Thank you very much for your kind message.
I had a truly wonderful stay at Swissôtel Makkah. This was my **third stay** at the hotel, and once again my experience was excellent. The location is exceptional, with easy access to the Haram, which greatly enhanced my Umrah experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the atmosphere throughout the hotel was peaceful and uplifting.
I was particularly impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness of the staff, who were always willing to help and ensured that my stay was both comfortable and spiritually fulfilling. Everything met and exceeded my expectations, and there was nothing I felt needed improvement.
Thank you once again for your excellent hospitality. I look forward to staying with you again in the future, in shā’ Allāh.

My first stay in the Jabal Omar area.
I didn’t put high expectations at first, but honestly the service and staff deserve ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
My stay here during Umrah was excellent. The room was comfortable for the three of us, and the amenities were great there was a coffee machine, kettle, and even an iron provided
The bathroom was quite spacious, which made the stay even more comfortable.
Only one small thing the room could use more lamps 😌. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

It is not 5 star at all. At max it is 3 star. No basic amenities like iron board or shower gel. Worst soap i've ever used. It would scratch the skin. Staff did not know basic english.

Great hotel with convenient amenities. Suited to solo travellers as it is quite far from the Al haram. The shuttle bus service is convenient though. It comes every one hour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout s’est très bien déroulé du début à la fin : l’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel disponible et attentionné. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable, avec une literie de qualité et un entretien impeccable chaque jour.
L’emplacement est également un vrai plus, idéal pour explorer la ville ou se reposer au calme selon les envies. Le petit-déjeuner était varié et très bon, avec des options locales et internationales.
Mention spéciale à l’équipe pour son professionnalisme et sa gentillesse, qui ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter, et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir lors d’un prochain passage à Jeddah !

Mr. Khalid at reception gretted me well also assisted me for arabic into English translation. Other morning and afternoon staff at reception were also welcoming. Offered me free luggage storage while I was away for Ummra. Also guided me for local Pakistani food restaurants nearby. Thanks again .

호텔에서 1km 떨어진 곳에 쇼핑몰이 있습니다. 길을 걷다 보면 비행기가 보입니다. 호텔 위치는 공항에서 약 20 분 거리에 매우 좋습니다. 홀리데이 인 체인 브랜드는 제다에 두 개 있으며 다른 호텔 객실 시설은 비교적 새롭습니다. 상대적으로 나는 그 것을 추천합니다. 호텔 Wi-Fi는 로그인을 위해 계정 비밀번호를 입력하기 위해 웹 페이지를 팝업해야합니다. Wi-Fi 속도는 괜찮습니다. 리그 오브 레전드 핸드 투어 국제 서비스를 재생할 수 있습니다. 프론트 데스크의 자매는 매우 좋은 서비스 태도를 가지고 있으며 객실 갱신 및 도어 카드 재충전을 신속하게 도와줍니다. 문앞에 계신 아저씨가 짐을 옮기는 데 도움을 주는 태도도 아주 좋습니다. 옥상에도 수영장이 있습니다. 하루 종일 따뜻합니다. 가끔 수영하러 갑니다. 호텔 가격은 비교적 높습니다. 그러나 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 아마도 그의 호텔 가격이 높은 이유일 것입니다.

익익명 사용자Price: Very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Good value for money.
Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there.
Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual.
Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small.
Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily.
Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2–3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety.
I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up.
Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I had to sit near the lift area just to get a stable and stronger internet connection, which was very inconvenient.

리리뷰어Fantastic hotel. Extremely clean (and fragrant lobby). We had a twin deluxe room with Haram view; spacious, comfortable and plush. Breakfast was also solid with good hours (6:00 to 10:30). We checked out on a Friday and they allowed us to check out after Jummah salah.
The hotel is actually quite close to the Haram. From reviews online I was unsure, but in practice it's a few minutes walk to King Fahd Gate 79. For getting into the Haram I think it is quicker door-to-door than the Clock Tower hotels. For getting back from the Haram to the hotel, that is a bit longer depending on where you exit the masjid anddue to a slight uphill walk (nothing very demanding, non-elderly should be fine), though the walkway gets congested at busy times.
Alternatively, there is a shuttle which takes you from the main hotel entrance to street level in less than 2 minutes; from there you take escalator/lift to the Haram.
Would highly reccommend; only cons here would be no lotion in the bathroom and shower water pressure/temperature was not that high (very minor issues!)

