A great place to stay with complimentary breakfast and access to a swimming pool. The price is affordable and suitable for a group of four. The hotel is conveniently located near SM Laoag and other establishments. However, the linens and blankets are quite thin and appear worn out. Free Wi-Fi is available, but the internet connection is slow.

Great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city! Balai Balatong is located inside a barangay and has kubo/hut theme with a touch of modern elegance. The rooms are well designed and are really clean.
We were lucky to book the place for our own on that day as it is a weekday for a very inexpensive price. We got the pool and entire place literally for our own for a day which is great! It could be priced double or triple for its current state of the rooms.
As the place is relatively new, just opened last 2024, there is no in house reception available. Works like an airbnb. No in house-resto yet. These two might be the reasons why they are holding on to pricing the rooms higher. Would have given them a perfect rating if these are available. There is a good restaurant though just in front of the place called Pha Ramen which is an aesthetically good restaurant serving good Pinoy dishes (and accepts credit cards).
Staffs are friendly and accommodating. We had an early flight the next day and they were able to arrange for our transfer to the airport.
We will surely come back!

Nice hotel, although having the bar open late to 2am from Friday to Saturday & 4am on Saturday to Sunday meant a constant flow of people either arriving or leaving, some must have been wearing clogs or diving boots, as the noise was unbearable....kept me awake until 5am Sunday morning & our room was at the opposite end of the building from the bar. The bar snacks were good, breakfast on Monday took nearly 45mins to arrive, so coffee was already finished 35mins previously! Not certain if it's true, but there was a photography session ongoing on the ground floor on Monday, the photographer was also the chef, so suggest the chef books his photography sessions once his chef duties are completed...just a suggestion...not sure who does the ratings, but seems to me hotels can claim to be anything they want...this was more 3* than 5* from my experiences

리리뷰어Good -Park like setting, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Couple villa has own little pool surrounded by plants for privacy. Air-conditioned room. Warm shower water, local drinking water provided. Eating area inside room, ref and sink. Gated entry with gate guard. Provided breakfast, portions are local but quite filling. Plenty of onsite parking (watch out for coconuts above car). Golf cart with driver available but the walk is really short and mostly flat. Toothbrush and amenities provided. Ants and bugs are typical so not an issue (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Room service (took for all meals).
Bad -lack of food menu in room with room service offered, housekeeping called Butler but not. Provided cell phone with load, load expired initially. Updates every 6 hours to phone via text message. 80% of time housekeeping could not be reached. Menu once either found on web site or brought to door many things not available and size of portion not clear. Food cold sometimes upon delivery and or not taste very good, food service is slow. Bar soap provided is nice but small (cut down from a larger bar). A bit of a drive to anything else nearby and not much else found to do here.
Ugly -Breakfast order lost on last day to check out, was placed 6PM in person at door night before. If had not called would not have been provided (since we had pet with us, opted for room service) Housekeeping light not working at front door to make up room. Ref compressor noise. Sometimes arcing / hum noise coming from electrical panel. Expectation of vacationer not in alignment with profit margin site manager is attempting to generate from each stay. You are left with a feeling of overpaying for a level of service that was lacking and this felt in relation to how the business just seems to be run. Arrival was overwhelming (good) but departure needs improvement.

리리뷰어좋은 - BnB의 소유자, 아이스크림, 바 및 식사(이탈리아/현지 음식)를 만나고 좋은 아침 식사가 포함되어 있습니다. 에어컨이 완비된 객실, 전화 및 위성 TV(현장별 로드 필요). 정전을 지원하는 현장 발전기. 문과 울타리가 있는 멋진 정원 같은 느낌. 구내 주차장(최소). 시즌을 위해 크리스마스 조명이 설치됩니다. 현재 건설 중인 새로운 3층 확장(숙박에 영향 없음). 객실 미니바에 보관되어 있습니다. 샤워 물 흐름이 좋습니다. 멋진 현장 수영장 (3-4 ft 깊이). 멋진 바다 전망, 잉어 연못 및 좌석 공간. 개와 고양이 (3 ea)가 현장에 살고 있습니다.
나쁜 - 음식 주문 ~ 3 시간 전에, 가격은 평소보다 약간 높으며 아침 식사 전날 밤. 메뉴의 일부 항목을 사용할 수 없습니다. 방은 매우 작고 대부분 침대와 걸어 다닐 수있는 작은 공간입니다. 더 큰 사람들을 위한 욕실 지역 크기 도전(화장실에서 벽 공간까지). 배관은 TP의 플러싱을 지원하지 않으며 보관 쓰레기통에 배치합니다. 샤워 히터 벽 스위치에 라벨을 붙여야 합니다. 스위치는 욕실 조명과 같은 스위치 스택에 있습니다. 냉장고와 미니바가 갖춰져 있습니다. (모기가 방에 들어갈 수 있으므로 외국인에게 권장되는 버그 스프레이). 주요 도로에 위치하고 있습니다. 이 지역의 다른 것들까지 차로 짧은 거리에 있습니다. 해변(작은 자갈 지역)이 없으며 건물 뒤에서 파도가 강할 수 있습니다. 카약은 사용할 수 있는 것처럼 보였지만 경험이 마당 예술처럼 보이지 않는 한 구명조끼는 의심스러웠습니다(대체 제안). 편의 키트 제공(바 비누가 부서져 사용할 수 없었고 샴푸는 샤워 하나에 거의 충분하지 않았습니다(버려두고 집에서 만든 것이거나 전혀 제공하지 않는 것이 좋습니다).
Ugly - 플라스틱 투수에 제공되는 현지 정화 식수(1일 2명이 사용하기에 충분하지 않으며 어디에서 왔는지 알 수 없음)는 더 많은 것을 요구할 수 있지만 편리하지는 않습니다. 머무는 동안 배우자가 나쁜(다른) 물로 아팠습니다.

