수영장 시설을 갖춘 인도 서벵골 호텔

This place is getting old. Poorly managed staff. Severe issues wirh climate control, actually it doesn't exist at the marriot. .Many many apologies, little action. It's time to take the JW brand off the building, unworthy!

While everything else was good, I found that wash basin in the bathroom wasn't clean which was a slight put off in otherwise a nice experience.

This hotel is massive, felt like i was living in a modern royal palace. I did get lost trying to find my ways. The staff was extremely courteous. I could see that excellent customer service is their top priority. The hotel room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast was also very delicious and they had too many selections to choose from. I had a great time staying at this hotel. Highly recommended!

As a touring musician, I have stayed at upscale hotels worldwide, and this might be my favorite ANYWHERE. VERY comfortable, quiet rooms. The facility is beautiful and welcoming inside and out with a sharp, modern design. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool/spa/gymnasium area -with the excellent view, this was a great place to start the morning! The restaurant and adjacent bar are very nice. Most importantly, every single person who works here, whether front desk staff, security, or ***agement, is OUTSTANDING. They take pride in their hotel and genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The hotel is also in a beautiful neighborhood. I sincerely hope to come back!

My stay at Hyatt Regency was great. I am a female solo traveler. Room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is very delicious. Staffs are very helpful.

There is no service in Kolkata better than the Taj Bengal. Very attentive to all guests and their attention to detail is impeccable.

호텔 도착부터 시작하겠습니다. 우리는 숙소에 방 2개를 예약한 4인 가족이었습니다. 우리는 14시 30분경에 도착했습니다(지정된 체크인 시간으로부터 최소 30분 후). 우선, 호텔의 체크인 데스크는 꽤 크지만, 데스크를 담당하는 직원은 단 3명뿐이어서 모두가 차지하고 있었습니다. 누군가가 우리를 맞이하기 전에 우리는 약 15분 동안 가방을 메고 여기저기를 둘러보며 기다려야 했습니다. 그리고 체크인을 기다리는 것도 괜찮습니다. 다만 마음에 드는 점은 여러 직원이 우리가 기다리는 모습을 보고도 우리의 존재를 알아보고 자리에 앉아 기다리라고 하는 사람이 한 명도 없다는 점이다. 그들은 모두 우리를 보고 계속할 것입니다. 따뜻한 미소도 잊어버리고, 나마스테도 잊어버리고, 아무도 우리를 돌보지 않고 그 자리에 서 있는 것만으로도 우리는 바보처럼 느껴졌습니다. 마침내 체크인할 기회가 생겼을 때 우리는 인접한 두 개의 방을 받았습니다. 한 방의 열쇠가 우리에게 넘겨졌고, 두 번째 방은 아직 준비되지 않았으며 준비가 되자마자 열쇠가 우리 방으로 보내질 것이라고 들었습니다. 우리는 괜찮다고 말하고 방으로 이동했습니다. 우리 방에 도착하자 우리 4명은 모두 한 방에 앉아 두 번째 방의 열쇠를 받기 위해 약 45분 동안 기다렸습니다. 저희는 각자의 방에서 짐을 풀고 싶어서 짐을 풀 수 없었습니다. 피곤하고 배가 고파서 우리는 점심을 먹고 관광을 하기 위해 호텔을 떠났습니다. 돌아올 때쯤에는 두 번째 방이 준비되기를 바라면서요. 우리가 돌아와 리셉션 데스크에서 두 번째 방의 열쇠를 달라고 요청했을 때, 우리에게 할당된 방이 이제 다른 사람에게 주어졌다는 말을 들었습니다. 그리고 우리는 ”가까운” 다른 방을 배정받았습니다. 첫 번째 방. 나는 인접한 객실을 요청하는 것이 단순한 요청이지 권리가 아니라는 것을 이해합니다. 하지만 더 일찍 ”가까운” 방이 주어졌다면 체크인 시 더 일찍 열쇠를 받을 수 있었을 것입니다! 우리는 방이 다른 사람에게 주어질 때까지 너무 오랫동안 기다렸습니다. 다음날 아침의 아침 식사를 빨리 감으세요. 퍼짐도 꽤 괜찮고 종류도 꽤 다양했어요. 그런데 또 아침 식사에 참석한 직원 전체가 어째서인지 긴장한 표정을 지었다. 그리고 그들은 실시간 반대 명령을 계속해서 엉망으로 만들었습니다. 어느 누구도 미소를 짓지 않았고, 어느 누구도 당신을 따뜻하게 맞이하지 않았으며, 어느 누구도 5성급 호텔(The Lalit이 자칭하는 호텔이라고 생각함)에 묵는 듯한 느낌을 주지 않았습니다. The Lalit에 대한 우리의 전체 경험은 최소한 수준 이하였습니다. 이는 스스로를 럭셔리 5성급 호텔이라고 편리하게 부르는 브랜드 호텔에서 기대할 수 있는 종류의 경험이 아니었습니다. 나는 솔직히 내가 지불한 돈에 대해 다른 부동산을 얻을 수 있었고 또 얻었어야 했다고 생각하며, 그러면 확실히 더 좋았을 것입니다. 가까운 미래에 그리고 상황이 바뀔 때까지 저는 Lalit 호텔에 머물지 않을 것 같습니다.

Overall it was a great experience, small gym but good enough. Had some good coffee and other drinks @1st floor cafe. I loved the bar at 7th floor, its great atmosphere with good music, ambience and very friendly staff who treat you special…will visit again.

Everything is fine except their bathroom basin design is so improper that water fall down out of basin because the tap is small and basin border is thick.