리리뷰어I stayed 6 nights at Tilal Jabal Al Kaaba during my first Umrah, and honestly, it was the best 6 days of my life. This hotel is an absolute hidden gem and, without a doubt, the best hotel in Makkah. From the moment I arrived, the service, cleanliness, and stunning modern interior completely blew me away.
At check-in, I was greeted by the incredible Brother Rayan, whose warm and welcoming service immediately confirmed I had chosen the perfect hotel. I was guided to my room, which was nothing short of spectacular, immaculate cleanliness, a modern design, premium amenities, and beds so soft I’ve never slept better in my life. The room even offered a beautiful view of the Haram, which made my stay even more special.
The breakfast service was another highlight. The variety and quality were unmatched, from freshly baked croissants and made-to-order omelettes to pancakes, fresh cheeses, olives, breads, fruits, and special daily dishes. The breakfast staff were amazing, always attentive, welcoming, and ready to fulfill every need. Special thanks to Roaa Ahmed, Faisal, Usman, Imtiyaz, and Alam, as well as the restaurant manager Abdul Aziz and Chef Sameh, who went above and beyond, even preparing a special shawarma for me and sending complimentary amenities to my room. Brother Abdul Aziz personally ensured my entire stay was flawless.
I also want to thank Brother NASER ALI, who always served us during breakfast, made the most amazing tea daily, and was genuinely kind and attentive.
Throughout my stay, the rooms were consistently spotless, and any requests were addressed almost instantly. The level of care and dedication from the cleaning and maintenance teams was phenomenal.
A particularly memorable moment: I had lost a significant amount of money during my stay and was extremely distressed. Within hours, Jibran & Sultan found it and returned it to me, showing a level of honesty and integrity that is truly remarkable. I honestly feel you could never lose anything at this hotel - it’s that trustworthy.
The location is perfect! Just a short walking distance to the Haram, with a shuttle bus available at times, and fresh drinks and dates are offered after every Salah by the kind Brother Abdul Majid.
If you want the best hotel experience in Makkah, look no further than Tilal Jabal Al Kaaba. From the impeccable service and luxurious rooms to the amazing food and unmatched integrity, this hotel will make your stay unforgettable. Don’t think twice - book it! It will honestly be the best stay of your life.

익익명 사용자Our stay at Pullman ZamZam Makkah with Kaaba view was wonderful overall. The direct view of the Kaaba from the window made this accommodation very special and added so much to our visit. It’s truly a location you won’t forget. The hotel staff were friendly and eager to assist with any requests, and the walk to Masjid al-Haram took just a couple of minutes — super convenient for all prayer times. The room itself was clean and comfortable, though I think some areas could benefit from updated furnishings. Still, the atmosphere was peaceful and pleasant, and I would happily stay here again if I visit Makkah in the future.

AAllam ashVery good hotel with comfortable amenities, but it is not within walking distance to Al Haram in Makkah. A shuttle bus is available, which helps with transportation.
The staff experience was mixed — the male front desk team could benefit from significant customer service training, as their approach felt a bit aggressive and lacked warmth. In contrast, the female staff members were much more professional and caring. I especially want to highlight a lady in niqab who assisted us with booking a car from the hotel to the train station. She went above and beyond, refusing to leave after her shift had ended and staying to ensure we secured the car on time. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name, but she was truly outstanding!
One disappointment was with the connected rooms — unlike the photos, they did not feature king beds. Instead, we received four single beds (two in each room), which was not ideal for a small family.
Overall, it was a good stay, but the hotel should improve cleanliness and maintenance. Despite being a relatively new property, it was clear that facilities management and housekeeping standards could be much better.
