One of the perks I noticed was a discount offered in the restaurant for hotel residents, though it's important to mention that this is only available if you book directly through the hotel, which was a bit disappointing. During my dining experiences at the hotel restaurant, I felt that the staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. While the service was efficient, a warmer interaction would have greatly enhanced the overall experience. Nonetheless, the food quality was satisfactory. Overall, the Ravens Cliff Hotel Lodge offers a decent stay, especially if you're looking for a straightforward, no-frills accommodation with the convenience of an on-site restaurant. It's a suitable choice for travelers seeking basic comfort and cleanliness.

1st time I have stayed at a Dakota hotel, and it was well worth it. Lovely room, full sky package, air conditioning, free hi speed wifi and an easy and welcoming check-in. As Arnie said a long time ago - I'll be back...!

Wonderful place for stay and the person owning the business is really great and is present on the site himself. Liked the hospitality and the stay was very comfortable, equipped with all amenities essential. Would highly recommend this place for stays.

나쁜 리뷰를 많이 보고 조금 걱정이 되었습니다. 거기에 갔을 때 너무 가성비가 좋았다는 것을 알았습니다. 방은 매우 좋았고 내부에 작은 문이 있었고 아이들은 그것을 좋아했습니다. 눈이 내리고 환경이 정말 좋습니다. 서비스 직원의 태도는 매우 좋았습니다. 첫날은 아침을 먹지 않았고, 다음날은 15 파운드를 주문했는데 플랫폼에서 직접 설정하는 것이 더 비용 효율적이었습니다. 위치는 상대적으로 편향되어 있으며 자동차로 여행하기에 적합합니다.

I had a fantastic stay at Premier Inn Cumberland. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. Nikki at reception deserves a special mention — she was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Her professionalism and friendliness really stood out and made me feel at home straight away.
