휴가는 정말 좋았고, 직원들도 정말 친절했습니다. 프런트 데스크에 전자레인지를 어디서 쓸 수 있는지 물었더니 직원이 방으로 가져다주더군요. 아쉽게도 체크인할 때 수영장이 닫혀 있어서 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 그 외에는 모든 게 완벽했습니다.

오래된 돈 스타일의 호텔입니다. 장식이 매우 따뜻하고 서비스가 좋습니다. 하지만 시설이 조금 낡았고, 특히 욕실 샤워기의 샤워 헤드를 고칠 수 없습니다. 하지만 전체적인 느낌은 좋고, 조식도 종류가 풍부하고 커피도 맛있습니다.

호텔 위치가 정말 좋았어요. 지린커(Jilin Ke) 바로 옆에 위치해 있어 도보 이동이 가능했습니다. 객실 시설도 완벽했어요. 세탁기, 건조기, 식기류, 발코니 등 모든 것이 완비되어 있었습니다. 객실도 매우 넓어서 방 하나에 거실 두 개 있는 아파트처럼 느껴질 정도였고, 덕분에 아주 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 전망도 훌륭했어요.

제가 좀 일찍도착해서 얼리체크인이 가능하면 하려고 리셉션에 갔는데 너무 이른시간이여서 빈객실이 나오면 연락을 주겠다고 하면서 수영장키를 받았어요
덕분에 수영하면서 기다리다가 메세지가 안오길래 다시 리셉션가서 얘기했더니 바로 배정을 해주시고 저는 호텔방으로 올라갔어요 근데 방에 냄새가 너무 나는거에요
근데 바꿔달라기 좀 그래서 (얼리체크인부터해서 블랙컨슈머로생각할까봐..)

조식맛있다는거 듣고 조식식청안했는데 가서 현장결제해서 먹었어요 45불.. 누가 맛있데 ㅠㅠ 오믈렛이 그나마 나앗고 그냥 그랬어요 ㅠㅠ 암튼 여기서 중요한건!!! 체크아웃하기전에
저는 원래 묵었던 방은 깨끗히 정리하고 체크아웃하는편인데 이게 왠걸!!!!!! 이불에 생리인지 암튼 피가 묻어있더라고요 (몇일되보이는..) 저는 그날이 아니거든요…..;; 그리고 저 혼자였구요ㅠㅠ 나오면서 한번더 불쾌했어요 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ 후우 ㅠㅠ 힐튼 5성급이라길래 기대했는데 3성정도로 생각하시면 될거같어요

Bunk의 장점:
1. 위치가 아주 좋았습니다. 서퍼스 파라다이스 해변 바로 옆에 있었어요.
2. 방 구조가 마음에 들었습니다. 4인실의 2층 침**다 칸막이가 있어서 서로 방해받지 않고 지낼 수 있었습니다.
3. 24시간 체크인이 가능하다는 점도 편리했습니다.
Bunk의 단점:
1. 18~35세 연령 제한이 있었는데, 예약 페이지에는 전혀 명시되어 있지 않았습니다. 저는 연령 제한을 초과하여 하룻밤만 묵고 떠날 수밖에 없었습니다.
2. 주방에서 뜨거운 물을 사용할 수 있는 곳을 찾지 못했습니다. 그리고 주방이 투숙객 공동 주방이라기보다는 아래층 레스토랑의 주방 같아서 사용하기가 좀 꺼려졌습니다.

위치: 이 호텔식 아파트의 가장 큰 장점은 위치입니다. 업타운에 위치해 있으며 창밖으로는 식물원과 브리즈번 강이 보입니다. 다만 근처에 공사 중이라 밖에 나갈 때 약간 거슬리긴 했습니다.
위생: 나쁘지 않았고, 특별히 문제가 되는 부분은 없었습니다. 하지만 호텔식 아파트는 7일에 한 번 청소를 해주기 때문에 3일 숙박 동안 룸서비스가 없었고, 방에 쓰레기 봉투도 없었던 점은 아쉬웠습니다.
서비스: 체크인과 체크아웃은 모두 빨랐습니다. 주차는 하루 35호주 달러였는데, 체크인 시 결제하고 주차 카드와 주차 안내문을 주셔서 편리했습니다. 그 외에는 특별히 서비스를 받을 일은 없었습니다.
시설: 이 호텔은 모퉁이가 많고 모서리가 많게 설계되어 있습니다. 아이가 첫날 화장실에 가다가 머리를 부딪혔는데, 아이와 함께 투숙하는 가족에게는 조심해야 할 부분입니다. 친화적이지 않습니다. 방 창문이 잠겨 있어서 요리할 때 환기가 되지 않는 점도 가정식 아파트라는 콘셉트와 맞지 않았습니다. 이 부분은 크게 실망스러웠습니다.
결론적으로, 경치를 중요하게 생각하는 분들은 고려해볼 만하지만, 아이나 노인과 함께하는 분들은 신중하게 선택하시길 권합니다.

