Grand Vijayawada by GRT is an excellent Hotel, beyond my expectations.
Location : Excellent, walkable distance to all shopping
Hotel Room : Excellent, with all facilities like a five star hotel, provided complimentary fruit basket
Staff : well trained , very good behaviour, never experienced in any star hotel across the world . Also very polite and helpful.
Excellent ambiance.
Provided complimentary Foot massage for both
Very low priced and value more than what we paid.
Food is very good.

施設も清潔でサービスもとても良かったです。朝食のビュッフェも種類が多くとても満足できた。街の中心へは車でないと行くことはできないため、ホテルないで完結させる必要がある。

Location: good
stay: the rooms ac didn't work. We had to persuade them to change the room. The beadsheat has holes in them and torn at the seam. Bathroom drains are cleaned only after complaining of water logging in the shower areas. Service: poor at best. Morning breakfast: fly's rampant and everywhere. Overall: the other non branded hotel is about the same price but offers better service and rooms are better (we stayed there last time and will do the next time)

Trip.com을 통해 패밀리 스위트를 예약했으며 예약은 *******를 통해 처리되었습니다. 나는 아침 식사가 포함 된 패키지에 대해 특별히 선택하고 추가 (약 6,000 / $ 85)를 지불했습니다.
그러나 Ramee Guestline Hotel에 도착했을 때 아침 식사가 예약에 포함되어 있지 않다는 알림을 받았습니다. 호텔 직원은 아침 식사없이 *******에서 예약을 받았으며, 이는 문제가 중개자로 *******에 있음을 의미합니다.
이것은 Expedia의 측면에서 매우 실망스럽고 받아 들일 수 없습니다. 이 잘못된 의사 소통으로 인해 호텔에서 아침 식사를 위해 추가로 1,200을 지불해야했습니다.
Ramee Guestline Hotel은 상황을 전문적으로 처리했지만 Expedia의 정확성과 조정 부족으로 불필요한 불편과 추가 비용이 발생했습니다.

호텔 환경은 매우 좋으며 인도 음식 외에 아침 식사도 있고 국수도 있습니다. 머무를 때 비가 오는 수영장이 느껴지지 않을 때 방은 여전히 상대적으로 편안합니다. 국내에 비해 약하지만 서비스는 매우 좋은.

A solid choice for a beachside birthday trip. The location is the real highlight—steps from the sand with fantastic ocean views. The food at the hotel restaurant was very good, and all the staff we encountered were genuinely friendly and helpful. While our room was basic and didn't have a balcony, it was clean and comfortable for our stay. Great value for the prime location.

리리뷰어I stayed at Taj Tirupati for just one night as I was visiting the Tirupati Balaji Temple. The hotel’s location is perfect — just a short distance from the temple, which made my visit very convenient. The staff were warm and welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the food was absolutely delicious. The serene ambience and excellent service made my stay truly memorable. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely love to return for a longer stay next time!

One area that needs complete change is the buffet breakfast management. Morning buffet breakfast was very chaotic and staff managing breakfast lost control. To name a few areas for improvement, when you walk-in, nobody greeted and seated you, nobody served water or explained the buffet, several food bins were empty, breakfast area was very noisy, guests were coming in and sitting wherever they want, etc. So, I recommend that Manager and team be present at the door, control the entry, staff decide which table to seat them, ask if they want water, coffee, etc., monitor and refill bins timely. In ONE word BF team and manager take control and implement smooth discipline.

리리뷰어We had a great time at Ekante Bliss. Outstanding facilities, clean and spotless rooms with prompt service. We reached early and they accommodated us which was very helpful. The staff are amazing and made our stay enjoyable. The restaurant has a huge selection of delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The ambience was good and the staff did provide the best service. I would always return to this hotel when visiting Tirupati!!!

리리뷰어Covered parking needs to improve. Can't have bird droppings over my car due to open air parking. The hand soap, shampoo dispensing system needs to change from the” squeeze” to something better. I'm Not satisfied with the towels (clean but probably are not being replaced with brand new towels for quite a long while).
Expected the experience to be much better from a Marriott bonvoy group hotel. The reception , cleaning staff were attentive and responsive.
