크라운 플라자에 세 번째로 묵었는데, 정말 좋은 경험이었습니다. 호텔 프런트 데스크 직원은 매우 친절했고 문제를 신속하게 처리해주었습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗했고, 발코니에서 보이는 전망은 정말 훌륭했습니다. 호텔 아침 식사는 매우 풍성합니다. 저는 이 호텔의 수영장을 정말 좋아합니다. 디자인 감각이 뛰어나요. 호텔 아래층에는 경전철이 있어서 어디든 편리하게 이동할 수 있고, 해변까지 걸어서 갈 수도 있습니다. 유일한 단점은 호텔의 세탁기와 건조기가 구식이라 동전이 필요한데, 동전은 프런트 데스크에서 교환할 수 있다는 점입니다. 전반적으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다!

서퍼스 파라다이스의 랭엄 호텔 주얼 레지던스는 골드 코스트의 호화로운 팬츠 옵션으로, 반짝이는 Three Jewel 타워에 자리 잡고 있습니다. 이 5성급 호텔은 객실과 레지던스가 너무 멋져서 잠옷을 입고 있어도 옷차림이 너무 헐렁하게 느껴질 정도입니다. 대리석 욕실과 엽서에 나올 법한 전망을 생각해 보세요. 신선한 해산물과 기본적으로 고급스러운 간식 공격인 애프터눈 티로 식사는 즐거움입니다. 수영장은 VIP(또는 영화 배우, 루크 에반스가 우리를 지나가는 것을 문자 그대로 보았습니다..)인 척하기에 완벽한 휴식의 오아시스이고, 스파는 확실한 ”예, 부탁합니다”입니다. 해변과 번잡함에서 몇 걸음 떨어져 있지만, 비용이 들고 주변이 시끄러울 수 있습니다. 그래도 호사스러운 탈출을 원한다면 훌륭한 선택입니다! ;)

저희는 고층에 묵었는데, 호텔 뷰가 정말 최고였어요!
주방이 있어서 요리도 해 먹을 수 있었는데, 이 점이 특히 마음에 들었어요. 👍
세탁기와 건조기가 있어서 언제든지 빨래를 할 수 있었던 것도 좋았어요.
다만, 이불 커버와 솜이 분리돼서 자꾸 뭉치고 엉망이 되어 불편했어요.
아들이 가져간 작은 담요가 있는데, 어느 날 직원분이 침대 정리하시면서 실수로 다른 침구류와 함께 가져가신 것 같아요. 체크아웃할 때까지 찾지 못했고, 호텔 프런트에도 말씀드렸으며, 고객센터에도 이메일을 보낸 상태입니다. 부디 좋은 소식이 있기를 바랍니다... 사진처럼 분홍색 아기 토끼 그림이 있는 담요예요!

리버뷰로 탁 트인 방으로 배정되어서 편안하고 아늑하게 잘 쉬다가 왔어요^^ 역에서도 매우 가깝고..골드코스트, 서퍼스 파라다이스, 스카이포인트와 가까워서 아주아주 만족스러웠습니다..
특히 프론트의 남자 두분이 너머너무 친절해서 그곳에서의 추억이 더 증가가 되었네요..

4박 연박했는데, 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 매일 아침을 직접 만들어 먹을 수 있었고, 근처에는 쇼핑몰과 대형 마트가 있었고, 바로 뒤편에는 과일 및 채소 시장이 있어 장보기가 정말 편리했습니다. 공항 샌딩 서비스는 프런트에서 QR코드로 예약할 수 있었습니다.

오래된 돈 스타일의 호텔입니다. 장식이 매우 따뜻하고 서비스가 좋습니다. 하지만 시설이 조금 낡았고, 특히 욕실 샤워기의 샤워 헤드를 고칠 수 없습니다. 하지만 전체적인 느낌은 좋고, 조식도 종류가 풍부하고 커피도 맛있습니다.