수압이 엄청 쎄고 물이 따뜻해서 너무 좋았음 마트도 바로 밑에 있고 주변 상가들 직원들도 친절함. 호텔 직원은 당연히 친절하고!! 골코 메인이라는 서퍼스 파라다이스 그쪽보다 훨씬 조용해서 좋았음 트램도 바로 앞으로 다녀서 골코 구석구석 다니기에도 좋았음 다만 버스를 타려면 5-10분 걸어가야 정류장이 있음 근데 머 여행은 걷는 거니까 나쁘지 않았다!! 좋아요!!

We stayed at Chinchilla Motor Inn as a family and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for a family stopover. A special mention to the lovely lady at reception who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone passing through or staying in Chinchilla!

리리뷰어우리는 스와이프 카드에 몇 가지 문제가 있었지만 결국 해결되지 않았습니다. 많은 사과를 받았지만 보상 제안은 없었습니다(우리 방에 들어가려면 직원에게 우리를 우리 층까지 스와이프한 다음 우리 방으로 스와이프해야 했습니다). 그 외에는 멋진 숙박이었고 침대는 매우 편안했습니다.

리리뷰어Had to wait while one of our 2 rooms was made up but the room that was supposed to have been made up had only had the beds done. Toothpaste splattered across the bathroom mirror, toilet unscrubbed, no face washers, hand towel or bath mat though there were fresh towels on the beds.
The kitchen hadn't been done as there was no dish cloth or liquid for cleaning only 2 tea cups, no mugs and the fridge contained half eaten yoghurt, a full bag of grapes and a 1/4 of rotten watermelon its juices all crusted under it.
The well frosted freezer contained a partially eaten iceblock frosted into the freezer, obviously it had been there long enough to be frosted to it.
The kitchen had not been stocked with tea coffee sugar or most importantly for me milk (being a little fussy I bring my own tea and coffee)
I have doubts about if it was vaccumed due to the pills as several other items on the carpet. I mention the pills as we had young children with us.
The aircon remote had no batteries or back to it but we just swopped out the batteries for the T.V. remote
The cleaner sent to remedy this politely made it clear that she wasn't the one who'd made up the room. She cleaned the mirror restocked the face washers, hand towel and bath mat, removed the food from the fridge and freezer and upon request gave me a cloth for me to scrub off the crusted watermelon juice.
The beds were clean (I checked) with fresh sheets and comfortable. They were clear that they expected courtesy to others by not making alot of noise late at night or slamming doors. The pool area could have been cleaned. I don't know where the dirt came from but it was there when we arrived and still there when we left. The lobby chairs I wouldn't sit in, needed a good scrub with soap and water.
They unlocked the freezer at the Cafe late one night for us to buy ice cream. The staff were helpful and polite. The kids loved playing ping pong and swimming.

익익명 사용자비행기를 타기 위해 일찍 일어나서 더 저렴한 호텔을 예약했기 때문에 가격이 저렴합니다. 유일한 단점은 저층 장애인 방으로 변경했다는 것입니다. 다음날 일찍 일어나야 할 때 방을 바꾸지 않아도됩니다. 바닥은 ** 아래층 레스토랑의 기름진 연기 냄새를 맡습니다. 높은 층을 예약하는 것이 좋습니다.

리리뷰어We chose this hotel because it was one of the most inexpensive hotels near the reef terminal and close to other attractions in Cairns. It was a 30 minute walk to the Reef Terminal and 40 minutes to the Botanical Garden. It also has a good selection of restaurants nearby and is a short walk to Rusty's Market and quite a few shops.
The area is very quiet and the bed was comfy enough. The room has a good wall unit which we stored all of our bags in and kept our stuff accessible with some shelves. There is a limited number of plug-ins in the room with two on the desk under the TV and a power bar was underneath the bed. A travel power adapter was used to keep our devices charged. The wifi was weak when we stayed and we felt the shower curtain and lip didn't do a great job keeping the water contained because the floor and bath mat got soaked each time we showered - you could aim the shower head at the wall and angle your body just so but it was tricky to have a good shower here. We did appreciate all the toiletries available in the wall mounted units including hand wash, shaving cream, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The towels were also very soft but never dried out so we had to ask to have them changed on our second day here because the bathroom smelled very damp due to the wetness.
The front desk staff were very kind but they did not have it manned after hours so there are late night check in instructions provided. They also can help arrange and book tours while you are in Cairns. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which included bread, a toaster, a pancake machine, cereals, juices, coffee, milk and water. The highlight of the breakfast was the pancake machine and the giant jar of Nutella with a pump attached. You could order a hot breakfast for a little bit more and it was fairly priced for things like sausage, bacon and eggs.
The hotel also has a bar area (open 3-7), heat and eat meals, a vending machine, pool and laundry facilities. There is a microwave available in the bar area and kettles are available in the rooms for hot water. The laundry machines are commercial and quick - it cost 4 AUD to wash and the same price to dry and our laundry was done within 1 hour and 10 minutes. The laundry room also has an iron and ironing board.
The hotel had a good amount of parking and it is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. We felt everything was very convenient during our stay and would recommend it if you are planning to save on a hotel and spend on excursions!

