OVerall 사랑스러운 호텔과 리셉션의 훌륭한 직원. 객실은 매우 넓고 편안한 침대입니다.
우리가 tuk tuk을 요청했을 때 약간의 의사 소통 오류가 있었고 그는 우리가 요청하지 않은 곳으로 우리를 데려갔습니다. 좋은 직업입니다. Google 지도가 있어 우리가 잘못된 곳으로 향했다는 것을 인식합니다!
수영장은 수영하기에 사랑스럽고 오후 430시에 약간의 간식과 함께 무료 음료를 마시기에 좋습니다. 위층의 게임 공간도 재미있었지만 위층은 매우 덥습니다.

I recently stayed at Grand hyatt kochi and it was a fantastic experience! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the added bonus of terrace access, which provided beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The food at the hotel was another highlight—delicious, well-prepared, and served promptly. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a treat.
Overall, a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a combination of comfort, great food, good service and a lovely outdoor space!

타의 추종을 불허하는 직원! 모든 사람은 즐겁고 친절했습니다. 활동과 많은 레크리에이션 공간이 있어 아이들이 있는 가족에게 좋습니다. 직원들은 청소를 잘하지만 습기가 퀴퀴한 냄새를 맡습니다. 아마도 호텔이 처리 할 수있는 것일 것입니다. 공항 픽업 및 하차는 무료여야 합니다(그렇지는 않습니다). 우리는 환영하는 직원과 분위기 때문에 돌아갈 것입니다.

Typical Indian standard 4 stars Hotel setting and if got group the pool congested and busy wedding function. Breakfast limited non vegetarian menu.

수영장 전망의 방 이었지만 입구와 레스토랑에서 볼 수있는 메인 풀이 아니라 해안에 가까운 쪽의 수영장을 볼 수있는 방이었습니다. 해안은 가까운 클리프 아래 해변에 가기에 편리했습니다. 코발람 해변에는 오토릭샤에서 15 〜 20 분 정도입니다. 아침 식사는 라이브로 도사를 구워서 맛있었습니다.

Location of property is not near to beach but can be easily accessible by road just 5 mins walk, most important its kids and senior citizen friendly. Enjoyed the stayed with family.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn yesterday. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and created a really comfortable atmosphere. A special mention to Sanika, who was extremely customer-friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Her professionalism and warm approach made the experience even better. I also appreciated the hotel’s excellent follow-up, ensuring that everything was going smoothly. Overall, a truly pleasant and satisfying stay – highly recommended!

NNevrilFantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

객실은 사랑스럽고 넓고 흠이 없으며 완벽한 휴식을 위해 필요한 모든 것을 갖추고 있어 정말 편안했습니다. 음식은 또 다른 하이라이트였으며 모든 식사는 맛있고 아름답게 표현되었으며 풍미가 가득했습니다. 세심하고 따뜻한 서비스로 식사 경험을 더욱 기억에 남게 만들었지만 모든 레스토랑 직원은 훌륭했고 모든 식사를 즐겁게 만들었습니다. 또한 너무 사랑스럽고 다시 매우 세심한 Anju는 모든 직원이 너무 즐거웠기 때문에 우리의 체류를 예외적으로 만들었습니다.

Comfortable, Scenic, and Family-Friendly We stayed at Gateway Hotel Calicut for two days as a group of 20 family members, including children, during a family get-together and convocation ceremony. We had booked six rooms on the 5th floor, all offering beautiful views of the sea and pool, which made our stay extra special.
The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, supportive, and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met with warmth and efficiency. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, ideal for a large group like ours.
A highlight of our stay was the complimentary breakfast, which was outstanding—a wide and delicious spread of local and continental dishes that catered to both adults and kids alike.
Overall, we had a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Gateway Hotel Calicut provided the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and scenic beauty. We highly recommend it for families or groups visiting the city.

리리뷰어Really good hotel and centrally located for Elamkulam. Breakfast was good selection but not enough space or servers. It was chaos trying to get a table as people were standing in the way eating. The lifts are also incredibly slow. Stopping on every floor. The rooftop pool is nice but has no view as the walls are too high.

리리뷰어The hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport.
The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet.
The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them.
Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!