측면 오션뷰는 조금 아쉬웠지만, 숙소 위치는 정말 최고였어요. 아래층으로 내려가 길만 건너면 바로 해변이라, 아침에 침대에 누워 커튼을 열면 바로 바다가 보였습니다! 레지던스 시설은 완벽했고, 세탁기와 건조기는 물론 주방용품도 다 갖춰져 있어서 며칠 더 머물기에 아주 좋았어요. 레지던스는 위생 상태가 특히 깨끗해서 아주 편안하게 지냈습니다. 다만, 주차 공간이 제한적이라 일찍 도착해서 프런트에서 지하 주차장 이용권과 출입 카드를 받아야 했어요. 주차 요금은 나쁘지 않은 편이었습니다.
다음번에는 꼭 180도 오션뷰 객실을 예약해서 좀 더 길게 머물고 싶네요. 방 안에서 일출을 볼 수 있다는 점이 정말 기대됩니다!

But when it comes to booking and service this is another story .. for the money I paid to stay 2 night I thought this would be the perfect place to rest I’m 5 star style .. place yes , service a disaster. Firstly when I arrived at Swiss bel .. I went to reception to book in as I booked online a queen bed room he asked if I had a vehicle I said yes agreed to the $35 a night and he said he would just take it out of the bond I paid at end if that was ok I said yes perfect .. when I got up to my room it was 2 single I called reception and advised I had booked a queen bed and there is 2 singles he said oh the house keeper hadn’t changed the beds or didn’t look at booking , I asked if someone could just come up and fix .. he said there is noone to do this now come down and j will find another room for you . I went down stairs said I would go get something to eat and when I come back hopefully a room will be sorted. I came back he advised me that he had upgraded me and I asked if I could have the new key and I will switch rooms and come back down with the other key to save me bringing my luggage down and then back up again. I got to room and key didn’t work to go to 6th floor . So I brought my luggage down and told reception that key didn’t work . He said sometimes this happens with those keys /actually quite often said he would come up with me and check . Yes card did not work so he used his staff card to let me in said he would fix and come back . He came back 10mins later to test and it had been foxed . Not sure what the upgrade as as room was smaller than the first , had no shower gel (was empty container when I went into have a shower) thought it may have been replenished on next day with room
Clean still empty on second day and cleaner took face washers and never replaced them so I washed with shampoo and a hand towel .. when I came back on second day went to put card into open the car park and it didn’t work .. I went to reception to let them know I was trying to get into car park and the card doesn’t work, she (Asian lady) advised me that I hadn’t paid for parking .. I had to explain everything from the night before then asked me they will take it out of my bind I said yes that’s what I agreed with the night before . No apology just more interested in getting payment for parking. She added parking to

I later received a phone call from a lady called Theresa asking how my stay was and I explain that it has been the most disappointing experience I have had ever ! Explained the above she said she would come and replace the shower gel and face washers I said it’s ok I have already had my shower used a hand towel and shampoo because I’m already in bed .. she said that I hope that my stay apologetic on my experience already , I hope it is better from now and if I need anything to contact her and ask for Theresa I said thank you I appreciated the call … then then 10
Minutes later she comes knocking on my door I have to get dress to answer the door she knocks again I said I’m coming
She is at the door with the shower gel and face washers getting me out of bed . I understand why she brought it but I told her I was in bed and I had already showered . So then I go to hand my key in to check out to be told I have outstanding parking I need to pay .. I advised Theresa that it is coming out of the bond payed and this has been told now to 3 people .. as I said place is absolutely fantastic.. apart from missing shower gel and tissues
Not sure what or how I was uograded as the room was smaller and no window as in first room

리리뷰어Had to wait while one of our 2 rooms was made up but the room that was supposed to have been made up had only had the beds done. Toothpaste splattered across the bathroom mirror, toilet unscrubbed, no face washers, hand towel or bath mat though there were fresh towels on the beds.
The kitchen hadn't been done as there was no dish cloth or liquid for cleaning only 2 tea cups, no mugs and the fridge contained half eaten yoghurt, a full bag of grapes and a 1/4 of rotten watermelon its juices all crusted under it.
The well frosted freezer contained a partially eaten iceblock frosted into the freezer, obviously it had been there long enough to be frosted to it.
The kitchen had not been stocked with tea coffee sugar or most importantly for me milk (being a little fussy I bring my own tea and coffee)
I have doubts about if it was vaccumed due to the pills as several other items on the carpet. I mention the pills as we had young children with us.
The aircon remote had no batteries or back to it but we just swopped out the batteries for the T.V. remote
The cleaner sent to remedy this politely made it clear that she wasn't the one who'd made up the room. She cleaned the mirror restocked the face washers, hand towel and bath mat, removed the food from the fridge and freezer and upon request gave me a cloth for me to scrub off the crusted watermelon juice.
The beds were clean (I checked) with fresh sheets and comfortable. They were clear that they expected courtesy to others by not making alot of noise late at night or slamming doors. The pool area could have been cleaned. I don't know where the dirt came from but it was there when we arrived and still there when we left. The lobby chairs I wouldn't sit in, needed a good scrub with soap and water.
They unlocked the freezer at the Cafe late one night for us to buy ice cream. The staff were helpful and polite. The kids loved playing ping pong and swimming.

