주차 시설을 갖춘 미국 콜롬비아 특별구 호텔

Stayed four nights for a conference across the street at the Hilton. I have stayed here once before and had a good stay. It seems to have gone downhill, as the service was terrible no matter who I spoke to at the front desk. Housekeeping never came my entire stay despite: 1) being told housekeeping is every 2 days (according to one person ) or 3 days (according to a different person); 2) requesting trash pickup, extra hangars, two clean towels on Day 2 and being told it would happen while I was gone for the day; 3) requesting it again on the next day since it didn't happen previously. Again, I returned to my room at the end of the day and it had not happened. Explained this to the front desk upon checkout on Day 4 and they were ”shocked.” No attempt to rectify/compensate though. Another problem was I missed a delivery one evening because the phone was not working in my room. They never fixed it. I was dealing with a different person each time and not a single one was able to address any of the above issues. Last time I am staying here.

항공우주박물관 근처입니다. 건물과 객실은 오래됐고 소박하지만, 이동가능한 책상이랑 의자, 그 외 필요한 거 다 있고, 화장실 수압도 쎄서 사용하기는 좋았어요. 새벽에 근처 기차소음이 조금 들렸지만 일찍 일어날거라서 괜찮았습니다. 바로 옆에 스타벅스랑 맥도널드도 있어서 가끔씩 이용하기 편했어요

객실이 넓고 로비도 웅장하고 멋졌습니다. 휴가를 보내기에 안성맞춤이었어요. 호텔에서 도보로 10분 정도 거리에 다양한 버스 정류장과 듀폰 서클 지하철역이 있어 편리했습니다. 매일 부과되는 요금(세금) 금액만큼 1층 카페에서 사용할 수 있는 크레딧을 제공받아 유용했습니다.

이 호텔의 주변 환경은 매우 편리하고 조용하며 아름답습니다. 객실에는 냉장고, 금고, 전자레인지, 다리미, 다리미판이 마련되어 있습니다. 샤워젤 등이 공용으로 사용 가능해서 매우 편리합니다. 계단 근처의 방으로 바꿨기 때문에 그 방은 매우 넓지만 어둡고, 의자는 오래되어서 약간 축축했습니다. 이전 방만큼 좋지 않아요. 이전 방의 가구는 비교적 새것이었습니다.

Room size are big, they have washer but no dryer in the room. The location is close to the metro and there are bus stops nearby that basically takes you to the Capitol Hill area etc. White House is just around 2 blocks away. Downside is there is no grocery nearby, the closest one is about 15 mins walk at least. There are plenty of decent restaurants in walking distance.

房間很大，光線很好，就在spy museum 旁邊，走5分鐘能到港灣，那裡週末很熱鬧，很多吃飯的地方，走路10多分鐘能到那幾個大的博物館

Excellent neighborhood, clean hotel. Plastic free. Many water stations on each floor. Good tv and app channels. Drama free check in and check out process.

홀리데이 인 워싱턴-센트럴/화이트하우스에서 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다! 백악관과 도시의 여러 주요 명소까지 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있어 위치가 최고였습니다. 호텔 자체는 현대적이고 깨끗하며 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 세심했으며, 질문이나 요청 사항이 있을 때마다 언제든 기꺼이 도와주었습니다. 객실은 넓고 편안했고, 즐거운 숙박에 필요한 모든 편의시설이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 특히 침대는 아늑해서 도시를 돌아다닌 바쁜 하루를 보낸 후 편안하게 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 무료 Wi-Fi도 완벽하게 작동했고, 비즈니스 센터는 업무 관련 업무를 처리하는 데 큰 도움이 되었습니다. 가장 마음에 들었던 점은 아늑한 분위기에서 맛있는 음식을 제공하는 호텔 내 레스토랑이었습니다. 다양하고 맛있는 조식 덕분에 하루를 기분 좋게 시작할 수 있었습니다. 워싱턴 D.C.를 방문하는 모든 분께 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다. 편안함, 위치, 가성비가 완벽한 조화를 이루는 곳입니다. 다음 여행에도 꼭 다시 묵을 것입니다.

Our recent stay at the Residence Inn Washington, DC National Mall was fantastic for our group of 6! The One Bedroom Two Queen Suite with Sofa Bed provided plenty of space for everyone to stay comfortably. The suite was perfectly sized with two queen beds in the separate bedroom and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. The spacious layout allowed all six of us to move around comfortably without feeling cramped, especially with the separate living and sleeping areas. Location: 5/5 - Prime spot near the National Mall Cleanliness: 5/5 - Everything was spotless and well-maintained Service: 5/5 - Staff was accommodating Facilities: 5/5 - All amenities exceeded expectations The suite proved to be an ideal choice for our group of 6. The queen-sized beds, including the sofa bed, provided comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. The living area offered enough space for us to gather and socialize, making it a perfect base for our DC adventure. For anyone traveling with a group of 6, I can confidently say this suite configuration works great, offering both comfort and convenience in an excellent location.

附近租賃公寓較多，主要是送小孩留學住了幾天。酒店離華盛頓哥倫比亞特區Washington, D.C. 的安娜考斯蒂亞河很近，河邊是開放式公園，酒店每天免費前台邊冰櫃裏瓶裝水，早餐也沒人查卡。房間有電磁爐 操作枱公寓設定，沒有可開窗。街道寬闊明凈，不愧為首都，時時可見白人牽着狗悠閑地在溜彎，不像西雅圖街道狹窄且時時可見街角的黑人流浪漢，在這裏的安全感上升。
