수영장 시설을 갖춘 영국 켄트 호텔

돈 주고 묵은 곳치고는 괜찮았지만 다시는 묵지 않을 거예요. 복도 끝쪽에 방을 1층에 두었는데, 복도랑 방에서 냄새 때문에 멀미가 나서 옮겨달라고 부탁해야 했어요!! 무릎 인공관절 수술을 받은 지 얼마 안 돼서 지팡이를 짚고 걸어야 하는데, 솔직히 엘리베이터는 1층만 빼고는 다 고장 났어요.🥲 3층으로 옮겼는데 괜찮긴 했지만, 화장실 청소를 했는데 변기와 세면대에 똥이 있어서 🤮. 솔직히 말해서 이 호텔은 이제 대규모 자금 투입이나 철거가 필요하다고 할 수 있을까요? 전에 묵었던 호텔도 몇 년 동안 똑같은 가구 때문에 고생했잖아요? 솔직히 말해서, 거기 묵으면서 우울했어요 😢😢

Hotel itself was nice but could do a lick of fresh paint in the rastuurant. Reception and housekeeping staff were polite and helpful. Loved the pool area unfortunately tge shower opposite the steam room was not working and hit sauna out of action The gym could do with state of the art machines but nice space. The restaurant Wednesday morning for breakfast staff not helpful but Thursday morning my goodness Terrie and Billy turned it around They were chatty, helpful, nothing was too much trouble, service with a smile, tables were cleaned promptly and they were constantly on the go. Totally awesome. Parking we had to pay £10 daily which was much so for us £20. Great area secluded beautiful.

I was a bit concerned as I approached the hotel, it didn't look great. Once inside though that all changed, the whole place is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and the facilities are excellect. My only negative is that the sauna wasn't working. The best feature of this hotel though is it's staff, very friendly, efficient and happy to help. Will be returning.

Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy. Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom, Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty. For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5. Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞

Lovely hotel, stayed for a long weekend and used the spa facilities - they gave us a free upgrade which was a nice touch! Beautiful grounds, restaurant was lovely and only a short scenic walk to the town Only critique was the pool was quite small without much seating available and the sauna was male or female only - but the rest of the stay and amenities more than made up for it! Also recommend the afternoon tea :)

아주 좋은 경험, 접수 원은 체크인에 도움이되었고, 방은 좋은 전망으로 깨끗했고 아침 뷔페는 훌륭했습니다. 스타 벅스 커피는 술집 지역에서도 제공되며, 술을 마시거나 가져갈 수 있습니다. 나는 헬스 센터를 사용하지 않았지만 합리적으로 좋아 보였습니다. 조용하고 깨끗하며 효율적입니다. 다시 사용합니다.

우리는 위치와 스파를 위해이 호텔을 예약했습니다. 호텔은 사랑스러웠지만 스파는 더럽고 스파 체험 시설이 부족했습니다. 수영장이 있는 호텔로 팔아야 한다고 생각합니다. 4 * 호텔에 대한 실망스러운 스파 경험과이 호텔이 시설을 광고하지 않은 것처럼 느껴집니다. 발렌타인 데이 오후 6시 이전에 스파 셔터가 다운되었습니다. 체크인시 스파에서 수건과 가운을 얻을 수 있으며 스파에 대한 마지막 입장은 오후 8시 30분이라고 들었습니다. 우리가 스파 지역 리셉션에 도착했을 때 우리는 수건 만 받았고 가운은 스파 패키지의 손님을위한 것이라고 말했습니다. 호텔에서 체크인 할 때 말한 것과 모순입니다. 수영장 지역과 탈의실은 매우 더러웠습니다. 수영장 옆 샤워 시설이 고장나서 한동안 있었던 것처럼 보였습니다. 자쿠지가 있던 곳이 탑재되어 오랜만인 것 같았습니다. 수영장은 춥고 더러웠습니다.

My family and I had a lovely time at the Holiday Inn. The service was excellent , the food was great and amenities fantastic.
