Nothing is too much for the staff. Super friendly and all you have to do is ask and your wish is their command. I would happily stay there again.

Great Stay for a Convenient & Comfortable Airport Stopover
I stayed at Hotel Verde for just one night to catch my early flight, and it was the perfect choice. The location is incredibly convenient, and the shuttle service was punctual and easy to find ~ making my airport transfer stress-free.
My room was very comfortable, and I was lucky enough to have a lovely view of Table Mountain, which was a nice bonus! The restaurant exceeded expectations ~ both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and the service was excellent.
The staff and shuttle drivers were all friendly and accommodating, which made my short stay even more pleasant. Considering the free shuttle, complimentary breakfast, and overall sense of safety (especially important as a solo traveler), the price was definitely worth it.
I’d happily stay here again before a flight and would recommend it to other travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

호텔 위치가 최고로 회의 장소와 가깝고 V&A 해안가까지 도보로 약 20분이 소요됩니다. 또는 버스를 타고 케이프 타운을 돌아다닐 수 있으며 버스 정류장도 호텔과 매우 가깝습니다.
그러나 솔직히 호텔은 실제로 깨끗하지 않지만 방은 충분히 큽니다! 개조 된 방을 요청하는 것이 좋습니다. 오래된 방은 정말 낡았습니다. 좋아하지 않을 것입니다.
그리고 호텔에서 제공하지 않았기 때문에 슬리퍼와 이빨 브러시를 가져 오는 것이 좋지만 호텔을 지불하여 얻을 수 있습니다.
아침 식사는 괜찮지 만 호텔 근처에 버거 킹이 있습니다.
그리고 외출할 때 특히 야간에 조심해야 합니다.

The keycards didn't work for the majority of the trip so I needed to get a guy to begrudgingly open the door each time. The rooms were okay but nothing special and expensive for the price and area. There wasn't really a communal area but it was right next to a market which had good food. No breakfast/discounts/advice given by staff, the only real benefit to this place was the location.

방은 약간 오래되어 보였지만 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 그러나 마지막 2박 동안 키 카드가 어떻게 된 일인지 저를 게스트로 등록하지 않아서 리셉션으로 가서 카드를 다시 활성화해야 했는데, 특히 이 2박을 이미 예약했기 때문에 불편했습니다.
또한 호텔에서 1박당 200랜드의 보증금을 받고 현금으로 지불해야 하는데, 케이프타운이 제 여행의 마지막 목적지였고 더 이상 현금이 많지 않아서 이 때문에 현금을 인출하고 싶지 않았기 때문에 실망스러웠습니다. 안타깝게도 다른 결제 방법을 사용하면 손실이 발생하기 때문에 현금이 유일한 방법인 듯합니다.
결국 신용카드로 이 보증금을 지불했는데, 보류를 하지 않고 제 카드에 청구되었습니다. 체크아웃할 때 환불을 처리하기 위해 CVV를 포함한 모든 카드 정보를 요구했습니다. 안타깝게도 한 달 후에도 여전히 카드로 환불을 받지 못했습니다. 은행 송금으로 환불을 받기까지 한 달이 더 걸렸습니다. 제가 깜짝 놀란 건, 호텔 은행에서 청구했기 때문에 32%나 적게 받았다는 겁니다. 호텔은 호텔이 이체 비용을 부담하지 않는다고 말했고, 환불을 시도했을 때 제 카드가 작동하지 않았다고 주장했습니다. 하지만 제 카드로 환불을 시도했다는 사실은 제 이메일 통신에서 전혀 언급되지 않았습니다.
결론적으로, 호텔 객실은 일반적으로 머물기에 쾌적하지만 위의 문제를 피하기 위해 보증금을 지불할 때는 카드를 사용하지 마세요.

이 호텔은 정말 대단해요! 우선 체크인 시간 전에 일찍 도착했어요. 친절한 리셉셔니스트는 호텔에 무료 안전 수하물 보관실(로비 구역)이 있다고 알려주었고, 저는 그곳에 짐을 보관한 다음 마을을 탐험하러 갔습니다. 호텔에서 도보 거리에 레스토랑/커피숍과 보카프 관광 명소가 많이 있습니다. V&A 워터프런트까지 차로 5~10분 거리입니다. 와인 농장까지 차로 35분 이상, 캠프스 베이까지 차로 25분 거리입니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗하고 안전했으며, 훌륭한 아침 식사를 제공했습니다. 로비/라운지에는 충전 포트도 있습니다.

공항 근처 숙소 공항은 관광 지역과 매우 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 그래서 내가 와서 방을 열어야 했어요. 비행기 놓칠까봐 학교에는 R100 공항 셔틀 서비스가 있지만 Uber를 호출하는 데 드는 비용은 R50입니다. 호스텔 스타일의 하프 스쿨입니다. 숙소는 안전합니다. 하지만 이 나라에서 100% 안전한 것은 없습니다. 좋은 매트리스, 귀여운 방.

The hotel is conveniently located in the CBD making it easy to move around. The Breakfast was excellent for me with a variety of dishes. However I believe in terms of amenities and rooms they can do better.The hospitality is not that amazing.

짧은 체류에 좋은 곳. 언덕 위에 있으므로 걷는 것이 현명하지 않습니다. 그들은 몇 대의 차를 주차하기에 충분한 주차 공간이 있습니다. 방은 기본이며 전자레인지나 냉장고가 없습니다. 계단도 있으므로 수하물을 위아래로 끌어 올리고 싶지 않다면 주의하십시오(엘리베이터가 있지만 모든 층으로 올라가지는 않습니다.

