잠재적으로 사랑스러운 작은 서비스 숙박 시설. 표면적으로 깔끔하지만 모든 것이 약간 피곤하고 지저분합니다. 헤어드라이어 없음, 오래된 리필 가능한 세면도구 병, 수도꼭지 주변의 바삭한 비트 등 화려할 정도로 가깝습니다. 약간의 사랑이 필요합니다! 길 위의 술집에서 나는 소음은 꽤 나빴지만 졸업 주말에는 예상됩니다. 책상의 컨시어지는 매우 즐거웠고이 리뷰를주는 것이 기분이 나빴지만 정직합니다.

**Absolutely fabulous gem of a hotel – we’re already planning our return!** I’m almost reluctant to sing its praises too loudly in case we can’t get a reservation next time, but I simply cannot recommend The Ocean highly enough. This place is an absolute standout. From the moment you arrive, the service is exceptional. The team is warm, highly attentive, and genuinely approachable – every single member made us feel like valued guests rather than just another booking. They anticipated our needs before we even asked, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Breakfast was superb, with a wonderful selection to suit every taste and waistline. What really elevated it was the full table service – a lovely, touch that made the whole experience feel special and relaxed. The hotel restaurant is an absolute must. After scouting every other option in the area, we ended up eating there both nights of our stay because it was, without question, the best find around. The menu offers a fantastic selection, everything is cooked fresh to order, and every dish we tried was outstanding. The portions are generous yet perfectly judged – so much so that we sadly couldn’t squeeze in a dessert, though the menu looked every bit as tempting as the mains. The hotel itself has been decorated with real taste and care throughout. Our room was stunning – fresh, modern, and incredibly welcoming, while still feeling cosy and homely. It’s such a refreshing change from the usual tired, tacky seafront offerings; the team has clearly poured heart and soul into creating somewhere that feels both stylish and genuinely comforting. Overall, The Ocean is a superb find – one of those rare places that ticks every box and leaves you smiling from check-in to check-out. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area. Booked a pod at 11.30 am for the same night.Surprised to be accepted at such short notice.Arrived approx 8.00pm Lovely Irish lady welcomed me and explained relevant details.The pod was very clean,exactly what it was described online.Toilets and showers clean and well maintained Would definitely return if I have the need to travel to North Norfolk again.Thankyou for such a lovely overnight stay.Great value and very welcoming.

Carpark a little small but you can use next door. Room a little tired with marks on carpet. Quiet room and good sleep. Breakfast included which was good quality, however coffee machine not great.

A Perfect Day at The Bedingfeld Arms! What a truly wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, The Bedingfeld Arms delivered exactly what we were hoping for—and more. Nestled in a charming location, it felt like a gentle escape into the countryside, with just the right mix of warmth and ease. The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. We lingered over our meal, not wanting it to end! The rooms were just what we needed: cozy, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. It was so lovely to wake up refreshed and step out into such a peaceful setting. While some might wish for a slightly more “posh” or traditional pub feel—Tom did miss the classic old-world touches like dark walnut floors and the scent of oak smoke in the air—we both appreciated the light, airy ambiance and modern comfort. It’s clear The Bedingfeld Arms has found its own style, and it’s working beautifully. Altogether, it was a delightful, cheerful, and refreshing day, and we’re so glad we chose to spend it here. 장점: 1. 위치 : 역, 버스 정류장 및 필요한 상점과 가깝습니다. 근처에 바가 있습니다. 2. 필요한 경우 직원이 도와드립니다. 부족: 1. 방이 더러웠다. 녹슨 가락, 컵에 끈적끈적한 습격, 더러운 싱크대. 이전 세입자 이후에는 방이 청소되지 않은 느낌이 들었습니다. 침대 옆 파이프가 없습니다. 2. 좁은 계단과 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 무거운 여행 가방이 없으면 더 좋습니다.

We have stayed here before and we were happy to rebook for another stay. Our room was clean and quiet. Front desk and cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. Good supply of tea and coffee in the room. We were also able to make use of the hotel parking which was super convenient. Location is excellent for us as it is walking distance to the city centre, riverside walks and the train station and local buses. Will stay again.

Booked for one night to go to the football at Carrie road which is about 15min walk from hotel town centre is about 20min walk, it is easy to get to from the station just a short walk, arrived and some other guests let me in at first as the manager was not there, he arrived a few minutes later and quickly booked quests in, very easy process he showed me were I was staying as staying the other side of hotel, told me if I had any problems to ring the number on the paper stuck to the back of the door, and if I wanted to use the WiFi the code was also there. Room was small but had a shower toilet and sink as well as a hairdryer and clothes rack. There was also a kettle with tea and coffee facilities. Overall place was clean and tidy I stayed in the top part at the front it was a pleasant stay.

Very clean, shared but extremely clean bathrooms. Next to road, but I ended up sleeping fine as quiet other than this. 2 bottles of water and biscuits snacks, tea and coffee v generous and price excellent. A wonderful Namaste Indian restaurant next door with discount for hotel guests. Great hanging space in wardrobe, comfortable bed, great room temperature. Only thing was I requested hairdryer. Man offsite and said it could be put outside door by morning. I didn't get it, and was slightly concerned about what to do if locked out of room/or if there had been card issue without someone present.

The room was an accessible room and there was plenty of space and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty and hot. Plenty of choices The only poor issue was a nasty smell in the bathroom. We needed to spray deodorant in there before use. Sadly this was not what we expected.
