and I recommend it to others. Their service, care, friendliness and customer service should be a benchmark to all hotel and customer service representatives

프론트 데스크 직원 Maria는 매우 친절했고 보안 / 셔틀 운전사 Scott(?)도 마찬가지였습니다. 긴 여행과 늦은 체크인 후에 친절한 직원이 감사했습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗했고 숙박 시설이 잘 관리되었다는 것을 알 수 있습니다.

設施：很齊全，游泳池，健身房和laundry都齊全。 衞生：乾淨衞生。 環境：比較新的裝修風格。 服務：友好。 綜合：在mall裏面的位置，生活方便，距離89高速也很近，早餐也還不錯，整體入住比較舒適。

우리는 올해 UVM에서 1 학년 인 손녀를 방문하러갔습니다. 호텔은 그녀와 그리 멀지 않았습니다. 고속도로에서 두 개의 출구 만 있습니다. 매우 깨끗하고 친절한 직원. 프론트 데스크 접수 원에서 하우스 클리닝에 이르기까지 짐을 휠리로 우리를 보았던 직원까지 우리를 위해 돌려 주겠다고 제안했습니다. 조용한 복도와 냉장고가있는 매우 편안한 방. 우리는 확실히 다시 여기에있을 것입니다!

Great hotel. Very cozy room super clean. Breakfast was impressive. Nice pool and supermarket very close (there’s a kitchen in the room).

The hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. The pool was a great way to keep the children entertained, and they even had some pool toys available over the weekend. The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection—I’m sure there’s a fantastic cook on staff. Coffee and tea are complimentary in reception and always in a clean area. The one-bedroom king suite had a lovely kitchenette, which was perfect for cooking up a storm. The location was great, just a short walk to a shopping centre, Target, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chipotle and a few other shops. It’s also a short drive to town, and there’s plenty of parking available. The room is usually cleaned upon request, but once you ask, it’s done. One thing that could have been improved was the sofa bed. It was quite uncomfortable, and since we booked the room for a family of four, it would have been lovely if the bed had been made for us on the first night. Unfortunately, we noticed some reddish-brown stains on the mattress, which were quite unsightly and could have been blood or some kind of spillage.

좋은 호텔, 호텔 주변에 많은 종류의 레스토랑이 있고 서점, 대학 쇼핑몰이 있으며 많은 학생들이 쇼핑을하고 레스토랑에 자주 가며 주변에 다른 브랜드 호텔이 많이있어 개인 취향과 비용 효율성을 볼 수 있습니다.

這個酒店的房間的設施、衞生、以及環境都是很不錯的，就是這次我預訂的是湖景雙床房，實際入住酒店給的衹是雙床房，沒有湖景，和酒店溝通後説沒有湖景房了，可是我是提前預訂而且已經提前付了湖景雙床房全款的，就算當天我們晚上去的晚了一點，也是應該給我們預留房間的吧？結果酒店就是説沒有了，衹能給安排雙床房沒有湖景的，最後與預訂平台攜程溝通後也沒有解決，衹是協商給予退了房間的差價，攜程平台也象徵性的給了一些補償賠款，就算解決了。我提前預訂的湖景雙床房就被酒店給易主了，當天的湖景房價漲的比較高，感覺被酒店高價給賣給別人了，而我們因語音不通，就這樣被欺負了，當天晚上我們回到酒店已經晚上十點多了，累的不行了，還為了房間的事情多方溝通了很久，簡直是噁心的不行，攜程酒店客房幫忙溝通也是需要時間的，我們累死了，當天衹能先休息了等待後續溝通處理結果，直到第二天的中午攜程才反饋了溝通結果，酒店同意退房間差額，攜程平台也給了一些賠償，雖然退了差價和給了一些賠償，但我們心裏還是很不舒服的，必盡我們心怡了很久的湖景房沒有住到。以後應該也不會再去了。真的很遺憾。除去房間的問題，退房的時候還扣了我兩天的停車費，44美元，當時就和前台説了我們沒有開車，前台也及時更正了結算單，説不扣停車費的，可我們離開後我的信用卡上還是被扣了44美元，和攜程酒店客房溝通後説酒店扣錯了，後續會退款的，（到目前為止也沒有看到退款，繼續等待中） 酒店門口的服務小哥需要稱讚一下，我們回程的機場送機服務非常的好，本來以為需要等班車的，可小哥很熱情的親自開車把我們送到了機場，這個需要點贊👍。
