I recently stayed at Grand hyatt kochi and it was a fantastic experience! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with the added bonus of terrace access, which provided beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect place to unwind after a long day. The food at the hotel was another highlight—delicious, well-prepared, and served promptly. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was a treat.
Overall, a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a combination of comfort, great food, good service and a lovely outdoor space!

Hotel is excellent. But i got v bad experience. That's i requested to cancel one day due to the change of travelling dates. But the hotel refused to refund back my money even though trip.com urged them to fulfill my request.

Location of property is not near to beach but can be easily accessible by road just 5 mins walk, most important its kids and senior citizen friendly. Enjoyed the stayed with family.

Nice property and well maintained. Offers all the basic amenities as stated on the website and the food is pretty good. However, I think the staff need some more training as it seems very disorganised. The staff are trying their best but it seems like a problem with the management.

이 호텔과 친절한 직원들 덕분에 정말 멋지고 놀라운 경험을 했습니다. 저와 남편은 2024년 6월 7일부터 6월 11일까지 이 호텔에 묵었습니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 훌륭한 직원들의 세심한 배려를 받았습니다.
Afsal은 제가 가장 좋아하는 미녀 Kutty인 Devika와 Amuritha를 비롯한 놀라운 직원들로, 재치 있고 수다스럽고 배려심이 깊습니다. 저희 음식을 정말 신경 써 주셨고, 채식주의자분들을 위해 채식 메뉴도 제공해 주셨습니다.
***n 셰프는 정말 친절하고 배려심이 깊은 분입니다. 저희 이야기를 잘 들어주셨고, 남편은 24일 동안 아유르베다 치료를 받았기 때문에 당분간 약과 카샴을 계속 복용해야 합니다. Aurn 셰프가 이 모든 것을 처리해 주셨고, Mahesh 셰프도 이를 처리하여 저희 방으로 보내주셨습니다. Aurn 셰프의 적극적인 배려 덕분에 남편은 약을 빠짐없이 복용할 수 있었습니다. 모든 셰프가 친절했고, 저희를 정말 편안하게 해주었습니다.
룸서비스는 생수부터 생필품 제공, 망가진 금고 교체까지 정말 훌륭했습니다. 6층 하우스키핑 직원(이름은 기억나지 않지만 날씬하고 곱슬머리에 성격이 아주 좋으신 분)은 정말 훌륭했고, 저희의 필요를 잘 챙겨주셨습니다.
남편은 마치 이상한 나라에 온 것 같았습니다. 마치 램프 속의 잔느처럼, 무언가를 요청하면 필요한 것을 채워주셨습니다. 직원들은 매우 시의적절하고 만족스러운 서비스를 제공했습니다.
마지막으로, 힐튼 가든 호텔 경영진이 팀과 직원을 잘 단장하고 고객 만족을 위해 고객 서비스를 강화해 주신 것에 진심으로 감사드립니다.

리리뷰어the base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded.
breakfast options were very limited.
the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

리리뷰어I was weary about booking as the website photos looked quite tired. All of the photos are really old - it was an amazing stay and so much better than I expected. I enjoyed the complementary pottery making and the tea cart in the afternoons. The food à la carte was absolutely delicious. I avoided the buffet a bit as I do in all hotels. The pool is clean and there is excellent service, with staff helping you with towels, umbrellas, and drinks. The rooms are really pretty. Good air con. The gym is good and has air con although the air con is not as powerful as in the bedrooms. The gym has two treadmills, a static bike, basic leg press, weight rack and bench, and some of the arm/shoulder machines too. There were only a few downsides. 1) The beach that it backs onto is actually quite gross (there was nappy in the sand and gunk that looked like sewage), but it’s easy to avoid this. 2) The beach has a real drop from the sand into sea so it’s not very safe to swim in unless you want to be smacked against the bank. These two things don’t matter though as the hotel is lovely and there is enough to do that you don’t need to go on the beach. 3) I booked 2 nights in one booking and 1 night in another booking. I asked when I booked the single, third night, whether I can keep the same room. They said they’d let me know at check in. They didn’t let me know at check in. They said they’d tell me on the second day in the day, but nothing. I kept asking at reception and I called them on the phone twice, and they kept saying they’d call me back. It was 9.30pm on the night before I’d have to move rooms before they told me I could stay. I’m not really sure why it took so long or they messed me around on this as 3 of my exact rooms were available on the website for those nights, so by that logic it would not have been a problem!

NNevrilFantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

리리뷰어We were in Kovalam at this property for a week. First things first, the rooms we got were nice, had a decent balcony overlooking the front of the property, the air conditioning and hot water worked well. It is really close to a wonderful beach, some small shops and local food joints and only a short walk away from a quiet beach and spots that you could enjoy.
The property itself had a lot of work going on, so I can understand that they were preparing for a major tourist season and it might become better. The pool was dry and I was hoping that I'd get to enjoy some pool time but that did not happen. Perhaps due to the low tourist season, the restaurant had limited dish choices but the food was good. The staff is very sweet and nice but the hotel can do with some more thorough upgrades with housekeeping, such as providing fresh towels timely and so on. Otherwise, the hotel is nice but my family and I felt that for the price we paid, we could have gotten more for the price. Nevertheless, it is a good and decent hotel, I wouldn't keep high expectations. It will certainly get 10/10 for it's location and sweet staff.
This is not to reflect on the hotel management or staff directly or negatively but it would be nice if they set ground rules for some big tourist groups they get, particularly the Gujarati tour groups, in reminding them of maintaining the calm and quiet on the property. Again, it is more about the tourist behavior than anything on the hotel itself.

리리뷰어Шикарное расположение отеля, номер брали в главном корпусе. Красивая и ухоженная территория, персонал приветлив, всегда интересовались нашими пожеланиями. Бассейн небольшой, но у номеров с видом на сад и клубных есть свои бассейны, поэтому людей было мало, спокойно можно было разместиться на лежаках.
Не понравились навязчивые таксисты у въезда в отель. Вызвали убер, так они не дали водителю нас забрать! Пришлось подняться чуть выше (в сторону отеля Гоколам) и только там мы смогли сесть в машину. Очень неприятно, а для отеля такого класса не понятно почему разрешают стоянку такси, почувствовали себя не в безопасности! Имейте ввиду, если будете пользоваться убером, что на территорию отеля водитель заехать не сможет и даже к воротам, нужно пройти выше по дороге, только там можно будет сесть в машину, минуя эту мафию таксистов.
