수영장 시설을 갖춘 영국 머지사이드 호텔

이번에 리버풀에 왔을 때 이 호텔에서 3일간 묵었습니다. 위생적인 측면에서 보면 베갯잇, 시트, 목욕 수건 모두 더러운 얼룩과 노란 반점이 있었습니다. 5성급 호텔과는 정말 어울리지 않았습니다(물론 요청하면 즉시 교체해 줬지만). 둘째, 웨이터가 방을 청소한 후 수건을 방에 두고 가는 일이 일어났습니다. 우리는 사과도 하지 않고 수건을 돌려주고 가져갔습니다. 해외에 갈 때는 시트와 베갯잇을 직접 가져가는 것이 좋습니다. 5성급 호텔의 품질을 보면 많은 품목의 청소 또는 허용 기준이 표준에 미치지 못함을 알 수 있습니다. 하지만 u1s1 호텔 로비의 식사 환경은 매우 아름답고 로비의 서비스와 태도는 매우 좋습니다. 잘

먼저 도착했을 때 미소로 친절한 직원이 리셉션에서 여성의 이름을 얻지 못했지만 (죄송합니다) 딸과 나 자신을 환영하고 정중했습니다. 나는 체크인보다 일찍 도착했고, 표를주는 수하물 보관소를 제공 받았고, 15:00에 체크인하기 위해 돌아올 때까지 보관했다. 내가 나쁘지 않다고 생각했던 £ 2.40 방 세금을 지불해야했다. 방은 우리에게 훌륭했습니다. 도움이 될 수없는 유일한 잘못은 방이 자정까지 시끄러운 주차장과 집 할인을 마주하고 있다는 것입니다. 물론 배달 날이므로 가벼운 잠자는 사람으로서 05:30 일찍 일어나십시오. 그러나 전반적으로 호텔을 잘못 할 수 없습니다. 다시 머물 것입니다. 리버풀 시내 중심가로 쉽게 접근 할 수 있으며 길을 가로 질러 도보로 5 분 거리에 리버풀 중앙 기차역이 있습니다.

I will start my review by saying the staff were very helpful and can only work with what they have. Our check in was fine but on getting to our room it was like a fridge and the heating was very poor and even after being on for an hour or more was barely warm. We had to get a connector heater which was broken!! We had to prop it up with part of the hair dryer. The draft at the window was like a gale force wind. The room was well showing its age there was no mirror over the dressing table/desk. And the curtains were thread bare. The swimming pool was OK but the steam room and jacuzzi was not working. I was expecting a lot more from a mercury hotel. We were very disappointed.

Beautiful location, lovely hotel. Staff were helpul and friendly. Nothing was too much of a trouble. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The spa is amazing and the treatments were reasonably priced. Food was very good. Would reccommend and would stay there again!

Negative points from our stay I travelled with my 11 year old grandson, I booked us a twin room, which we got. Unfortunately, the room was an adjoining room to a double and the ”activity” noises from the other room were so bad that we checked out at 11pm as I didn't want my grandson to have to experience that. It literally sounded like they were in the room with us. I would perhaps suggest that in the future you look at your guest list and unless adjoining rooms are with the same party, where children are in a twin, look to accommodate the couple in another part of the hotel where possible. I was disappointed that we were expected to pay £5 each to use the pool as I have never stayed at an hotel where it is not included in the room price. Positive All the staff were really friendly and helped as much as they could. The night Duty Manager was especially helpful and empathetic to my room dilemma but was unable to find us an alternative twin room, only a double which was not appropriate for us. We ate in the bar and the food was exceptional although a little pricey. The location was good and the hotel was easy to find. Be careful when you leave as there are two speed bumps on the exit, and no matter how slow you are going, it feels and sounds like your cars insides are dropping out. Rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable.

The spa was nice, but the bed had bed bugs, and I got bitten. The shower didn’t have a handheld option, and the water pressure was poor. I checked in at 11 AM, which was fine, but when we returned at 9 PM, I mentioned to the reception that we needed the beds split, but that never happened. The manager came over and started complaining. I reminded him that our request had been confirmed in the morning. He was a bit temperamental at first, but it calmed down when I asked for an extra duvet.