더 크고 심각한 문제는 객실 방음이 매우 불량하다는 것입니다. 여유로운 생활을 즐기며 자연스럽게 잠에서 깨고 싶다면 이 호텔은 절대 적합하지 않습니다! 매일 아침 7시에 일어나야 하는 분이라면 이 호텔이 딱 맞을지도 모릅니다. 방음이 너무 안 좋아서 옆방 소리가 너무 잘 들립니다. 아이들이 있다면 정말 악몽 같은 상황이 될 겁니다! 게다가 문 닫는 소리가 너무 커서 문이 닫힐 때마다 덜컹거리는 소리가 납니다! 옆방에는 아이들을 데리고 온 여러 가족이 살고 있는데, 매일 아침 7시부터 문을 열고 닫고 뛰어다니고 소리 지르는 소음이 끊이지 않았습니다. 프런트 직원이 잠시 멈췄다가 반나절 만에 다시 소란이 시작됐습니다. 결국 더 이상 참을 수 없어 프런트에 내려가 방을 바꿔달라고 요청했습니다.
만약 제가 먼저 항의하고 방을 바꿔줬다면 칭찬했을 텐데, 직원들은 제 말을 전혀 듣지 않고 무시했습니다. 제가 참다 못해 직접 내려가서 방을 바꿔달라고 요청한 후에야 방을 바꿔주었습니다. 호텔 서비스 기준에 부합하지 않는 처사였습니다.
객실 청소도 제대로 되지 않았습니다. 깨끗한 시트만 깔아주고 침대 시트는 갈아주지 않았습니다. 수건도 갈아줄 때도 있고 안 갈아줄 때도 있었습니다. 게다가 수건과 시트에는 얼룩이 묻어 있었습니다. 그리고 청소기는 매일은 아니지만, 청소기를 돌려달라고 부탁해야지 안 돌려달라고 부탁하면 안 되잖아요 😑
참고로 호텔 직원분들은 친절하고 미소를 잃지 않으셨어요. 방도 넓어서 짐 놓을 공간도 충분했고요. 시내 중심가에 있어서 정말 편리했어요.

JJi around the world캔버라에 있는 더 빌리지 호스텔에 묵어본 적이 있는데 꽤 괜찮은 경험이었어요. 케언즈는 처음이었는데, 이번에도 친절한 서비스에 정말 감사했어요!
호스텔은 정말 크고 방도 아주 넓었고, 세탁실, 모든 시설이 완비된 주방, 욕실 등 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었어요.
짧은 기간이었지만, 근처 수영장과 야시장에서 가까워서 정말 좋았어요!
공항에서 택시로 20분 거리예요 (이 지역에는 대중교통이 없으니 참고하세요).

PPHILLIP JAMESThe Mantra Hotel has outstanding location. It is directly in front of the Woolworths supermarket - the best option in central Cairns. It's also virtually opposite (the esplanade side)the lagoon public beachfront swimming pool. Finally it's just a 5 minute walk from Cairns Cruise Terminal, with outstanding day trips to Green Island, Fitzroy Island and the Reef. I booked a sea view room. When you enter the room, you don't see the ocean, but a building across the road. However, the view from the balcony was amazing. The balcony overlooks the main features of lagoon on the sea front. During the day it is great view - the lagoon pools and sea in the background. At night you cannot see the sea (as to be expected) but you have the amazing lagoon lights, which makes it very desirable and even romantic. Our room was at the end of block, which overlooks a shopping mall (no car noise) - looking right from the balcony is the lagoon view and looking left is a mountain view. However, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm the sun comes directly into the balcony area, which means it unusable until sun sets. Of course if you don't mind baking in the sun on the balcony, this is not really a concern. The room itself is pretty basic. The mini fridge of OK and TV has domestic channels only - no cable TV for BBC/CNN. The bathroom is of a good size. There is combined shower & bath. However, when using the shower, it can slightly flood this bathroom. A shower curtain may be desirable because the glass panel is not sufficient enough. At $225 per night this hotel was not cheap and you can better deals by coming in the off-season OR going bit further down the esplanade, and choosing another hotel. The Mantra does have its own pool and it is wonderfully heated, with normal deck chairs you would expect at 4 star hotel. However, the pool gets very little natural sunlight, because it of its location between 2 buildings. Overall, the hotel has amazing location, and it is still recommended, despite the shortcomings mentioned. My final note: When we checked in, I was impressed with the level of service provided by the receptionist. She had a very welcome attitude and a wonderful personality.
