주차 시설을 갖춘 미국 애리조나 호텔

힐튼에 대해 우리가 기대했던 것이 절대 아닙니다. 방은 제대로 청소되지 않았고 냉장고와 발판 뒤에있는 물병을 사용했습니다. 트와이스에 새 배터리를 넣어도 배터리 부족이라고 옷장과 서모스탯에서 발견된 날카로운 활과 화살촉이 고장났다. 정문이 닫히지 않았고 유지 보수 팀이 와서 문을 제거하고 교체해야했습니다. Lauren은 전체 여행 동안 우리를 도와주는 데 훌륭했습니다.

在鳳凰城市中心吧，周圍環境還不錯，設施什麼的也不錯。因計劃改變需要提前一天checkout，我在免費取消日前跟攜程溝通幾次，都沒有成功，攜程好像也是通過另外渠道訂的，沒什麼話語權。check in的時候嘗試跟前台溝通，那位服務員態度不怎麼樣，冷冰冰地拒絕了。

Overall I liked this hotel but there was no blanket on the bed and was pretty cold. Also the shower was either very hot or too cold, that was strange for a hotel. The breakfast was ok but not great, not a big selection. There were microwave burritos, but no microwave in the breakfast area. The pancake machine was cool and the pancakes were good but it needed fixing many times in the time I was in there. There was cereal and apples, muffins, juice and coffee. Was enough but would like a little more selection, and yogurt would have been nice. The room was roomy with a little couch and desk. The tv was large and had the Vizio streaming and a dish box and remote was there but did not seem to work. I liked the location sort of off the beaten path.

업데이트될 수 있지만 깨끗하고 좋은 침대, 미국 컨셉에 관해서는 풍성한 아침 식사까지 제공되는 모텔. 체크인과 아침 식사에 친절한 사람들. 그랜드 캐년이나 66번 국도를 여행하는 동안 머물기에 좋은 모텔입니다. 나는 그랜드 캐년 사우스를 방문하여 그랜드 캐년 웨스트를 방문하는 사이에 호텔에 머물렀다.

I loved this more stay more than i anticipated. The bed is soooo comfortable I didn’t wanna leave , it is sooooo clean I was surprised as i assumed it would be more like a bed and breakfast kind of quick in and out kinda stay, furniture well kept, and clean. I don’t think as a lady travelling alone though I’d be okay staying more than 2 nights just my take for security reasons, however but it was a great stay and close to the airport. There is also free airport shuttle pick up and drop off so that was really good.

모든 것이 훌륭했고, 깨끗한 방, 정중하고 웃는 얼굴의 리셉션이었습니다. 약간 실망스러웠던 점은 주차 요금이 밤새 10달러이고 방에 무료 물병이 없다는 것입니다(병당 2달러). 나머지는 괜찮습니다. 1~2박 숙박에 적합합니다.

슈퍼 아름다운 호텔! 확실히 깨끗하고 소독제를 느꼈습니다. 내 유일한 끊기는 데스크 직원 중 2 명이 짜증이 나는 것 같았습니다. 그 외에는 마음에 들었습니다. 10에서 바로, 매우 쉽게 갈 수 있습니다.

The front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful! The room was very clean, I will be back! The Indian restaurant in the hotel was great as well, good food, great service! Thank you

I had a fantastic experience staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport—perfect for exploring the city. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the USB charging ports and the coffee maker in the room.
