스윔룸은 멋진 전망과 반쯤 독립된 수영장을 제공합니다. 평일에 숙박해서 마치 저희만 수영장을 이용하는 것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 청결도는 별 3개를 줬는데, 침대 옆 탁자에 놓인 티슈에서 불쾌한 냄새가 났기 때문입니다. 유리 슬라이딩 도어는 정기적으로 닦지 않는 것 같았고, 이전 투숙객이 남긴 것으로 보이는 얼룩이 여전히 남아 있었습니다. 좋은 점을 꼽자면, 직원들의 따뜻한 환대와 신속한 응대에 감사드립니다. 또한, 저녁 식사부터 뷔페식 아침 식사까지 객실로 가져다주는 음식이 다양해서 좋았습니다. 음식 종류도 많고 음료도 풍부했습니다. 수영장도 잘 관리되어 있었지만, 투숙객들이 이용하기 전에 좀 더 자주 청소해 주면 좋겠습니다. 전반적으로 후도르 리조트에서 보낸 시간은 가격 대비 만족스러웠습니다.

The room is spacious with a sitting area, large closet, and refrigerator with freezer. They also provide some amenities like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. Bath towels are also provided. The balcony and the bathroom are clean, however, there are some dust on the windowsills of the room's interior and on the corners. For a large room, they only provide a single non-absorbent floor mat. They might want to provide more, considering that it's a resort providing water activities. There's also a sign in the bathroom detailing instructions on how to use the water heater, but there is no water heater. The other room that we booked located on a different building has a heater, though. The room is located on the 2nd floor, the water pressure is good and the toilet has a bidet. Be careful on the bath, though, as it's slippery. They should also consider adding a non-slip mat on the bathtub as a safety precaution. There's TV inside the room but it doesn't have any channels. I think they forgot to add another remote needed for you to be able to access the channels. The TV on the other room that we booked is working fine, though. The river is nice and clean and the free time alotted for kayaking is more than enough to explore it. The beach has mixed fine and coarse sand with some corals and shells. The water is calm and it's only knee deep even during hightide in the afternoon, so it's safe for kids. Since the beach is shared with an abandoned resort, and numerous other resorts in the area, it would be good if the staff in charge of maintenance clean the resort's beachfront to minimize the amount of trash, as there are also some trash on the resort's huts located on the beachfront. The 2 pools are clear and clean, one is located in front of the river, while the infinity pool is facing the beach. The riverside pool closes at 7pm, while the infinity pool closes at 12mn. The garden is also nice, although there are some dried bushes here and there. Wifi is only available in public areas. The free breakfast is ok, with 2 pieces of dried fish, 1 hotdog, and 1 cup of rice, and unlimited serving of instant black coffee. The owner is friendly, and the front desk staff, bellboy, and security are also helpful and accommodating. The resort seems adequately staffed; although it is recommended to retrain the maintenance staff on the cleanliness of the rooms and grounds. There are also nearby restaurants, and the Mangunguna Restaurant across the street serves really good and affordable meals. The River Restaurant and Giant Taklobo Restaurant are also within walking distance.

The reception was good. It was a smooth transaction when I arrived. The room was hot when I got into it. I found that the staff wasn’t trained properly & seems like I have to ask for every thing. I was there for 4 days & they never replenished my water bottle. The bed was a bit hard but comfortable enough. The breakfast was ok. I was very disappointed when I had to ask numerous times for my change when I booked a boat through them to go to hundred islands. I paid 500 pesos for convenience fee for them to organise the trip & evrytime I asked for my change back they keep telling me that they have to ask the boatman first, then the guard, then the department of tourism and various excuses. I didn’t get a direct answer until the next day. I trusted them to do the transaction smoothly that’s the reason I paid for the convenience fee. I would’ve done the job myself & preferred to give the boatman the 500 pesos as he really looked after me for the whole day. The hotel is Brand new but needs some more decor in the room & have an air conditioning working in the lift & the foyer. The restaurant staff wasn’t as friendly but accomodating. They seems all so uptight & doesn’t practice common sense. The most disappointing part of my stay is the designated smoking area. It was in the motorcycle parking lot & way out, outside of the hotel. I didn’t feel safe going out for a smoke as it’s also a bit dark & there’s rubbish everywhere. The ashtray was full of other rubbish & the garbage bin was full for all the time I was there. I’m writing this all as a productive criticism for an improvement for my next stay & for other guests that will be staying in the future. Otherwise the hotel is nice, great pool overlooking the hundred islands the gym was ok . The hotel transfer was also nice but I have to asked first. I hope it’ll be better next time I stay. Good -Park like setting, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Couple villa has own little pool surrounded by plants for privacy. Air-conditioned room. Warm shower water, local drinking water provided. Eating area inside room, ref and sink. Gated entry with gate guard. Provided breakfast, portions are local but quite filling. Plenty of onsite parking (watch out for coconuts above car). Golf cart with driver available but the walk is really short and mostly flat. Toothbrush and amenities provided. Ants and bugs are typical so not an issue (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Room service (took for all meals). Bad -lack of food menu in room with room service offered, housekeeping called Butler but not. Provided cell phone with load, load expired initially. Updates every 6 hours to phone via text message. 80% of time housekeeping could not be reached. Menu once either found on web site or brought to door many things not available and size of portion not clear. Food cold sometimes upon delivery and or not taste very good, food service is slow. Bar soap provided is nice but small (cut down from a larger bar). A bit of a drive to anything else nearby and not much else found to do here. Ugly -Breakfast order lost on last day to check out, was placed 6PM in person at door night before. If had not called would not have been provided (since we had pet with us, opted for room service) Housekeeping light not working at front door to make up room. Ref compressor noise. Sometimes arcing / hum noise coming from electrical panel. Expectation of vacationer not in alignment with profit margin site manager is attempting to generate from each stay. You are left with a feeling of overpaying for a level of service that was lacking and this felt in relation to how the business just seems to be run. Arrival was overwhelming (good) but departure needs improvement.

