돈 주고 묵은 곳치고는 괜찮았지만 다시는 묵지 않을 거예요. 복도 끝쪽에 방을 1층에 두었는데, 복도랑 방에서 냄새 때문에 멀미가 나서 옮겨달라고 부탁해야 했어요!! 무릎 인공관절 수술을 받은 지 얼마 안 돼서 지팡이를 짚고 걸어야 하는데, 솔직히 엘리베이터는 1층만 빼고는 다 고장 났어요.🥲 3층으로 옮겼는데 괜찮긴 했지만, 화장실 청소를 했는데 변기와 세면대에 똥이 있어서 🤮. 솔직히 말해서 이 호텔은 이제 대규모 자금 투입이나 철거가 필요하다고 할 수 있을까요? 전에 묵었던 호텔도 몇 년 동안 똑같은 가구 때문에 고생했잖아요? 솔직히 말해서, 거기 묵으면서 우울했어요 😢😢

I originally booked with *********** at cost of £158 , as I use this app for train journeys, I looked for the same hotel and it was £118
As you drive into the hotel massive reception room plenty of chairs to chill or have a drink , we where meet with a warm smile from the receptionist, and explained everything
The rooms are big very clean , we eat in the restaurant very average price for decent food , but service charge was high
Only downside is you have to pay parking for your stay

Disappointed with the pool , dirty, no cups available for water, locks broken on doors . Floor slimmy.
Room ok but dusty at the bottom of the tea station, fan not working in bathroom,
Breakfast was terrible, orange juice was really watery and tasteless , plates too hot and no serviettes provided to hold , cereals were ok , no pastries very poor selection for the price , bread was cheap and soggy and when toasted burnt...yuk ! Too much pepper on the tomatoes , baked beans cheap and nasty , sausages were nice, bacon horrible and cooked in clumps so some were under cooked and some extremely crispy and salty.
For the price of £17 a head , I think the breakfast was 1/5. lady staff member was very nice, polite and helpful 5/5.
Sorry to say but we won't be back 😞

위치와 스파 때문에 이 호텔을 예약했습니다.
호텔 자체는 좋았지만 스파는 더럽고 스파 시설이라고 하기엔 부족했습니다. 수영장이 있는 호텔로 홍보하는 게 더 적절했을 것 같습니다.
4성급 호텔 스파치고는 너무 실망스러웠고, 호텔 측에서 시설을 과장해서 광고한 것 같습니다.
발렌타인데이였는데 스파 셔터가 오후 6시도 되기 전에 내려져 있었습니다.
체크인할 때 스파에서 수건과 가운을 제공하고 마지막 입장 시간은 오후 8시 30분이라고 안내받았습니다.
하지만 스파 리셉션에 도착하니 수건만 받았고, 가운은 스파 패키지 이용객에게만 제공된다고 했습니다. 체크인할 때 들었던 내용과 완전히 반대되는 이야기였습니다.
수영장과 탈의실은 매우 더러웠습니다. 수영장 옆 샤워 시설은 고장 나 있었고 오랫동안 사용하지 않은 것처럼 보였습니다.
자쿠지가 있던 자리는 판자로 막혀 있었고, 오랫동안 방치된 듯했습니다.
수영장 물은 차갑고 더러웠습니다.

Lovely hotel, stayed for a long weekend and used the spa facilities - they gave us a free upgrade which was a nice touch! Beautiful grounds, restaurant was lovely and only a short scenic walk to the town
Only critique was the pool was quite small without much seating available and the sauna was male or female only - but the rest of the stay and amenities more than made up for it!
Also recommend the afternoon tea :)

멋진 숲이 우거진 환경의 롯지. 평화롭고 나무에도 불구하고 여전히 태양이 빛나고 있습니다. 팬이나 다른 냉각 장치가 없는 따뜻한 spell에 있었기 때문에 운이 좋았습니다. 또한 리셉션에 전화 할 전화가없는 것 같았지만 그렇지 않으면 잘 갖추어 진 롯지가 있으며 다음에 위치와 롯지를 완전히 즐기기 위해 조금 더 머물 계획입니다.

The hotel itself needs a new lease of life. A lock of paint, change carpets and mordenise the bathrooms and furniture. Our chair had stains. Apart from that wow lovely grounds my goodness, staff friendly and helpful, lovely touches like the water and juice available in the reception lobby nice decorated. Loved the gym and pool area too especially the jacuzzi very nice. The ceiling above the roof needs attention, plenty of parking very good and the beds were super comfortable. The TVs well needs bigger and newer ones. Breakfast very nice thanks.

Perfect sized room, lovely set up, the hotel itself is huge and so well presented. Gorgeous swimming pool. Lots of places to sit down and eat if you would like too. There is a gym and a spa also (we didn't use these but we know they are there) there are phones in the rooms so you can order room service if you wish. The staff knocked on our door on the second evening and asked if we would like any refills on teabags coffee or sugar or any fresh towels. So well mannered and polite. Just an over all lovely place to go and its literally beside Brands Hatch where we needed to be. Cannot fault this place..

리리뷰어I last visited Rowhill over 15 years ago. It has unfortunately lost its exclusive, luxury look and feel. Whilst bedrooms have changed and have a more modern look, the finish is not great and color choices not kind on the stains. They seem to have added a relaxation room which was a nice touch but. Slightly on the dark side to enjoy flicking through the magazines on offer. The bar food was better than nothing but plenty of room for improvement. Great breakfast though. Like a lot of these places the do not focus on the detail. The spa area now needs a loveing touch so it's on par with many of the new spas emerging or a good price review! Saying all that the staff were lovely, helpful and professional. I made the most of my stay and would still recommend.