EEddieBA Beautiful and Peaceful Stay at Alkantmooi Private Nature Reserve, Keursee
We recently stayed at Alkantmooi Private Nature Reserve, Keursee in Plettenberg Bay and had a lovely experience overall. When I booked, I didn’t realize that it was a fully self-catering property. On the booking site, it looked more like a nature resort with restaurants on-site, so it came as a surprise when we arrived and learned that we needed to bring or buy our own food. We ended up driving about 8 km into town to pick up some groceries, which turned into a fun little outing in the end. Still, it might be helpful for management to make this setup clearer on the booking sire for guests, especially those from abroad who might not be familiar with South African Travel habits.
We arrived around 5:30 p.m. and were warmly welcomed by the owner, who gave us the keys and explained everything. The unit itself was amazing, very clean, modern, and well maintained, with a stunning view over the sea and Plettenberg Bay in the distance. At night, the lights from town were beautiful, and the whole area was peaceful and quiet. The environment felt safe, and we really enjoyed the fresh air and the sense of being surrounded by nature.
One small note: when we arrived, the lady at reception asked my partner (who is Chinese) in Afrikaans if she spoke English or Afrikaans. It wasn’t a big issue, but it might be something to be mindful of when welcoming international guests, as not everyone understands Afrikaans and its not easy to decipher specially for those who do not speak English as a first language
A few other suggestions for management: upon entering the unit, there’s a printed rule sheet. While I completely understand and respect the need for house rules, the way they’re written felt a little strict and unwelcoming. For example, it mentioned sanitizing hands every time you enter and reporting neighbors if they break rules, and more. The tone could perhaps be softened to feel friendlier and more guest-oriented.
The only other drawback was the Wi-Fi, which was extremely slow during our stay. I wasn’t able to use it for basic browsing and had to rely on my phone’s international data via hotspot when I was using my laptop.
Despite these small issues, I would still recommend Alkantmooi to others, especially those who enjoy self-catering and want a quiet, upmarket place surrounded by nature. It’s a wonderful place to unwind, cook your own meals, and enjoy the incredible views over Plettenberg Bay.

GGene O’Rorke우리는 호텔에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 미니멀하고 넓습니다. 우리는 매일 아침 창문을 통해 일출을 볼 수 있습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 머무는 동안 우리가 겪는 유일한 문제는 샤워를 한 후 화장실 옷장까지 뻗어 있는 싱크대 아래에 물이 고이는 것입니다. 그 외에는 모두 괜찮습니다. 저렴한 음식이지만 훌륭한 선택입니다. 호텔에서 워터프론트까지 왕복 무료 셔틀. 근처에 커피숍과 기타 작은 상점이 있습니다. 그리고 유명한 테이블 마운틴의 일부가 우리 바로 위에 있습니다.

리리뷰어The overall experience was good, friendly staff and good installations, we liked the breakfast and the gym, also great views to the table mountain and lions head from the room and the pool. Location wise also great, walking distance to most things in the region. However, some structural issues should be mentioned. The windows are old, without proper noise isolation - they even open fully which is unusual for a hotel. We could hear the wind blowing very loudly, also the music from clubs around there during the night. The bathroom has a major design flaw and every shower unavoidably results in a completely wet floor.
Despite that, room was very cozy and comfortable.

Great location - a short drive to the waterfront and close to Table Mountain, Lions Head and the Botanical Garden where Uber will get you there quickly and for a good price.
Staff were very good
Breakfast was cooked very well and with good quality ingredients and a varied selection. It would be better if they had soft bread rather than the heavier one provided (althouh this could be a more European variety i havent come across before).
The room was homely, as is the whole building (a bit of a British Grade 2 listed building kind of feel).
Nice views over capetown in some rooms and a mountain view from the back.
Room has heating and air con for all seasons.
Cons
As mentioned in a previous review, the room is quite dusty so if you are messing around with plugs behind the bed or tv, it's a challenge not to breathe in the dust.
I think this could be a SA thing rather than the hotel itself but they only provide 1.5l of water which for a week is not enough, even for a solo traveller. You have to pay for any more. I have never come across this in 25 years of travel across 35 countries but again, i know there is a water issue in SA sometimes and I believe the tap water is drinkable (although I wouldn't attempt this as a tourist).
Bathroom towels not replaced - just left to dry which doesn't work particularly well in winter.
The photo of the hotel being near blue water is a little deceptive - obviously it is not near a beach and they don't suggest so but the body of water across the road is a water storage facility (currently empty) so don't expect tropical views. Having said that, if you get a city view room, the sunrise is right in front of you and a perfect time lapse opportunity as the scenery changes dramatically during the sunrise. Stunning experience.
Overall, I would stay again and recommend the hotel which is in a quiet location.

두 번째 밤에 흔한 일이 발생했지만 예방 조치가 취해지지 않은 것 같았고 우리는 충전 가능한 빛을 찾기 위해 세 층의 계단을 우리 방으로 올라가기 위해 전화 조명을 사용해야했습니다. (분명히 그러한 경우에) 배터리가 없었기 때문에 쓸모가 없었습니다. 남아프리카 시민으로서 우리는 전력의 불확실성을 완전히 이해하지만 이 숙박 시설의 비용과 일반 고객을 위해 우리는 더 많은 장소가 있을 것으로 기대했습니다.
식사 시간은 우리가 도착했을 때 받은 환영 시트 세부 정보와 비교하여 구내에 있던 직원의 편의를 위해 조정되었습니다. 우리가 거기에 있었던 3일 동안 현장에 명백한 관리자가 없는 지원 직원이 전체 장소를 운영하고 있는 것 같았습니다(우리는 주말에 머물렀고 최고의 시간이라고 가정할 것입니다)
