Perfect location for our stay. The cleanliness of the room was immaculate.
We enjoyed our stay and our wee one (2 years old) enjoyed his breakfast and slept well both nights. We also rested well. Happy to recommend.

일정이 바뀌어서 1박을 더 묵게 되었어요 주방시설이 그리 크진 않지만 기본적인 조리도구도 잘 갖춰져있고 간단한 양념도 잘 되어있습니다 자주 청소해주시는 분이 있어서 너무 깔끔해서 좋아요!

예, 일찍 체크인 할 수있어서 정말 도움이되었습니다. 방은 흠이 없었고 차, 커피, 심지어 비스킷도있었습니다. 매우 감동했습니다. 최대 20kg의 덤벨과 벤치가 있어도 잘 갖춰진 체육관에 갔다. 수영장과 사우나는 세션 후에 완벽했고 샤워는 훌륭한 품질과 매우 깨끗했습니다. 그들은 심지어 수영복을 말릴 수 있는 스피너를 가지고 있었습니다.
나는 레스토랑에 식사를 하러 갔다 10점 만점에 10점. 놀라운 선택과 즉시 제공되었습니다. 나는 확실히 돌아올 것이다. 가격대비 이길 수 없습니다. 놀라운 위치도.

호텔은 바다 바로 옆에 있지만 도시에서 멀리 떨어져 있습니다. 도심까지 차로 30분이 소요됩니다. 자율주행이 아닌 승객에게는 매우 불편하고 위치가 고속도로 옆에 있습니다. 내 방은 고속도로를 향하고 있어 시끄럽습니다. 아마도 바다가 보이는 방이 더 좋을 것입니다.

Excellent hostel! Great common self-catering facilities; there were two full kitchens with plenty of tables and seating so multiple parties could be cooking at a time. Staff were very helpful and let me leave my bag before check-in and after check-out to accommodate my bus times.
The room (4-bunk female dorm) was very spacious so plenty of room for sorting through my bags. Bunk was large and included a USB plug and power outlet there. Room had large attached shower and toilet rooms.

Location was perfect, Decor in room requires freshening up, Back of the door and part of facings were fresh painted but not completed. Shower requires cleaning (Black mould just needs Bleaching ) and the plastic seals replaced They were yellowed with age. Staff were Very efficient and Friendly 😀

Great value stay, all self catered and rooms were provide with all the necessities, would only recommend for solo trips as quite small and noise levels while quiet from the outside were not 100% from the inside. Bathroom could have done with a bit better clean but for the great low price it's hard to argue with for just a night.

리리뷰어The hotel is convent for the hospital. Reception were friendly but we had booked two nights separately and the communication from speaking to reception on the first night did not seem to be passed ion as we were asked why our room was not vacated after the first night. A quick trip down to reception solved the issue.
Bedding and shower clean but room is very tired with scrape marks all along one wall. Bathroom door was all warped all along the bottom as if by water damage. Overall ok.

리리뷰어The hotel is looking and feeling very tired and dated and in serious need of upgrading. They’re charging 2025 prices for 1980 standard services. They clearly cater for bus tours and large parties which are not there to appreciate where they are and their surroundings. There was serious problem with running hot water in the room as well as in the showers in the spa. I overheard many guests complaining about no hot water in their rooms at reception.
Breakfast was very disappointing, they offer a continental selection of one type of cold meat and one type of sliced cheese with pan loaf bread! Fort William boasts artisan bakery’s so no excuse there. During breakfast very loud 80s movie themed music is blaring, the dining room is so big there’s practically a speaker above every second table. When asked to turn it down we were met with a standard reply, “I was just asked to turn it up”. Totally unbelievable. Due to the large parties tables are not cleared fast enough nor cleaned, we had to clean and set our own table before we could eat and this is where we were directed to sit. Waiting staff are clearly not trained nor directed appropriately for a hotel boasting a high standard. We were not encouraged to dine in the hotel at all.
The exterior of the building is not only showing signs of disrepair but is also very dirty. They are missing the B in the main signage and is the first thing you see on arrival.
Positives: the room was clean although all views from most rooms do not look out onto anything nice. Temperature of the pool, steam room and jacuzzi excellent. The lounge bar appeared to have the best atmosphere and felt like a highland hotel.
Would I recommend this hotel? Definitely not!
Would I stay there again? Definitely not!

AAlyseFirst let me say that the owners were incredibly kind and accommodating. It pains me that to even write this but I thought fellow travelers should hear my experience. First, there are two aye stays in Inverness. My gps took me to the wrong one first. That was awkward. After I finally figured it out, the place was very cutely decorated with Scottish and Loch Ness decor. Contactless check in was easy however a board with everyone’s name and room numbers does not feel super safe for me a solo female traveler. But over all easy enough. Next I stayed in room 7 which is up a flight of stairs so make sure you pack light! (Which you should do anyway in Scotland.) My room had just been renovated with new carpet but it smelled like off gassing and I had to open the window (which was broken) there was a radiator for heat which I had no idea how to use. So it got a little chilly. Now here comes the problems: the rooms are very close together and the walls are paper thin. I was kept up until 3 in the morning hearing conversations and snoring. We were only given the choice of receiving breakfast between 7:30-8:30 in the dining room. So I woke up earlier than I would have liked to eat breakfast. Which was just okay. Nothing too outstanding to write about but again the hostess was very sweet. Overall I could see that they’re trying their best. But I would recommend sound machines in each of the rooms or something so people can have a good nights sleep. The location was pretty good and just over the bridge from the high street.

MmunirahThe hotel was easy to find, located right by the main road. The rooms were quite small, and with luggage, the space felt a bit tight. However, there was a small outdoor balcony with a table and two chairs, which provided a nice spot to sit and eat.
The rooms looked modern and recently renovated. The bathroom was well-designed, featuring sleek black tiles and gold fixtures, and the hot water worked perfectly. One of the best features of the room was the separate sink area, along with a microwave and fridge. This was especially convenient for heating up food or enjoying ready-to-eat meals from the nearby Aldi if you’re too tired to head out. The room also came with a kettle, coffee, tea, and even a chocolate wafer as a thoughtful welcome touch.
There is no reception desk at this hotel, so it’s important to have internet access as check-in is fully digital. You’ll receive your room number via email just before your arrival. Make sure to complete the online pre-check-in to confirm your stay and receive further instructions.
Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient one-night stay.

익익명 사용자Room was very good and clean but it turned out that you could hear every move of the people in the room above. At 6 am this particular person decided to do his 10000 steps a day in his room and it sounded as if an elephant was marching through. No way to continue your sleep so we ended up having to get up and we left the hotel at 7.15am. I had complained the night before but since the hotel was fully booked there were no other options. I was told it was because of the wooden structure so obviously it was a known issue and they should NOT book both rooms at same time.
They also had 2 dogs behind unmanned reception and one of them yapped continuosly for an hour whilst we had our dinner. As we finished dinner they started bringing out cornflakes etc for breakfast for the following morning and left this uncovered, thought this was very unhygienic.
Alcohol prices way too high too ( bottle of wine £35.50). All in all not a good experience and wouldn't recommend.
