Neat and tidy, friendly staff to coordinate and provide support if needed any. I love this hotel 😍

We booked a 2 room cabin, the place was quiet that was nice but the place wasn't clean a dirty oven try left in the oven! Plates with crumbs on them! The bathroom fan didn't work so the cabin was super super damp, no soaps or shampoo dispensers were all empty! The bathroom and toilet door didn't close properly or quietly. The main bedroom must have a leak somewhere it rained on the last day and the carpet in the morning was super wet along the window. Couches were uncomfortable feels like it pushes you head forward and the TV had no Internet connection to watch Netflix like advertised. The place is very run down and needs a really really good clean! The accommodation was close to town and quiet. I wouldn't recommend this place spend an extra $100 and stay somewhere else

깨끗하고 좋은 위치. 해변 바로 옆. 강한 서비스 감각. 우리가 이사하기 전에 사장님이 난방을 켜서 매우 사려 깊었습니다. 주차 공간이 있습니다. 욕실 장비는 약간 낡았지만 생활에는 영향을 미치지 않습니다.

The hotel restaurant is great, lovely food all day. Deserts in the afternoon on the terrace with soaking up the sun in their comfy Beach chairs was a highlight. The hotel deco is funky and refreshingly arty! The pool could do with an upgrade, some greenery, and extended art be nice. All in all a great hotel roth lovely friendly service.

1층 침실을 요청할 수 있다는 걸 몰랐어요. 80세 노인이 가방 세 개와 여러 가지 물건을 들고 계단을 오르는 건 정말 힘든 일이었어요. 엘리베이터를 찾아봤지만 찾을 수 없었어요. 욕실 문 안쪽에 약간의 손질이 필요한 걸 제외하면 괜찮았어요.

이 호텔은 내 청구서에 대한 지저분하지 않으면 모든면에서 5 성급을 얻을 것입니다. 호텔은 모든 공정성에서 정말 좋습니다. 깨끗하고 합리적으로 넓으며 세련되게 장식되어 있습니다. 더 중요한 것은 모든 것이 있습니다! 모든 주방 용품, 세탁기, 건조기 등 모든 객실 자체. 긴 여행 일정에있는 사람들에게 적합합니다. 추천. 그러나 체크 아웃 후 이미 선불로 지불 한 밤을 청구했습니다. 이메일로 연락을 할 때 응답이 없습니다. 전화로 접수 원은 아무 것도 할 수 없다고 말했습니다. 관리자 만이 처리 할 수 있고 일요일에만 올 수 있습니다. 일요일에는 전화를 통과 할 수 없으므로 Trip.com 에이전트로부터 도움을 받고 있습니다. 지금까지 이 문제는 여전히 끊어지고 있습니다. 곧 해결 될 수 있고 과충전이 환불 될 수 있기를 바랍니다.

房間乾淨整潔，户外視野也不錯，房間很舒服，位置也不錯，户外還有一個小的游泳池。服務也很熱情周到，唯一不足的是在飛機航道下面，飛機飛過會有聲音，但是尼爾森本來飛機也不多，影響不是太大。

Great central location with restaurants and shops nearby. The room and bathroom were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. Onsite parking was also available.

호텔을 하루전에 직접 방문하여 예약을 확인하였으나. 호텔에선 예약이 안되었다고 했습니다. Trip.com에서 뭔가 실수가 있었던거 같아요. 신뢰하기 어렵습니다. 가까스로 한국에 있는 직원과 연락이 되서 잘 해결해 주었습니다. 그직원에게 감사합니다. 호텔에서 저희가족은 아주 만족했습니다. 직원들은 친절하며 시설은 좋습니다. 오래되었지만 실망할정도는 아닙니다. 호텔내에 사우나를 이용 하였는데 오랜만에 정말 좋았습니다.