좋은 - BnB의 소유자, 아이스크림, 바 및 식사(이탈리아/현지 음식)를 만나고 좋은 아침 식사가 포함되어 있습니다. 에어컨이 완비된 객실, 전화 및 위성 TV(현장별 로드 필요). 정전을 지원하는 현장 발전기. 문과 울타리가 있는 멋진 정원 같은 느낌. 구내 주차장(최소). 시즌을 위해 크리스마스 조명이 설치됩니다. 현재 건설 중인 새로운 3층 확장(숙박에 영향 없음). 객실 미니바에 보관되어 있습니다. 샤워 물 흐름이 좋습니다. 멋진 현장 수영장 (3-4 ft 깊이). 멋진 바다 전망, 잉어 연못 및 좌석 공간. 개와 고양이 (3 ea)가 현장에 살고 있습니다. 나쁜 - 음식 주문 ~ 3 시간 전에, 가격은 평소보다 약간 높으며 아침 식사 전날 밤. 메뉴의 일부 항목을 사용할 수 없습니다. 방은 매우 작고 대부분 침대와 걸어 다닐 수있는 작은 공간입니다. 더 큰 사람들을 위한 욕실 지역 크기 도전(화장실에서 벽 공간까지). 배관은 TP의 플러싱을 지원하지 않으며 보관 쓰레기통에 배치합니다. 샤워 히터 벽 스위치에 라벨을 붙여야 합니다. 스위치는 욕실 조명과 같은 스위치 스택에 있습니다. 냉장고와 미니바가 갖춰져 있습니다. (모기가 방에 들어갈 수 있으므로 외국인에게 권장되는 버그 스프레이). 주요 도로에 위치하고 있습니다. 이 지역의 다른 것들까지 차로 짧은 거리에 있습니다. 해변(작은 자갈 지역)이 없으며 건물 뒤에서 파도가 강할 수 있습니다. 카약은 사용할 수 있는 것처럼 보였지만 경험이 마당 예술처럼 보이지 않는 한 구명조끼는 의심스러웠습니다(대체 제안). 편의 키트 제공(바 비누가 부서져 사용할 수 없었고 샴푸는 샤워 하나에 거의 충분하지 않았습니다(버려두고 집에서 만든 것이거나 전혀 제공하지 않는 것이 좋습니다). Ugly - 플라스틱 투수에 제공되는 현지 정화 식수(1일 2명이 사용하기에 충분하지 않으며 어디에서 왔는지 알 수 없음)는 더 많은 것을 요구할 수 있지만 편리하지는 않습니다. 머무는 동안 배우자가 나쁜(다른) 물로 아팠습니다.

저는 해외에서 일하고 있어서, 이곳은 그냥 쉬면서 쉬기에 정말 좋은 곳이에요. 조용하고 정말 쉴 수 있어요. 모나리자, 다시 한번 말씀해 주셔서 감사합니다.

I really had a wonderful stay at Aureo. Upon check in, at first, I thought the resort was beautiful but does not have a wow factor until I tried all the loop pool and the other amenities and it changed my whole perspective! The resort was amazing especially the loop pool which I did enjoy a lot. No wonder the hotel is so hype. Thanks also to trip.com for the easy booking. It was so smooth and I did not encounter any problem with the process. Trip.com also offered a way cheaper rate compared to other booking apps because of big discounts and cashbacks. My birthday became so unforgettable because of this. I will definitely go back!

토 해변은 토양 침식으로 인해 사용할 수 없지만 여전히 제공하는 아늑한 분위기의 장소를 즐길 수 있습니다. 나를 더 행복하게 만드는 것은 모든 직원이 매우 친절하고 수용 적이라는 것입니다.

The hotel and room looks clean in a glance - until you spend hours in it. I found some cheese crumbs under our bed when we didn't eat inside our room. There are also flies and mosquitoes in the room. Other than that, the casa is clean in general. The location is excellent - walking distance to almost any points in the city center. Service is good. The staffs are friendly. Breakfast is superb. It would have been the best hotel if not for some of these lapses. TV reception isn't great. WiFi in the room is sometimes weak. The hinge of the cabinet in the room is loose already that it creates a creaking sound every time we open it. The bathroom floor in the PWD room is slippery. Although there were guest kits and towels provided, it would have been nice if there was a dedicated bathroom slippers. The ceiling has mildew and mark that paint is being removed. Other than that, the AC is nice, the bed and blanket are comfy. There are lots of electric sockets in the room. The room is on the first floor and pretty quiet at night. You can only hear the voices of people walking along the hallways which is pretty normal. Despite all these observations, I would still want to book here in the future. The experience is still good.
