수영장 시설을 갖춘 인도 서벵골 호텔

나는 친구들과 이 호텔에 머물렀고 나 자신을 위해 별도의 방을 예약했다. 호텔은 콜카타 시의 놀라운 전망과 함께 6 층에 친절하게 방을 마련해 주었습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 도움이되고 정중했습니다. 특히 체크인 카운터에서 안경을 쓴 신사는 항상 내 요청을 충족시키고 불만 사항을 신속하게 처리했습니다. 비행기가 연착되어 늦은 체크아웃도 허락해 주었습니다. 정말 감사했습니다. 내 방은 넓고 깨끗하며 잘 관리되었습니다. 제공되는 편의 시설은 고품질이었습니다. 하우스 키핑 직원은 정중하고 분명히 자신의 일에 자부심을 가지고있었습니다. 정문 보안 직원도 매우 정중하고 배달 운전사 또는 Uber 지불에 대한 작은 변경 사항을 제공하든 항상 도울 준비가 되어 있었습니다. 공항으로 향할 때 Uber에 60kg 이상의 수하물을 싣는 것을 도와준 보안 팀 중 한 명인 Raghunath에게 특별한 감사를 드립니다. 전반적으로 내 경험은 예외적이었습니다. 직원들의 친절, 전문성, 세심한 배려가 정말 눈에 띄었습니다. 콜카타를 방문하는 친구와 동료들에게 이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다.

호텔 직원은 매우 친절하고 도움이되었습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 현대적이었습니다. 위치는 공항과 도심에서 충분히 가까운 매우 중심적입니다. 내가 가진 유일한 문제는 AC가 21° 이하로 내려가는 것을 허용하지 않고 밤에 방이 더울 것입니다. 프론트 데스크에 물었고 그들은 그것이 일반적인 표준이라고 말했습니다. 그 외에는 숙박이 완전한 즐거움이었고 아침 식사 메뉴가 좋았습니다.

Amazing hotel! The attentive service by each person made the stay very special. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Fantastic breakfast and the spa is well worth a visit. Highly recommend!

콜카타 호텔은 뭄바이 가격과 비슷합니다. 호텔은 매우 위생적이지 않으며 아침 식사가 제공되지 않으며 위치는 공항에서 11km 떨어져 있습니다. 외부 도로 한가운데에 있는 작은 키오스크에 콜카타 요금을 지불하는 것이 더 공식적입니다.

My stay at Hyatt Regency was great. I am a female solo traveler. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is very delicious. Staffs are very helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and humble staff who made me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. The highlight of my stay, without a doubt, was the food. Every meal I had was absolutely delicious, and the room service was prompt and attentive. It truly exceeded my expectations. Overall, my experience was fantastic. A perfect blend of great service, comfort, and amazing food—I'll definitely be returning!

Clean and very comfortable room. Excellent mattress & pillows. Best hotel for a transit stop. Late night receptionist - prosenjit & capable efficient kishan made the entire process flawless. Jayasree - receptionist in the afternoon was very personable too. Special mention to the kitchen team for arranging a packed breakfast since i was checking out before the restaurant could open for breakfast. I'm coming back to this hotel incase of a similar travel situation for sure! well done, ra vista hotel & staff

방의 시설은 비교적 완벽하고 비교적 새롭습니다. 전반적인 숙박 경험은 나쁘지 않습니다. 호텔의 아침 식사도 매우 맛있습니다.

While everything else was good, I found that wash basin in the bathroom wasn't clean which was a slight put off in otherwise a nice experience.
