수영장 시설을 갖춘 미국 메릴랜드 호텔

I had a change of plans and needed to change my rooms. They were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, the room I was moved to looked like it hasn't been touched in weeks/months. The bed had no sheets, stains, cut up straws everywhere, TV was on the bed, empty air-rifle box.. trashed room for sure. I went to the desk for help, and they immediately moved me to a new room. Much, much better... but knowing what that one room looked like, left me feeling a bit weirded out for the rest of the hotel. I was under the impression that there was a breakfast, but it was not available. Not a big issue for me tbh. This is definitely a ”Get you what you pay for” situation. If I had to stay here again.. I would, if there were no other options.

Friendly staff, very nice pool area, nice coffee shop, nice breakfast restaurant (pricey, got wrong order like others that day), nice bar areas, nice patio and live music, nice tiki area and lawn sitting area, right on the beach, multi-story garage, several elevators, nice gift shop (could use more merchandise ), great valet service, great pass-thru entrance off street, near many shops, bars, eateries, friendly and quick front desk staff, rooms were great (like home) with full refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, stove top, garbage disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, dinnerware, silverware, pots and pans, two flat screen TVs, door to separate sleeping area from living area, foldout couch, two chair dining table, power outlets for devices, a/c great, balconies were nice and great views, spa and massage downstairs, nice workout room, wifi and internet good, bath has hair dryer and shampoo conditioner body wash and large mirror with lighting settings, in room safe, laundry area available, . Could use local papers of events, eateries, amusements and available coupons, more vending machines needed, pool needed to be cleaner (many guests in there), can be a bit noisy at times both from inner hallway and from balcony near pool.

저희가 도착했을 때는 네비**션이 없었는데 길에서 큰 간판이 보여서 좋았어요. 체크인도 24시간 가능해서 늦게 도착했는데 정말 도움이 되었습니다. 방에는 우리에게 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었고 테이블 램프 아래에 3개의 전원 포인트가 포함되어 있었습니다. 좀 어두웠기 때문에 조명을 더 밝게 했으면 좋았을 텐데, 램프가 조명을 집중시키는 데 도움이 됐어요. 직원과 하우스키핑 모두 친절했지만, 해외여행객을 위한 프론트 데스크의 지식이 좀 더 많았으면 좋았을 것 같습니다. 쇼핑 지역 근처에도 편리하게 위치해 있습니다. 근처 AT&T 매장에서 여행자 eSIM 카드를 받았습니다. 편의시설을 이용하지 못했어요.

在華盛頓北部郊區，停車免費很方便。距離市中心開車三十邁。房間很大，價格便宜。服務人員熱情，很快辦理好入住，還送了瓶裝水和cookie。 早餐就在一樓，有服務員，味道還不錯。咖啡需要跟服務員要，會給一大壺。

객실은 깨끗하고 시설은 오래되었지만 사용하기 쉽습니다. 욕실의 뜨거운 물은 약간 느립니다. 레스토랑에는 아침, 점심, 저녁 식사를 일시적으로 해결할 수 있는 간단한 식사가 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 전문적입니다. 레스토랑 직원은 매우 환영합니다.

좋고 깨끗한 호텔 좋은 전반적인 숙박 위치가 편리합니다

The hotel is an average 3 star one. Front desk gentleman was helpful and easy to work with giving that we check in at mid night hour. The hotel room is ok but lack of newer accommodations like USB chargers. Bathroom venting fan is not working so it’s very damp when taking a shower. The worst problem is the bathtub drainage. We had to take a shower in inches of standing water.

Took the wife out of state for our 10 year anniversary. She was so excited to be staying at an Aloft again as we have in the past! We got into the room, my Flowers were there, which was great. We adjusted the AC to our comfort likings and 4 hours later after being at the beach, the temperature in the room was 78. Called the front desk, they said there isn't anything they could do. Maintenance checked the panel and all is fine but our room was above the indoor pool. The pool room was found to be 80+ degrees but no one agreed to trying to lower the temperature of the pool room. Instead they suggested we open the balcony door and give us a box fan. The outdoor temps were in the upper 80s low 90s. There was a hint of a breeze but when the box fan was dropped off, we came back from dinner and it was tolerable with the door closed. No check up from management, the staff was quite short with our concerns and requests. Overall the stay was amazing but disappointing

모텔은 시내 근처에 있었고 서비스는 친절했고 방은 깨끗하고 멋지게 장식되었으며 수영장은 폐쇄되었습니다. 수영장은 알 수 없는 이유로 폐쇄되었으며 로비의 서명은 발표될 때까지 폐쇄되었다고 합니다.