익익명 사용자비행기를 타기 위해 일찍 일어나서 더 저렴한 호텔을 예약했기 때문에 가격이 저렴합니다. 유일한 단점은 저층 장애인 방으로 변경했다는 것입니다. 다음날 일찍 일어나야 할 때 방을 바꾸지 않아도됩니다. 바닥은 ** 아래층 레스토랑의 기름진 연기 냄새를 맡습니다. 높은 층을 예약하는 것이 좋습니다.

익익명 사용자Peppers가 소유한 아파트는 항상 제가 탐내는 목표였습니다(실제로는 Accor가 소유하고 있습니다). 저는 뉴질랜드의 테카포 호수 기슭에서 수년에 한 번만 경험했지만 결코 잊지 않았습니다. 시간이 지나도 Peppers의 내부는 여전히 몇 년 전의 인상과 동일하여 실망스럽지 않았습니다. 위치: 서퍼스 파라다이스(Surfers Paradise)의 해변 바로 옆에 있으며 해변까지 도보로 5분이 걸립니다. 경전철이 있고 가장 가까운 WWS 슈퍼마켓까지는 도보로 5~6분이 소요되며, 아래층에는 다양한 음식을 판매하는 슈퍼마켓도 있습니다. 그 옆은 지난번 묵었던 힐튼/오차드에요.
시설: 주방 시설은 비교적 완벽하고 새 것이며 사용이 매우 쉽습니다. 스토브, 냉장고, 오븐, 식기 세척기, 전자레인지 등의 장비도 비교적 완벽합니다(세탁기 및 건조기 참조). 요즘은 매일 이 주방에서 요리할 예정이에요. 슈퍼마켓에 있는 다양한 반제품이 너무 편리해요. 매일 가서 뭔가를 사서 위층으로 가져가서 직접 요리한다고 해요. 바깥 바다 전망 레스토랑이 우리 방만큼 좋지는 않다는 걸.
방: 약 120mm 크기의 1베드룸 아파트를 예약했습니다. 실제로는 3베드룸 아파트이고 나머지 2개의 방은 잠겨 있습니다. 발코니는 매우 넓고 발코니에는 동쪽을 향하고 있으며 큰 식탁이 있습니다. 아침에 일출을 감상하기에 적합합니다. 오후에는 발코니에서 햇빛이 비치고 바다가 보입니다. 마스터 침실에는 1.8사이즈 침대가 있습니다. 분리되어 있음) 욕실은 합리적으로 설계되었으며 대형 옷장이 있으며 침실과 비교적 분리되어 있습니다. 욕실에 있는 큰 창문을 통해 스파에 몸을 담그고 바다 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다. 또한, 문이 닫힌 거실에서는 독립적으로 이동할 수 있습니다.

