수영장 시설을 갖춘 영국 더럼 호텔

We stayed in a deluxe garden room, which was spacious but ultimately disappointing given the high price point. The layout was awkward and not very user-friendly—there were no plug sockets near the bed to charge phones, and the room lacked air conditioning, making it uncomfortably warm and stuffy. To make matters worse, the window/door was broken, so we couldn’t ventilate the room without compromising security. Since it opened directly onto the golf course, guests and golfers were frequently walking past, which also raised privacy concerns. Unfortunately, the room offered very little privacy unless the curtains were drawn—however, the lighting inside was quite poor. Sheer or net curtains would have made a big difference. Surprisingly, for a 4-star hotel, the room lacked basic amenities: no mini fridge, no bathrobes or slippers, no face towels or facial tissues, and the bathroom toiletries were extremely basic. Even the ironing board was old and difficult to use. Staff did attempt to fix the door/window and provided a fan and extension lead, but these were temporary solutions at best. After some back and forth, we were finally upgraded to a better room, which made a big difference. On a positive note, the grounds, spa, food, and overall service were lovely. Just a word of advice: avoid booking the deluxe garden room—it doesn’t live up to expectations.

The hotrl is beautiful and the workers are nice, but the sheets and bed covers are not quite clean.

놀라운 호텔, 메트로 센터에서 쇼핑하기에 완벽한 위치. 좋은 품질의 재료로 환상적인 아침 식사. 또한 한증막과 수영장. 제공되는 모든 것을 고려하면 가격은 정말 저렴했습니다. 단기 체류에 적극 권장됩니다.

훌륭한 숙박. 직원들은 사랑스럽고 매우 도움이 되었습니다. 내 방의 문제는 내가 전환해야 한다는 것을 의미했지만 직원은 가능한 한 빨리 이것을 해결했습니다. 수영장은 사우나와 한증막과 마찬가지로 추가 보너스였습니다. 더럼을 방문할 때 다시 거기에 머물 것입니다.

Gorgeous hotel in a good location for exploring the surrounding area. Delicious cooked to order breakfast and the restaurant for dinner was superb. Room was comfy and warm would happily stay again

위치는 아름다운 Yarm과 가까운 우리의 요구에 완벽했습니다! 편의 시설은 좋았고 더운 날 이후에 수영장에 몸을 담그는 것은 완벽했습니다! 전반적인 청결도는 좋았고 여기 저기 몇 가지 터치가 필요했고 스파 공간에 타일이 누락되었습니다. 우리 욕실은 피곤해 보였습니다! 고장난 키 카드 기계에 대한 보상이 없다는 것에 실망했고 우리는 모든 움직임에서 매우 '큰 형'이 추적되는 느낌이 들기 때문에 이것이 불안하다는 것을 알았습니다! 저녁 식사, 무료 아침 식사 또는 바 식사에서 음료는 좋은 제스처였을 것입니다!

호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 세련되었고 레스토랑과 바도 마찬가지였습니다. 전혀 불만이 없었습니다. 침대는 너무 편안했고 나는 확실히 돌아올 것입니다 😊
