정말 우아한 호텔이에요. 넓고 아름다운 객실에 직원들은 세심하고 친절해요. 호텔 주변에는 선택할 만한 레스토랑이 많고, 바다도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 있어요. 다음에 더반에 가면 꼭 여기에 묵을 거예요!

접근성이 매우 좋고 많은 쇼핑 및 식사 공간과 가깝습니다. 구내에 주차할 수 있으며 피크 시간의 서두르지 않기 위해 미리 식사 시간을 정하기 때문에 아침 식사에 쉽게 접근할 수 있습니다. 잘 조직되고 Umhlanga 해변과 가깝습니다. 큰 장점입니다! 확실히 추천합니다!

The hotel is very nice and breakfast was great. Love the beach.

Been open again for a few months after a 3-year pause due to horrible Covid policies by the govt. The hotel is still in good shape and has a soft-toned elegance. The location isn't the best for walking - Durban is a dangerous city and the hotel is not right on the beach. Service was top notch and the restaurant is on the expensive side, but not shocking. Room is lovely, elegant but not extravagant.

A good hotel, located approximately 15 km from the center of Durban, closer to the international airport. The rooms are quite spacious, everything you need is there. The breakfast is excellent, I can recommend it. Excellent lobby, stylish design. There are many restaurants for every taste near the hotel. And a few shopping centers near the Hotel. From the international airport of Durban about half an hour by taxi.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't particularly like the restaurant/ room service menu as it ONLY had milkshakes on their drinks menu. You have to inquire about other drinks like wine, juices, coffee etc. It would be nicer if all the drinks prices were listed. The kettle in my room was dirty but housekeeping and the front desk were apologetic and replaced it with a clean kettle quickly. Every cafe or restaurant around the hotel opens at 9a.m, so I recommend paying for the hotel breakfast buffet if you're an early bird like me. I learnt about loadshedding after coming back from a day out and finding no power except a light and the tv in my room. For foreign guests who don't know about it, it might be a nice touch if the hotel could place the loadshedding schedule in guest rooms so it doesn't come as an unwelcome surprise. The bed was comfy and the wifi was usually fast. Overall, I had a good stay at the hotel.

Coming from London to SA for the first time , I was a little worried about my safety. But this hotel has got a good sense of security and It’s a worth the price . They have nice and clean environments. I recommend this to anyone who wants a comfortable stay but affordable.

Heel mooi hotel op een schitterende locatie. Eten is ok niet super maar goed. Zoek wel naar de aanbiedingen want de normale prijs is het niet waard. Veel is wel aan vervanging toe. Hotel is gedateerd maar wel schoon en hygiënisch

This place is a franchise so I was expecting way more, we travelled here off peak season in the middle of the month. Our needs were never accommodated from the beginning due to poor management and ridiculous rules. We asked to be upgraded to a sea view room because the hotel was empty they lied and said it’s full. I asked to be assisted organizing a romantic picnic on the beach, they offered assistance but made me wait a ridiculous amount of time so I left it out they were reluctant to help me all services require a huge wait time, even simple things. The staff were polite however and tried to help they were governed by unaccommodating rules. The access to the beach was the best part. The breakfast was also good. Will never return!

좋은 위치, 안전한 주차, 해변까지 걸어 갈 수 있습니다. 현대적인 디자인. 아침 식사 S.아프리카 스타일, 나는 더 많은 야채를 놓쳤다. 더반의 경우 택시나 차가 필요합니다.
