We knew that the hotel was remote, but you’re central for all areas to travel. Absolutely excellent stay, receptionist was so friendly with a lovely warm welcome. Room decor and cleanliness was fantastic. Bar and food service was excellent, food was amazing and bar service was so attentive. Loved our stay and will certainly return and also try other Dakota hotels.

I recently stayed at the Ravens Cliff Hotel Lodge by Marston's Inns, and found it to be a clean and comfortable choice for accommodation. During my dining experiences at the hotel restaurant, I felt that the staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. While the service was efficient, a warmer interaction would have greatly enhanced the overall experience. Nonetheless, the food quality was satisfactory. Overall, the Ravens Cliff Hotel Lodge offers a decent stay, especially if you're looking for a straightforward, no-frills accommodation with the convenience of an on-site restaurant. It's a suitable choice for travelers seeking basic comfort and cleanliness.

plenty of car parking space, staff were extremely friendly. Felt very safe during my stay. During my day, it was the night of the eclipse unfortunately it was overcast so I didn’t get to see much but it did feel eerie as the birds came to nest in the bushes, the staff and numerous residence came out to try to get a glimpse of the eclipse would definitely stay here again. Shame that the breakfast is expensive, but there is a Premier Inn over the road.

Checked in after having a horrible stay at a previous accommodation. Definitely felt like an upgrade. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was standard but did the job. Shower was clean and spacious enough. I would definitely stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Cumberland. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. Nikki at reception deserves a special mention — she was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Her professionalism and friendliness really stood out and made me feel at home straight away.

Wonderful place for stay and the person owning the business is really great and is present on the site himself. Liked the hospitality and the stay was very comfortable, equipped with all amenities essential. Would highly recommend this place for stays.
