객실상태가 정말 청결했으며, 좋은 향이 나서 더욱 좋았습니다. 호텔 직원들도 정말 친절했고, 객실또한 조용해서 좋았습니다. 다만 아침식사에 채소나 과일이 조금 부족한 것 살짝 아쉽네요. 아무튼 만족스럽게 머물다가 갑니다

모두가 매우 친절했고 우리 방은 깨끗했습니다. 그들은 욕조에 귀여운 작은 오리를 남겨 두었습니다. 특히 어린 오리가 있는 경우 귀여운 아이디어라고 생각합니다. 주변에 많은 레스토랑과 상점이 있는 훌륭한 지역에 있으며 고속도로로 쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다. 나는 확실히 여기에 머무르는 것이 좋습니다.

The room I stayed in was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room offered stunning river views that made waking up each morning a delight. The amenities were top-notch, from the plush bathrobes to the high-quality toiletries. I truly appreciated the attention to detail. Dining at the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks restaurant was an experience in itself! The rotating restaurant offers a unique and elevated dining experience with panoramic views of the city skyline. The food was exceptional, with a variety of locally inspired dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my stay was perfect. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. The facilities, including the fitness center and spa, were well-maintained and provided an additional layer of luxury to my stay. Overall, my experience at the Galt House Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. It’s a fantastic blend of southern hospitality, luxury, and comfort. Overall great experience and service. Very friendly staff clean room, comfortable bed.

Hotel is fine, but the air conditioners - wall mounted under the window like normal at this price point - make the bed in room 304 vibrate.  Turned mine off, and still got vibrations from the neighbors' units.  Ugh.  Slept poorly.  And the only reason I was there was to sleep.  Will not return.  Will avoid the brand going forward.

내가 처음 들어갔을 때 그것은 멋져 보였고 직원들은 친절하고 유익했습니다. 내가 내 방에 갈 때까지 모든 것이 괜찮 았습니다. 침대 중 하나에서 음란한 양의 개미와 새끼를 발견했을 때 짐을 풀기 시작했습니다. 나는 프론트 오피스에 전화를 걸었고 그는 깨끗한 침대 시트를 모두 가져다가 내 방으로 와서 들여다온 침대 시트를 치우기 시작했습니다. 그는 아무 말도 하지 않았고 다른 일을 하지 않았고 깨끗한 린넨을 팔에 안고 서서 나를 남겨두고 걸어 나갔습니다. 그래서 더 많은 버그를 찾고 있을 때 침대를 정리하기 시작했습니다! 매트리스 왼쪽 상단 모서리에서 매트리스에 꽤 큰 크기의 마른 피를 발견했습니다.. 이 모든 것과 할인이나 새 방 또는 무엇이든 나에게 말한 적이 없습니다. ... 보증금을 돌려받는 데 문제가없는 것이 좋습니다!

The hotel was very good. My only complaint is that the water, for a shower at 9:00pm at night, was barely room temperature. Was very disappointed for such a nice hotel in every other way. Would reconsider staying again if it was in colder weather. I certainly hope that was an exception and not the norm. Breakfast was also somewhat disappointing. No half and half (only Coffee-Mate) and no butter, only whipped margarine. Seemed pitiful. The hot food was marginal. The baked goods (I had a croissant, and my husband had a cinnamon scone) were phenomenal though. I hope you continue with those as they made up for the other food. Also, Jasmine (our stay 10/11) was extremely helpful. She was clearly very busy working but when I asked if she had time for a question, she didn't look annoyed at all or miss a beat. She answered my questions with a great attitude. I then asked for directions, and she actually walked me outside so she could point out where to walk, along with sharing landmarks along the way so I could be confidant in where I was going. She is definitely an asset to your hotel as her hard work, knowledge and great attitude really shone. If I lived locally, I'd love to hire her with those stand-out qualities which seem hard to find these days.

Great place, Clean rooms, comfortable beds, Friendly Staff. Great Hot Breakfast, great location. Definitely recommend
