리리뷰어We stayed here because it had a pool and we enjoy a swim and breakfast was part of the deal.
Even though we forgot to mention mobility issues the staff changed our room without an issue. The hotel was cool and so was the room, and that was without using the air conditioning.
There is no lift so bear that in mind.
The breakfast had a good mix of cooked English and you can have your eggs cooked as you want them. I asked for a decaf flat white and one was made for me. A bigger mug too, the usual ones are a bit small.
There is fruit, plain yogurt, ham and cheese slices and olives so something for everyone.
The staff are friendly and helpful and went to get more pastries for us when they had run out.
If a coach tour is in then make sure you don't arrive too late, as a lot will be gone. The food wasn't greasy and we enjoyed the variety.
We used the pool and there are men's and women's changing but no disabled facilities or family changing areas. Be aware of that although there is one larger changing room most of the space and showers are open. You will need a pound coin if you want to lock your locker, but we mainly swan in the morning and there were only one or two others in the pool.
It's a spa pool so not too deep. There is a gym room too, but I didn't use that. The usual work out equipment was on display. You can also book spa treatments but those are extra. Pool and gym free to guests.
We would gave tried an evening meal but there was a hotel power cut and so we left early.
We would definitely use this hotel again, we slept well and the bed is comfy with usb charging sockets and proper reading lights near the bed. The bistro-like round table and two chairs were much appreciated.
Parking us £5 a day, which us cheaper than some hotels. There is also a hairdryer and iron in the room and the TV has modern with Freeview channels available.
The bar area has comfortable seating and was showing the matches as well as the news in the morning. No subtitles though, which would have helped.
As I said the only criticism was that our sink was cracked, and didn't hold water well and there is a bath shower, rather than a walk in shower unit.

리리뷰어Absolutely brilliant hotel, fantastic staff who couldn't do anymore for visitors, clean rooms and clean common areas, plenty of activities to occupy the kids during the stay and plenty of refreshments during the day including good breakfast and dinner options.
We used the pool twice a day during our stay, visited the arcade and outside park / nature trails and outside games section and neither of my children wanted to come home. I 100% recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be visiting again!

리리뷰어아마도 우리가 주말마다 일하는 데 머물렀던 최고의 호텔이며 매 주말마다 레저 호텔에 머물 렀습니다. 모든 새로운 자쿠지는 비현실적이었습니다. 스팀 룸은 더 뜨거울 수있었습니다. 사우나는 사랑 스럽습니다. 방에는 에어컨이 있었고 뷔페 식 아침 식사는 아름답고 매우 깨끗한 호텔이었습니다.

3인용 수건이 충분하지 않아 더 많은 것을 제공하기 위해 하우스 키핑을 해야 했습니다.
체크인시 아침 식사 비용을 지불했지만 레스토랑에 등록되지 않았기 때문에 매일 아침 왁스가 도전했습니다. 이것은 부끄러웠습니다. 아침 식사에 빵 선택이 제한적이었습니다. 튀긴 음식은 매우 기름기가 많았습니다.
리셉션에서 간식을 이용할 수 있다면 좋은 선택입니다.

YYONGER아이들을 인터뷰를 위해 근처 학교에 데려가기 위해 1박을 했기 때문에 호텔에 대한 수요가 많지 않습니다. 방의 시설은 일반적이고 침대는 함께 놓여 있으며 매우 편안하지 않으며 건강은 괜찮습니다. 아침 식사는 너무 가난하고 전반적인 느낌은 휴가에 받아 들일 수 없습니다! 프론트 데스크의 장식은 괜찮고 따뜻하고 우아합니다!

NNonye IOThe hotel was lovely and clean. Seamless check in process. The staff were warm and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast as well, wide selection of food. I liked that the location was easily accessible, however it did surprise me that it was in a built up residential area.
My only issue was having an unexpected onset of monthly cycle and there were no sanitary products in the hotel. I had to go find a corner store to buy from.

리리뷰어After requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy.
The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night.
Not sure if recommended staying here. .

리리뷰어Nice location, ample parking, easy to find. Disappointing things were no wifi connectivity in the room no network signal either. The leisure facilities were not looked after as jacuzzi was out of order without a mention on website, steam room was not operational one day out of the two days stay. Not enough lights in the room. Double bed was bit too small. Both The reception guys were excellent very polite and helpful.
