정말 좋은 리조트입니다. 리조트는 도심 근처에 있습니다. 또한 Sumur Tiga에 위치한 모든 리조트 중 가장 좋은 전망을 제공합니다. 직원들도 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 😊 리셉션 직원의 급여를 올려야 할 것 같습니다. 모든 게스트에게 정말 좋은 서비스를 제공했습니다. 참고: (Seaview Bungalow 또는 Beachfront Bungalow를 선택하세요) 최고의 전망을 원한다면 에어컨이 없는 방을 희생해야 합니다. 하지만 정말 에어컨이 있는 방을 원한다면 최고의 전망을 희생해야 합니다.

가사니아 호스텔은 제가 반다아체 여행 동안 묵었던 숙소 중 최고였습니다. 정말 깨끗하고 깔끔했어요. 직원인 라흐마트와 니사는 매우 친절했습니다. 엘리베이터는 없었지만, 라흐마트는 체크인과 체크아웃 시 제 짐을 1층 방까지 옮겨주었습니다. 방은 편안했고 혼자 여행하는 저에게 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. TV는 없었지만 와이파이 속도가 빨랐습니다. 화장실도 깨끗했고, 샤워기 수압도 좋았으며, 화장실에 있는 방향제 향도 좋았습니다. 침대도 편안했고 에어컨도 잘 작동했습니다. 유일한 단점은 방음이 잘 안 된다는 점입니다. 다른 투숙객들의 대화 소리와 문을 여닫는 소리가 크게 들렸습니다. 호스텔 위치는 조용했지만 밤에는 조금 어두웠습니다. 전반적으로 아주 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 반다아체에 다시 오게 되면 꼭 다시 묵을 거예요. 강력 추천합니다!

Our stay in this hotel was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. I put in special request for a room near to the lift since my mom can't walk long distance and we get it. Very few hotels actually accommodate this kind of request. Food selection was good. Cleanliness was great. They also provide morning shuttle to go to Masjid Baitul Rahman for Subuh prayer which I think is really good and useful for Muslims. I'll come back to this hotel for my next trip to Banda Aceh.

One night stay in Banda Aceh before heading to Pulau Weh. Good choice. Simple, clean. Got upgraded to a room with a window, but the view is a wall, so no difference. Location is good - close to the main mosque. It is small town.

The hotel was centrally located in the city. However, the hotel really need major renovations as it looked so worn out and like abandoned place. The walkway to my room looked like it hasn’t been cleaned and maintained properly especially the carpets (refer attached photo below). Inside the room, the toilet was not really clean. There were many black stains on the toilet bowl and the room’s floor had many dusts. The breakfast provided was not a buffet but just a very simple a la carte mea. The receptionist wasn’t there all the time and you need to wait for some time (more than 5 minutes) after press the bell before they entertain you. Overall, this is gonna be the first and last I am staying at this hotel. Not recommended.

Had such a lovely stay at Hotel Hilani! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel super welcome — big smiles, quick check-in, and they were always ready to help. One of the staff even greeted me by my name, which honestly gave such a nice vibe ✨ The room was clean, comfy, and had everything I needed to just relax. I really loved how calm and peaceful the atmosphere was — perfect after a long day. Service stayed great the whole time, and you can tell the team really cares about guests. Overall it was such a smooth, stress-free stay. I’d definitely come back and recommend it if you’re looking for a cozy place with genuinely friendly hospitality 🤍

2023년 11월 22일 Banda Aceh에 도착한 후 마지막 순간에 이 호텔을 예약했습니다. 가격은 합리적입니다. 우리는 방 번호 333을 받았고 불행히도 Wi-Fi 연결이 너무 나빴습니다. 방 내부에는 연결이 없으며 연결만 가능한 로비로 내려가야 합니다. 영수증을 알려주고 답장을 받았을 때 아무것도 할 수 없습니다. 저녁 식사 후 나는 다른 접수 직원에게 다시 불평했고 그는 우리가 연결되는 355로 다른 방을 변경하는 데 도움을 주어 매우 잘 응답했습니다. Wi-Fi는 매우 좋았습니다. 또한 우리가 수하물을 운반하는 데 도움이됩니다. 그는 매우 도움이되었고 매우 좋은 직원이었습니다. 전반적인 편의 시설은 괜찮 았습니다. 이슬람 손님에게 적극 권장됩니다.

A well-located hotel in central Banda Aceh well within walking distance of the mosque. Excellent service and the restaurant has a good selection of food. The buffet breakfast has a lot of nice traditional Indonesia dishes. Would definitely stay again!

전반적으로 괜찮았습니다. 방은 크고 깨끗했습니다(욕실이 좀 낡았고 샤워실이 막혀 있었습니다 - 317호). 룸서비스는 괜찮았고 아침 식사는 최고였습니다. 가장 실망스러웠던 점은 옥상에서 먹었던 음식의 질이었습니다. 피자를 주문했는데 제대로 구워지지 않았습니다. 웨이터에게 말했더니 같은 피자가 다시 데워졌는데, 밀가루와 크러스트가 아직 제대로 구워지지 않았습니다. 또한, 시스템에 가격 매칭 기능이 있습니다. 아고다 가격이 RM50 더 저렴했지만 예약이 24시간 이내에 이루어졌기 때문에 가격 매칭을 신청할 수 없습니다. 가격 매칭 로고가 없다면 표시하지 말았어야 했습니다. 매우 잘못된 정보입니다.