리리뷰어We chose this hotel because it was one of the most inexpensive hotels near the reef terminal and close to other attractions in Cairns. It was a 30 minute walk to the Reef Terminal and 40 minutes to the Botanical Garden. It also has a good selection of restaurants nearby and is a short walk to Rusty's Market and quite a few shops.
The area is very quiet and the bed was comfy enough. The room has a good wall unit which we stored all of our bags in and kept our stuff accessible with some shelves. There is a limited number of plug-ins in the room with two on the desk under the TV and a power bar was underneath the bed. A travel power adapter was used to keep our devices charged. The wifi was weak when we stayed and we felt the shower curtain and lip didn't do a great job keeping the water contained because the floor and bath mat got soaked each time we showered - you could aim the shower head at the wall and angle your body just so but it was tricky to have a good shower here. We did appreciate all the toiletries available in the wall mounted units including hand wash, shaving cream, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The towels were also very soft but never dried out so we had to ask to have them changed on our second day here because the bathroom smelled very damp due to the wetness.
The front desk staff were very kind but they did not have it manned after hours so there are late night check in instructions provided. They also can help arrange and book tours while you are in Cairns. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which included bread, a toaster, a pancake machine, cereals, juices, coffee, milk and water. The highlight of the breakfast was the pancake machine and the giant jar of Nutella with a pump attached. You could order a hot breakfast for a little bit more and it was fairly priced for things like sausage, bacon and eggs.
The hotel also has a bar area (open 3-7), heat and eat meals, a vending machine, pool and laundry facilities. There is a microwave available in the bar area and kettles are available in the rooms for hot water. The laundry machines are commercial and quick - it cost 4 AUD to wash and the same price to dry and our laundry was done within 1 hour and 10 minutes. The laundry room also has an iron and ironing board.
The hotel had a good amount of parking and it is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. We felt everything was very convenient during our stay and would recommend it if you are planning to save on a hotel and spend on excursions!

QQingqing2024이번에 호주를 방문했을 때 가장 인상 깊었던 것은 케언즈 빌리지 호텔 빌리지 케언즈에 사는 것이었습니다. 우리는 3 일 동안 여기에 머물 렀습니다. 프론트 데스크의 Johnny는 그날 우리를 매우 잘 맞이하고 참을성이있었습니다. 우리는 3 인 가족이라는 것을 알았고 특별히 우리를 위해 매우 조용한 방을 마련하고 부엌, 욕실의 위치와 사용 요점 및 가상 도어 잠금 장치 사용 방법을 자세히 알려주었습니다. 첫인상은 열정과 책임감이었습니다. 2.14은 발렌타인 데이입니다. Johnny는 아침에 저녁 활동에 대해 알려주고 함께 참여합시다. 물론 밤에는 발코니에서 와인, 주스, 초콜릿 및 음악으로 가족이 함께 매우 의미있는 시간을 보낼 수 있습니다. 발렌타인 데이, 우리 여행에 많은 색을 더했습니다. 오늘 우리는 다음 여행을 계속하기 위해 브리즈번으로 케언즈를 떠날 것입니다. 감사합니다 Johnny, 케언즈 안녕!

PPHILLIP JAMESThe Mantra Hotel has outstanding location. It is directly in front of the Woolworths supermarket - the best option in central Cairns. It's also virtually opposite (the esplanade side)the lagoon public beachfront swimming pool. Finally it's just a 5 minute walk from Cairns Cruise Terminal, with outstanding day trips to Green Island, Fitzroy Island and the Reef. I booked a sea view room. When you enter the room, you don't see the ocean, but a building across the road. However, the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony overlooks the main features of lagoon on the sea front. During the day it is great view - the lagoon pools and sea in the background. At night you cannot see the sea (as to be expected) but you have the amazing lagoon lights, which makes it very desirable and even romantic. Our room was at the end of block, which overlooks a shopping mall (no car noise) - looking right from the balcony is the lagoon view and looking left is a mountain view. However, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm the sun comes directly into the balcony area, which means it unusable until sun sets. Of course if you don't mind baking in the sun on the balcony, this is not really a concern. The room itself is pretty basic. The mini fridge of OK and TV has domestic channels only - no cable TV for BBC/CNN. The bathroom is of a good size. There is combined shower & bath. However, when using the shower, it can slightly flood this bathroom. A shower curtain may be desirable because the glass panel is not sufficient enough. At $225 per night this hotel was not cheap and you can better deals by coming in the off-season OR going bit further down the esplanade, and choosing another hotel. The Mantra does have its own pool and it is wonderfully heated, with normal deck chairs you would expect at 4 star hotel. However, the pool gets very little natural sunlight, because it of its location between 2 buildings. Overall, the hotel has amazing location, and it is still recommended, despite the shortcomings mentioned. My final note: When we checked in, I was impressed with the level of service provided by the receptionist. She had a very welcome attitude and a wonderful personality.