리리뷰어I really had a wonderful stay at Aureo. Upon check in, at first, I thought the resort was beautiful but does not have a wow factor until I tried all the loop pool and the other amenities and it changed my whole perspective! The resort was amazing especially the loop pool which I did enjoy a lot. No wonder the hotel is so hype.
Thanks also to trip.com for the easy booking. It was so smooth and I did not encounter any problem with the process. Trip.com also offered a way cheaper rate compared to other booking apps because of big discounts and cashbacks.
My birthday became so unforgettable because of this. I will definitely go back!

익익명 사용자Decided to try Chalaroste despite the comments wherein the bathroom stinks, daming langaw, sira lock ng door, etc. and it was not a regret that we booked this resort because it was amaaaazing! we availed the standard room.
It has tv, mini ref, toiletries (towels, tissues, soap, shampoo, toothbrushes & toothpaste), water heater since may coffee and creamer provided, bottled water. lahat yan is good for 2 na. mabango rin ung cr sa loob ng room, no issues at all. May wifi rin!
Complete na rin sa common kitchen, no worries na mag aagawan since they provided lots of plates kalderos and the like, lulutuin na lang dalhin.
Mabato ung beach but the infinity pool did not disappoint! Ang ganda lalo na sa gabi. May signage na u can use the pool until 9 or 10 pm yata but the staff let us swim there until 1 am. There are tables near the pool which overlooks the beach na maganda mag chill! Pet friendly also ❤️
Overall, I loved the place! It felt like the price was too cheap for such a resort that has a complete amenities. Literal na sarili mo na lang at pagkain dalhin mo.

리리뷰어강력 추천합니다! 직원들이 친절하고 예의 바르게 대해주셨어요. 리조트가 너무 붐비지 않아서 좋았어요. 체크인하자마자 방을 확인하고 교체가 필요한지 확인했어요. 방 두 개를 예약했는데, 바닥에 에어컨 누수가 생겨서 한 방을 교체해달라고 요청해야 했어요. 직원들이 친절하게 방을 교체해줬어요. 방은 시원하고 깨끗했어요.
조식은 그럭저럭 괜찮았어요. 앞으로 좀 더 개선했으면 좋겠어요.
전반적으로 숙박이 만족스러웠고, 아이들은 수영장과 해변을 좋아했어요.

리리뷰어저는 이 호텔을 정말 좋아하는데, 처음에는 찾기가 조금 어려웠습니다. 어떤 사람들은 이 호텔을 모르고 그냥 새 호텔이라고 알아냈어요. 하지만 결국 우리는 알아냈고, Calle Jacinto라는 거리 표지판을 보았습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 목욕 타월, 액체 비누, 칫솔, 생수가 있습니다. 호텔에 도착했을 때 Paulo는 매우 친절했습니다. 2층 거실 주변에 장식 그림이 몇 개 있습니다. 갓 칠한 페인트 냄새는 나는데, 저는 그림 그리는 걸 좋아해서 별로 신경 쓰이지 않습니다😁. 유명한 Calle Crisologo에서 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 우리는 걸어다니며 밤에 유명한 춤추는 분수를 보았고, 호텔이 바로 근처에 있어서 호텔로 돌아가는 데 어려움이 없었습니다. 우리 방에서 마주친 유일한 문제는 변기에 약간의 문제가 있다는 것인데, 그들의 상사인 Meg 씨와 이야기를 나눴고 그들은 분명히 가능한 한 빨리 이 문제를 해결할 것입니다. 그들은 세트 식사 아침 식사를 제공했는데, 커피나 주스와 함께 먹을 것을 선택하기만 하면 됩니다. 전반적으로 우리의 숙박은 만족스러웠고 이 호텔을 적극 추천합니다.

BBarrsAmazing hotel!!! It is sparkling clean, super friendly and helpful staff, and great breakfast! It's not on the beach, but is convenient enough to get anywhere by trike. 리리뷰어One of the best accommodation we have ever experienced! when we arrived we have been greeted with a smile by Ms. May and her staff in their cozy cafe and the paper for checking has been prepared. We were informed with every detail for the activity that are available at the location. Every time we have a request we are always being catered with a genuine bright smile. Note that there place is astoundingly beautiful, neat and clean. What you see on their photos are what exactly it is in person. Free breakfast are also so delish, there daing na Bangus is a must try! what makes an accommodation enjoyable is not just the place itself, but also the staff and the people that works in it, Big thanks to Ms. May for the service she and her team have provided, we remember every kindness and smile you have shared with us, you made our staycation memorable and would definitely comeback! hoping your place got the recognition it deserves soon!
